After a short bit of walking, the entire group would seem to begin sliding down a ramp. Balancing his left foot straight ahead, and his right foot tilted at an angle behind him, Amias was able to effectively slide and alter his trajectory at any moment by shifting his right foot. However, it seemed that he wouldn't need to rely on such small-scale tactics; before long, the group was being chased by an all-consuming wave of acid. Whether or not this acid was subject to his Lyr, the Pagan had no idea. However, he wasn't apt to find out and realize he made a mistake, either. It wasn't long before the slime began to catch up to them, nearly to the point of singing their clothes behind them. In what seemed like the blink of an eye, the Pagan vanished. His ability to close the distance was near-unparalleled, and it would help his entire team this time. Using a small measure of his energy, he shifted the floor up about twenty feet behind the group, containing the acid for those few precious seconds they would need to reach the end of the tunnel. Of course, the acid would pool over and burst forth at some point, but this at least gave his team a couple more seconds to formulate a plan and get to the exit, where he waited to keep defending his team if push came to shove.

                                                        Energy (1375/1400 Energy)
                                                        Stats 10/12
                                                        Equipment Gauntlets
                                                        Passives

                                                            • Glory To Me
Pagans are very... noble. They have the air of a King or Queen about them; even a divine. This comes from this particular ability. 'Glory To Me' is a mental allure that they constantly release from their vessel, similar to an Incubi's seduction, but weaker. Rather than seducing people, this ability fools their mind. It can make them see things that aren't real. In fact, they can even feel these things. This ability is literally impossible to ignore or break out of, but it serves little benefit other than prestige. A Pagan will often use this power to make themselves appear divine; the sun will rise behind them, their clothing will flow and shine with the breeze, they'll just seem so... God-like. They can even change their appearance using this, although it's a temporary thing. This ability can have some uses in battle, though. For example, if a Pagan is to cast a shadow over themselves, it'd make them harder to see. If they make the sun shine behind them, they can make their enemy flinch away from the overbearing light. They can also fool enemies into thinking they've struck a shield or something like that, although that sort of manipulation over reality is something that only Pagans who focus on this type of power can do.

                                                            • Three Wishes
Up to three times per fight, the djinn may manipulate the force around an attack to redirect it for two ranks less in energy. This can only be done on skills of one rank higher than them. This is an extremely powerful passive of the djinn, an intelligent djinn capable of using it to largely make up for their vulnerability to ranged magic. It can also help to leave an enemy open in close-quarters combat.

                                                            • Mind Games
The djinn have a permanent 'force' around their skin that will reduce incoming damage by a rank (excluding holy and unholy magic). This puts them on the same level of base defensibility as a werewolf, although they can't regenerate, so...
At adept rank, this force can become amplified by the djinn's mind, psychomanually controlling the level of force in the layer of magic. They can apply energy to it to block all manner of attacks, meaning they don't really have to learn defensive abilities. It is really no more potent than any other defense of its rank, though.

Kumori
The Shadow Magistrate
╔══════════════╗

It seemed as though trouble was quick to find them again, as they went down a trapped path. Kumori landed on his feet after the slide, skidding forward before he could hear the sizzling sound. The ramp seemed to be seeping out acid, so going back would be highly unlikely for the group. They already decided the fate so they would have to unfortunately keep moving, and fast. Seeing as to how Amias was quick on moving ahead of the group, he was already capable of blocking the acid from advancing, for the time being as Kumori was already running as fast as he could. He soon stopped during the time as he soon said, "Everyone! Grab on!" He could close the distance between here and the light before him, should anyone choose to grab ahold of Kumori, they would be met with a grasp of darkness as they would be pulled through into the darkness to get to the other side of the straight shot tunnel, getting ahead of the Acid by at most 75 feet.

Techniques Used:
• Shadow Walk D-Rank
The shade can travel through the essence of shadow, pulling him through an entirely different dimension to instantaneously arrive at its destination. While in a shadowy area, the shade may teleport, with nothing more than a thought, to another shadowy area it sees within 120 ft of its current location. The Shade must have line of sight to the destination to use this ability. In battle, the shade is limited to 3 uses of this skill. There is no limit outside of battle, and is their main method of transportation. A shade can choose to pull another through with them, but doing so increases the cost by 1.5 times. The Shadowy area must be big enough to encompass the entirety of the Shade and cannot be caused by your cape.

