Horace grunted as Lament swung down, scraping along his shield. "Hey! I'll get you back for that!" Instead he turned to gaze at the smaller girl. Even though she missed, that hammer was damn worrisome. With a lunge, he ducked her hammer and grabbed ahold of Shu's collar. Grunting, he yanked her forward and into his fist. Once, twice, he buried one-half of Jannisari in her gut before letting go and skidding backwards. "Of course I'll bring the Doctor around - she's very picky though." HP: 38/40 Target: Shu Damage: 9 Charge: 1/3

Oliver did indeed watch out, just barely missing a blow by that giant hammer. Even sparring with friends, he always felt his heart leap up into his throat when attacked. Why did he come out for this again? Winding up for a heavy swing, the kid moved towards his teammate's defence and aimed for Harley. Unfortunately he was so worried about hitting Horace with the back edge of his swing that he only clipped his intended target. HP: 50/50 Target: Harley Damage: 2 Charge: 1/3

"You can put your weapon in a golem?" Harley gasped in surprise, her eyes widening. "Do they leave your heads? Like, would there be silence in my noggin if I did that? How long can they stay? Have you done it before?" The questions had stopped her in her tracks, and instead of focusing on the fight, she focused on this new piece of information. That was, of course, until Shu pounced on her.
"Thanks, little buddy!" Harley caught her small friend's hug with one arm, then casually turned and released her, just in time for the attack to land on her instead. "Aww, you didn't screw up! S'all good, Ollie's a tricky little dude!" She practically chirped in delight, waggling her fingers at her second smallest friend. Then, she turned towards Horace, her initial target and currently the only person she didn't feel bad attacking, already swinging Lament at him, this time at his feet.

What a sneaky trainee. Right after one second Harley's sweet comforting words ended, Horace assaulted. Shu was about to say something and wasn't prepared for the attack. She squealed in a fuss when she was pulled up and felt the blunt pains around her stomach. She whined and twitched but her thought distracted to be glad for no blood was involved. < That brat is like a ******** snake! Guileful and s**t.> The beast clenched his teeth as if he wanna put his giant sharp claws and pin Horace down, what he didn't say was - he's definitely a Slytherin. Because of the shield, the pain ebbed like wave. "Horace, don't rip my clothes, it's new. Though you're not as weak as you think yourself." her cheeks puffed, slightly irritated. After experiencing the violent brutal force, she felt the need to tell him. The girl needed herself to rest a little but kept her alert, "Harley, I will answer you in a minute" she beamed, like Horace's attack never happen, even if he was the second one being that violent to her in a spar. Thoughts drifted and darkened, the tinkle of her hammer was of small volume as she brought it up. She quickly breathed in and swung Z at Horace with a jump-up, the momentum vibrated the shield. She landed at a distance from the said hunter, as if she calculated for that. She could then talk. First thing she did was encouraging the meek hunter, she swirled her hammer and yelled, " Oliver, go as wild as you can. Our shields will keep us safe." Then, she thumbed up at Harley, for her hit on Horace. " Back to the golem topic - yes we can. They are similar to princess golem or the one you use in the Deathsweeper course, thinking it as a robot. They will leave your mind temporarily, same effect like when you put your weapon totem from a certain distance from you, you can't hear them but it's not recommended. Normally they last for 24 hours and then they melt. I have seen one, but haven't done it yet. Z always asked me for that though." She shrugged with a smile, didn't miss any of her questions. < But you never do it.> The beast interfered, seemed to be in a good mood to make the slithery suffered. =========================== HP: 41/ 50

First his feet, then his torso - the girls were hitting him, and hard. Horace stumbled, trying to deflect first Harley's weapon and then Shu's. He went down on one knee, dizzy. "Ladies, ladies, there's enough of me to go around. Take it slow and easy." But he grinned and swallowed his groan, bouncing back up on his toes. HP: 21/40 Target: no one apparently Damage: 0 Charge: 1/3

Oliver could have seen this coming. It was like those awful shark movies where the bikini-clad girl says 'I'm going in the water anyway because there are no sharks on this beach' and then she gets eaten alive, except it was Horace getting torn into by the two girls with their heavy hits. This is what comes from girls against guys. The boy swung his axe again, this time in Shu's direction, but it was meagre payback for the blows that had already been done to his teammate. He was afraid to really give it a good swing. The last time he had fought for his life it had been a completely different feeling, it made his hands tremble and his legs feel weak just remembering it. "H-Horace, a-are you okay?" He stammered, only chancing a brief glance towards the other teen. HP: 50/50 Target: Shu Damage: 3 Charge: 2/3

"Oi, this is what gets you in trouble, mister!" Harley snorted with amusement at Horace's boast, before making quite obvious kissy faces at him. Yes, it was a thinly veiled threat.
"Hey, that's pretty cool! Yeah let's all put our headspace sharers into golems! See what shenanigans they get into...Oh, hey, will they look like they did before? Like, their actual shapes?" Lament was whistling in her head, in a way that could only be described as excited, but perhaps hopeful. It was weird to be able to distinguish one whistle from the next.
"Right Ollie? You'll join too? And pshaaaw don't worry about S.L. over there." She nodded her head towards poor Horace. "He'll be fine, he's a big boy."
But as she went to take a swing at Horace, she instead tripped over Lament's pole, and hit the ground hard on one knee.
Because she was graceful like that.

