 Elin DeraWhat am I missing?(Ah, it's fine. Forgive and move on, right?) Elin smiled a little. It was almost like he was comforting her and telling a joke at the same time. "It's still bad of me, as your superior and...friend." She was hesitant to use the word, as it didn't seem to quite fit right with their relationship. The ginger girl didn't have the space in her mind to contemplate that, though. Her mind was set on titans. "I'm not...really sure why. Just a strange impulse inside me. It is as if there were something in my brain that aches for something...but I'm not entirely sure what. Like something were right on the tip of my tongue..."

Crystopher wondered what the question was. " Elin Dera, as you just stated, we are friends. You can tell me anything or ask me anything. Crystopher looked her dead in her eyes and held her hand to ease her.

Elin DeraWhat am I missing? She looked down, blushing. Was she embarrassed over her memory, or...?
Elin looked back up at Crystopher, as if looking away was an impossible course of action. "I..." her heart fluttered, "I've been thinking for a long time, about the large gaps in my memory. How I see my brother in the mirror at times, and other things I can't explain, like how I feel somehow...tethered to you. So many links in life that I still don't understand. And I've looked into what little history there is on such things, having such senses and memory loss, but only in a part of my life. The only people in history who ever had things like that were..." she shook her head. She wouldn't say it--she couldn't! She was a titan-loathing, shifter-hating, human! Elin swallowed hard, her emotions all jumbled up.

XxAsuraZeroxX "Do you think that your brother has something to do with these gaps? Was there something binding you two to each other or, something you wished you to tell. him but never got too?" Crystopher was interested now. He wanted to feel what his "friend" felt. And use this understanding to make her feel better and...possibly, help her find her lost memories.

"I do. One thing I never stopped questioning was the sudden death of my parents. And I don't think that Alec ever really forgot, either. He fended for both of us until he joined the Survey Corps. It wasn't too long after that when I was informed that some mysterious titan had...you know. There was nothing left of him, so I was left to be a little street rat. Maybe I should have followed his steps, instead of cowering in the protection of these walls. I feel like he's still trying to tell my something, though I'm not certain what it is...but...", she paused.
"I'm not so sure." Elin seemed a bit shielded suddenly. "Some of what I need to know comes with my status. I don't want to compromise my position. I don't want this secret to ruin me", she kept eye contact with Crystopher, "or my relationship with you."

"Anything you've told me will not go to the officials and it will definitely not ruin our relationship what so ever. I would've liked to meet Alec, he seems both strong and brave." Crystopher put his hand on his chin and crossed on leg over the other. Then peered over to Elin."Have you ever considered getting a transfer to survey corps. ?" It may have seemed out of the blue but Crystopher thought that joining the survey corps. would probably trigger some sort of relief. She'd feel better about what happened to Alec and the way she chose to live afterward. He'd pick apart her answer then strategically select his next move.

Elin DeraWhat am I missing? "That he was." Elin sighed, then started him down. "I have considered it. But I'm not entirely sure that I want to just go dying recklessly. That is, unless it turns out that I am what I have feared and hated my entire life...a titan shifter."

XxAsuraZeroxX Crystopher's eyes widened. Her a shifter like...his father?!?!?! "Oh...but you know the survey corps. aren't a suicide group. They've handled titan shifters in the past. You'd actually be safer there then here." Crystopher was awe struck. He should have been terrified like anyone else. However...he who worshipped the Titans found it intriguing to actually meet your god. " I'd like to become a closer person to you..Elin.."

Elin looked shocked by what Crystopher said, a bit of color coming to her face. "What do you mean?" she demanded, "I don't know if it's true! And if it is...I never want to...and if I do change...!" tears welled up in her eyes. She wasn't crazy enough to simply off herself, even if she turned into a titan.

"Hold back the tears, Elin...If you don't want to join the survey corps. then you don't have to. I just thought you'd be safe there...I promise not to tell anyone. But again, you don't know if it's true, correct? Then don't worry about it. But if you do become a Titan, I won't let you kill yourself." Crystopher tried to calm her down. I guess Alec was in the scouts. And maybe that triggered some sort of hidden feelings.

"It is impossible to find out beforehand. So just calm down, you probably aren't even a shifter at all.How do you know?" Crystopher thought of something . Could it be possible that if she was a titan shifter, then did she...eat her own brother without knowing? Of course, he'd never ask her, or tell her his speculation of it.

"I've found some documents that have very little in them, but seeing people I never knew with memories that aren't mine, and seeing my brother in the mirror...and there's nothing left of him, Crystopher. He was eaten by a titan, but no one has been able to confirm anything" Elin's eyes seemed less shiny, as if, somewhere inside, she knew what she had done.

Gail breathed out and stared at the ceiling with a blank look. "Elin, have you ever heard of the Holy Leonidas Familia?" The HLF was a religion that Crystopher's family has practiced for 100 years, hence the name Leonidas. Supposedly, he doesn't practice it anymore...