Passives Skills:
• Utilize Broken Strength Passive
This is automatically activated upon the user achieving a broken arm. The energy and muscle stimulating shocks sent to the broken arm are transfered from the arm to the rest of the user, most of it going to the other arm. This allows the broken limb to be numbed to pain but can be restored at an easier pace. This helps the broken being to weild heavy weaponry with only a single arm like a weapons master, except they do not have access to any of the Weapon Master's skills.

• Shadow Form
Most, if not all, physical attacks simply phase through the user. This can be a good and a bad thing. If all the opponent has all weapon and hand to hand styles, then the techniques that do not have energy coated on the weapons will simply go right through the user, making all other attacks useless. This is also bad because if the Shade attempts to attack, once can aim a physical attack at him, forcing him to turn himself into his shadowy form. By disrupting him, all of the skills he used are turned into smoke. The user may also chose to go into his incorporeal form once every three posts, at which point he can't attack.

• Shadow Regeneration
The Shades are known to be living and breathing elementals of darkness. Because of that, they are capable of recovering at a slow rate while residing in dark areas or in an ally's shadow. The body is constantly healing for as long as they are within darkness and having their weapons put away. The rate of healing increases with the duration they remain in the darkness. During the regeneration process, the user cannot use offensive Bloodline or Elemental skills. If they are attacked, they have to restart recovery at the slowest rate.
1 post: Small cuts & bruises are healed.
2 Posts: Gashes are turned into small cuts.
3 Posts: Broken limbs can recover within three constant posts inside of darkness.
4 Posts: Internal injuries or burns from light/flame/holy techniques can be recovered.
5 posts: An entire missing body part can be restored at a slow, and painful rate(Excluding the head or torso and it takes 5 full posts waiting in darkness to recover.).

• Shadowy Trail
A Shade does not cast a shadow, but can choose to merge with the shadow of an ally, similar to a ninja. In doing so, the Shade can act as a hidden bodyguard, emerging from the allies shadow at will. The Shade can't be detected other than by holy creatures such as Nephilims, or Paladins and Clerics.

--Shadow MQC--
Rank: D(Passive)
You can now bend the shadows around you to reach your opponent that would be two spears away from you as you can attack them normally while retaining regular damage. The Shade can perform D-ranked damage when at their full strength while in this fighting style, but this is the only range modifyer this style has. This does not spread to other styles, nor weapons can benefit from learning this ability as this is to be the shade's main Fighting style.

Deathly Aura
Rank: Passive
Requires: Rank Equivalent
Description:

A more advanced form of the Aura of Despair technique that is learned by all Shadowknights. They slowly transform their despair around them into a more putrid feeling of hatred and sadness. Skeletons the Shadowknight summons near them are well armed for fight, being more useful and more resilient the entire time they remain in the field.
The stronger the user gets, the greater their aura becomes, soon overtaking the enemies with the duration the foes are in. Characters of lesser rank than the Shadowknight suffer various effects – when one rank below, they feel ill and off balance. Two ranks below, they feel like they are standing on the edge of a massive pillar and all around them is darkness and must fight the urge to run away in terror. Three or more ranks below and the character is rendered near comatose from despair.
Limitations: Holy classes (Paladin and Cleric) can counter this Deathly Aura by using Holy Techniques. If they don’t, they feel it intensely (+1rank differential).
Succubi, Dreadnoughts, and Vampires are unaffected by Deathly Aura, and occasionally take amusement from the reactions of other species to it.
The Shadowknight CAN suppress their Deathly Aura– they do this to hide what they are if they are trying to be discreet.
This advanced aura grants the user to release their full form, allowing access to a variety of Deathscythe abilities at their strongest power.

• Vibration Sensory C
Must be at least Novice level
A useful skill, the user channels energy into their feet to sense vibrations on the ground. As long as their feet is on the ground, a user can sense where an enemy is if they are earth bound within 50ft for five posts. This skill becomes passive once the user is Adept Rank.

