Socks's stars struck Caddie dead-on, and finally the Delibird toppled over for good. As she fell flat on her back, her eyes spun into swirling spirals.
"Aw, man!" Fin darted between the tombstones to heft Caddie into her arms. "I got you, you silly."
"Deli... biiiiird," Caddie peeped, weakly waving a flipper.
Her trainer grinned, then turned to wave to Alexa and Socks. "Great battle, guys! We had you on the ropes for a bit, but you beat us good!"

Masked Socks waited for Caddie to fall down before assuming that she had won. "FLARE!" She roared triumphantly. She pranced over to Alexa who was walking over to her. She turned to her opponent and grinned. "If you ever want to battle again I'm up for it! You are a worthy opponent." She called out.
Alexa let out a whoop when she saw that Socks had won. "Great job Socks!" She called out walking over to her pokemon. She waved back to Fin and nodded. "Yeah that was a really close battle!" She said with a grin, "It sounds like Masked Socks wouldn't be against a rematch if you ever want one! Just give me a call sometime. Ah... better go heal Socks before she faints on me. See ya!" She then recalled her pokemon and headed out.
