Nat 20, instant success. Your hand and feet manacles have been unlocked.
You now gain a +2 circumstance bonus for each additional set of manacles you unlock as they share the same exact simple locking mechanism.

Something to note:
This would have been delved into further if the Tiadora scene had gone on as long as it was supposed to, but we have 3 days to escape before it's game over. Additionally, the guards here *used* to be the toughest in the land, but in the past few decades, corruption, laziness and greed have let complacency slip into the ranks. As such, there are groups of guards that may be asleep on duty, drinking or gambling. Sergeant Blackerly rarely checks in personally, as he's too busy lining his own pockets and the warden (whom we have not yet met), is typically in his study, amusing himself with books.
That means that if we can return to our cells undetected or prepare in other ways, we do not need to rush it. In fact, we probably shouldn't, because if the alarm *does* go out, then all we currently have to defend ourselves are two daggers versus about two dozen armed and armored guards (granted that they are incompetent guards, but guards nonetheless)

Dokuro, you can roll for Perception to try and figure out what's behind the door; but I'll go ahead and tell you that this particular door has an average lock on it, so you'd need a Disable Device result of 25 or better to break into the room.

All 3 skill checks failed. Malphas does not instill confidence in the trio. Malphas does not hear or see anything special. Feoric only notices the sign above the door, stating "Barracks" and can hear muffled speech going on inside.

Yeesh a 3 Feoric hears nothing in the room from the door. At first glance, he can tell that it is not locked, although he is able to see the sign above it stating "Mess Hall".