• Miza's backshield [ C ] : So long as Kumori keeps Miza sheathed on his back, he is able to resist more damage to his back. But the downside is that she can only resist up to D-rank attacks, C ranks causes a rank down in damage and B and higher cause full damage.

• Trusted Wielder [ Passive ] This Skill requires you to beat the Spirit inside of the Sword. Miza the Terror can only acknowledge those who can defeat her in combat besides Kumori Hell. Those who can hold her after the defeat of the Sword's spirit, can become one with the sword, gaining the knowledge to use her full potential of the Weapon Style: Miza the Terror. Be wary of the weapon style itself as it can kill the user if they misuse the Style's own techniques, the spirit would even warn them to be careful.

• Miza The Terror Weapon Style [ Rank N/A ] Miza has her own Weapon Style.

• Phantom Plane Origins [ Rank B ] The user's clothing emits a powerful substance of destruction, known as a Black Shuck Virus. The virus comes out to a maximum of 5 feet in battle, but only 2 feet out of fighting. Staying within the reach of the virus, the foe's own shadow vanishes if they are in the virus's range for 4 posts. Kumori's own shadow skill techniques will gain an increase of one rank for the shadows absorbed into his body(maximum shadows needed: 2) and can only last for 5 posts. As well as performing this, the user no longer suffers energy penalties caused from his class.

Demonic Prowess
The blood of the innocent courses through Kumori's non-existant veins, powering his body through death itself. As such, his max energy pool has been increased by 700 while every single one of Kumori's Earth Elemental attacks are now boosted with a natural life draining energy. Any earth that Kumori has influenced with his energy, becomes inhabitable by plantations, but unaffects other mortal creatures. Kumori's weapons and armor can effect skill barriers, normal/skill shields, and Armor.

(Don't wanna hold you guys up anymore. Terribly sorry for the almost three day wait. I have no excuse.)

At the revelation of their current predicament, Brydent used the ability Magnetic + and then Magnetic -, allowing himself to float away from the grasp of the green goo. He figured it would be for the best to use this ability now anyway, considering it would last him the rest of this shitty encounter. He easily glided past most of the goo, dodging past bursts in the air and simply using his superior speed to escape the brunt of it before it caught up to him. He was . . . safe, for now.

If Ophelia had the time to tell them all she told them so, she would have said it. However, after sliding and the acid of certain death she only knew one thing. Thank god she was a shade. She was quick to dissolve into the shadows, and pop up where the exit was located. The others would find their way there eventually, but she was one of the first ones to locate her way there. The other shade wanted to help some of the others, by walking with them but in her eyes that would be a waste of time. She could've just jumped all the way there, or summoned Ibuki but time was the problem there.

Similarly to the way Brydant had done it, Aureliea would rise into the air and skillfully, albeit slower than him, dodge all the goop straight to the exit without worrying about getting slimed at all.

Everyone successfully navigated the acid tunnel, yay! Now, through some plot konbini, the party ended up at the same cavern they had started at. This time, the tunnel they had chosen was collapsed with spurts of acid. Once again they had to chose another tunnel to go down. This time there was the left and the middle.

Instead of procuring his posting format and doing something productive with his day, Amias decided merely to point at the center door and speak. "I feel as though we should continue in our pattern; right to left. The first trap was rather simple, and by usual progression of scaling difficulty, the right is the most difficult. So if we get through this going from most difficult to least difficult. That way, we won't have to try quite as hard in the end, and we'll slide through this experience much more...smoothly. eh?"

"I would suggest we take the left this time... the center could be as much of a trap as taking the right." Kumori told Amias and the others, moving over to stand beside the left passageway as he waited for the other three to decide. If it took too long, it could end up splitting the team apart.

Brydent decided to be a tool and go against popular vote by voting for the center. His reasoning was that they should go forward lest they go around in circles or in some stupid diagonal line 5ever.

Best post NA.

Aurelia was annoyed with having to follow this posting order for no reason made apparent, and also she felt that the last stupid a** obstacle was not only stupid, which is a tautology, but the fact that it took the group back to where they began was even stupider. A collection of scribbled lines appeared above her head, showing her frustration at the pure waste of time. She moved to the center door with Brydent, believing that only a diabolos would pick the right door, and since she had broken the chains of posting order after him, she deferred to his judgement wordlessly, with her aura of irritation threatening any deity that may further waste her bloody ******** time.

Of course Brydent wanted to be stubborn and make the move towards the center, which made no absolute sense. It pissed Ophelia off. Before either of the two could walk through the center door, she disappeared and transported into the shadow in front of them. A frown was deep in her expression as she blocked their advancement. "Oh hey, look at that.I'm the third, and final choice. I was right about right being wrong. So left has to be right. We are going to the left..." The fact that Aurelia seemed so in love with the douche named Brydent, that she would break the posting order and piss half the people off was a bit much. "And that's it." She wouldn't move out of their way until they advanced to the other door.

The center tunnel was the most popular, so that was where the group went. This after walking through the tunnel for a while the raid party would find they could not advance any further. There were wurms, a bunch of them, blocking any way forward. The group would have to clear the mobs out before advancing. They would find that the wurms were lined up with the people who entered. Each person would be attacked by a Wurm Soldier, a Speed Wurm, and an Acid Wurm. There were also two Mind Wurms hanging out in the background, clinging to the walls and constantly moving. The wurm soldiers would charge towards each of the party people and shoot out a blast of magic energy. The blast would be similar to a grenade detonation. They would then charge right forward and try to get their mouth around their prey and then slash at them with their scythe-like appendages. The speed wurms would rapidly slither across the floor and attempt to take out the legs of the party members. Acid wurms would launch out balls of acid, aiming to make it very difficult for the people to move around. The mage wurms themselves would hide.

Wurms
Wurm Soldier (4x) - 5/9
- Blasting Energy C
It is a quick stream of energy and upon contact it creates a similar explosion to a detonating grenade. This blast cannot be directed thus once again it only flies in a straight line towards the target. It has a maximum range of 1km, i made it like that for your imagination.

Speed Wurms (4x) - 3/11
Acid Wurms (4x) - 4/9
Mind Wurm (2x)

• All Wurms may now use mage skills up to C-ranked
• All wurms gain +1 speed
• All Wurms may now melt through armor and burn flesh with their attacks

It never ceased to impress Aurelia how stupid some people could actually be. That a shade, in her opinion one of the lowest level life forms on the unholy spectrum, thought itself the equal of Aurelia, moreso that her words could even truly reach relevance in her eyes, was insulting. And in her stupidity she thought that the vote of her and her other shade outweighed the votes of the other three? Foolish. Black pools started welling over from her pupils, staining the white, and the overtaking it entirely. The darkin blade on her back turned blue and seemed to awaken behind the tower shield there. No. Lets be civil in the face of overwhelming idiocy my child. She will learn her place in the world another time. As she heard the words in her mind, he waltz into her view from her peripherals. Honestly she doesn't even seem all that strong to begin with. Especially in current company, she's perhaps the most likely to be killed by what waits ahead. The man, a grey afro on his head and the mask of a cat, black and red, on his face. Aurelia ignored him, as she usually did, while he continued to talk s**t, moving to stand and look the clearly mentally ill child in her eyes. What's the deal with shades anyway? I mean they're weaker in light than they are strong in shadows, and they're literally the bitches of the unholy world. 'Do my dirty work,' said the important people. 'Yes mastah,' replied the shadow. Aurelia smirked and the darkin blade quieted, growing dim again. The man, who no one else could see or hear, would walk to Aurelia and then... through her. Back to where he belonged. In the few seconds she had considered ripping the shadow b***h apart He talked her down, and as such Aurelia would walk forward, the threat in her eyes still present, and right past Ophelia, not even giving her the time of day as she knew better than to try and stop her. She couldn't be as stupid as she was brave.

Aurelia was the first in this time, allowing the others to sort themselves and follow, or not to. It made her no difference. As she walked she spotted her enemies ahead of the group and stopped, taking in all their was to see. Finally. Something to kill! As she said this she would compress her magnetic field, the only other person aware of this Brydant, by holding out her arms. All of her weapons, seemingly through telekinesis, would float free of their restraints. Tear them apart! she would call, no command with authority. Everyone of her allies, including Ophelia, would suddenly feel a whole point faster and stronger than they were a second before. She would take the Darkin blade and dash forward with her shield floating just beside her body. She met the magical blast head on, a sudden blast of dark energy cancelling any damage she should have taken from it. The speed wurm coming at her legs would find her shield moving on it's own to cut off any avenue of assault as she could sense where it was and keep the shield between it and her without even looking. Meanwhile she would easily dodge the acid attack while closing on the soldier wurm. The darkin blade extended into a greatsword and Aurelia swung the weapon down with one arm, threatening to crush it into the ground with the deadly weapon's mass and her strength alone. Meanwhile, the Jian would be poised above and behind her head at all times, and the moment there was a moment where either of her three targets were off guard it would strike.

Kumori
The Shadow Magistrate
╔══════════════╗

Kumori sighed as everyone went the center route instead of going left, which would've been easier. He followed after them, even after a being of his kind stood up to try and coax them to go left. The being before him, the woman by the name of Aurelia, already pissed him off due to the fact she was just apart of the holy beings. They traveled further into the darkness, to which he can see through easily with both of his eyes and his feet. It wasn't long till his sensory vision beat his eyes to the punch before he sighed a bit. It was another trap, but one with enemies as the woman known as Aurelia was running ahead instead of waiting for the group. The wurms had numbers to their advantage, and they were utilizing it quickly as Kumori unsheathed Miza. With the numbers around them, he had to utilize speed in favor of power. Without much of a heartbeat, he ran his hand along the blade of Miza as the greatsword shifted down in size as he let his dark heart become cold. Miza turned into a longsword before he reached down as a small ring of earth latched onto his hand while the trio went for their attack on him.

They were all land creatures, so by the size and appearance, it'd be obvious they couldn't do air combat as Kumori was quickly sent into the air spinning with his sword out to keep the beings at bay. He surveyed the area as he soon found one of the wurm soldiers looking up to him before it blasted at him with a power of a spell. His armor protected him easily, but the force wasn't easily forgotten as he was sent flying back into a wall, The wurms for fast, and surprisingly stronger than expected but not something he couldn't conquer. He looked to his left hand, where the ring of earth was and saw it was broken, while the acid wurms, spread acid all over the floors of the cave to make it hard for them to maneuver. Kumori noticed three wurms making their way towards him again, noticing their scythe-like appendages before he placed a hand on the earth around him. He was quick to fall back into the body shaped hole he created, landing in a small cavern he himself made before as he was using an earth compression technique to create a large enough sphere of earth to blast open the body hole when the wurms were looking through for an attempt at an attack.

Techniques Used:
• Earth & Stone Levitation E (Energy usage depends on size of rock)
The most common attack, involves levitating nearby earth and stone of numerous sizes and propelling them at foes by punching or kicking motions.

E= Up to melon sized + D= 5 foot cube

• Earth Compression B
It is possible for the user to compress large chunks of rock into smaller, denser chunks, or to compress several smaller chunks into one big piece of rock.

Skill Name: Unearthly Sight
Skill Rank: Passive(Auto-learned when Subclass is learned.)
Skill Description: A technique that allows the user's sight to never fail when it comes to the realm of darkness. In fog or in the shadows, the user is capable of seeing foe's own shadows to locate where they are. Unfortunately the foe has to be in some form of plain sight, not hiding behind objects.

--Resolve--
Rank: E(Passive)
Description:
Raises the user's determination in a fight, giving them something to look forward to completion as it gives them natural resistance to cuts and slashes made by anything. They will continue to fight without emotion holding them back as well, for the full effects of Resolve, you must give up your emotions to let nothing hold you back like weakness. When in this weapon style, you will resort to only what you have to get that win and to survive towards your goal.

And then, they went into the center anyways. And also then, they were met with danger. More acid, which if she had worn her armor, she would be almost completely immune to. Instead of completely dodging the attacks, she summoned the darkness from within the earth, and it piked up into the speed wurm attacking her. She attempted the same with whatever other wurm that tried to take her life, and eventually was surrounded with decaying ugly beasts. Next time, she hoped, the arrogant bastards would listen to her. Or maybe this could be a surprisingly good thing.