The petite girl giggled like a silver bell as Horace complained both of them chose him as target. " It's a spar, Horace, we only give our best. For some incentives, how about the team who loses has to do one thing the winning team asks for?" A finger not holding the hammer raised up. Boosting Harley's excitement, she put a finger on her lips, musing: " Mmmm-hmm, I think so. Probably like how the halloween side students restricted to humanoid form in campus, so no scary big dragons sadly. They can't eat or drink - or have sex -" she lowered her voices, slightly flushed. The amber eyes flickered aside noticed Oliver and blocked the attack easily, " Sorry Oliver, you want some attention?" She let her hammer collided with his axe. "You can hit harder, we'll be fine. Horace will too." she beamed encouragingly. < Your weapon still has a long way to catch me up, kid.> The beast snorted with pride. =========================== HP: 38/ 50

"You can't threaten me like that, Harley. See if I ever read you things again!" But it was said with a laugh. Then she fell and he swallowed his instinct to run over and help her up. His eyes slanted to Oliver. "I'm good, Oliver, mostly. But we gotta win - these girls are vicious, I don't wanna owe them something!" He seemed to think hard for a second. "Or have sex? Shu, you've done some surprising research." He raised a brow at her and leapt forward. He pushed her hammer to one side and aimed his other fist for her gut. "Hit harder? I'll have you guys know that if you let me, I fight dirty." HP: 21/40 Target: Shu muahaha Damage: 4 Charge: 2/3

Oliver wasn't sure if Jökul even knew what shenanigans were. But what would his weapon do if in a golem anyway? He had to admit, he was kind of curious. It Might be nice to talk to the voice in his head face to face for once. "I d-don't know, you guys wouldn't make us do anything awful, would you?" He asked nervously, already thinking it might be a doomed cause. At least it wasn't Horace on the opposing side, that whole thing about kissing Finn might have come up again, and that would have been way too awkward. Seeing Harley's ungraceful trip out of the corner of his eye, the boy's giant axe whistled through the air. Horace had pushed past Shu's guard on one side, and Oliver took that opportunity to swing hard at the other. There was no way he would accidentally hit his partner like this! "Oo! A wager! I like that, good thinking little buddy!" Harley called from the ground, quickly getting to her feet as she pondered over the idea. "Like, anything-anything or anything but 'these' things?" It was important to lay the ground rules, if there were any; though this probably something they should have started the battle with, not announced in the middle. "Awful like what, Ollie?"
"Wait - someone tried to have sex with their weapon-golems? Or did the weapon golem try to have sex with another one? Why would you even try that?" There was conversational whistling in her head, and she wasn't sure if that meant that Lament agreed and was giving reasons, or she was just being chatty about the weather. It was really hard to tell with this one.
"Oy so, yay or nay charge attacks?" She asked again, still not sure if she could use them or not, as she took another swing at Horace.

As an Asian, Shu suspected if her English wasn't up to standard level, this kind of word game baffled her. That maybe why her defense was loosened for a short while and gave a chance to Horace for the punch. " First, Harley and I are not wicked witches or something, Horace" she huffed, "second, what awful anything you two are thinking?" If their team won, the petite girl only thought of what friends would do, Shu's mind is completely clear of dirty thoughts. "Oliver, that one is powerful, keep on" She shot a thumb up towards the cute teen's direction. " Ollie?" This question was targeted to Harley. " Some sort of close nickname?" she was never not curious. " Nooooooo Harley not like that." The Death turned to point at Horace, " Not me, it was Z asking that, I've not done any researches on that though I welcome all kinds of information as a Death hunter. I don't know why he asked that, I just helped him to ask that question." She didn't want her new girl friend to misunderstand her, but that guy was messing things up. In a fuss, she blushed from being helpless, hectic to convince others that she didn't think of doing anything they were thinking. Observation was what she was good at. Knowing who will divert the attention, she gave Horace a strong push back with her hammer. " No dirty fight Horace. I already said my clothes are new, I don't want hard-to-clean stains on it. It was a christmas present from Jordan Sensei!" From her expression, it could tell she would do anything to keep her kitty sweater flawlessly. =========================== HP: 27/ 50

"Good hit, Oliver! Don't worry about hitting me - there's wards here, after all." He folded his arms for a moment, then popped one hand free to tick off things on his fingers. "One - Hattie... you have much to learn, grasshopper. Generally, it's hunters in golems banging Halloweeners or something. I don't suggest trying it. I'm ok with using char-" Then Harley slammed her axe into him and he stumbled, going down on one knee. He flipped her off and popped back up, seeing spots. "Two - ******** you Harley." The information that Shu was death as well was filed carefully away. He frowned at the death girl's admonishment. And stumbled as she shoved him. Dammit, why was he the target? Was it because Oliver was so cute?? Unfair. "But people won't fight neat and clean in the real world, Shu." As if to prove his point, he rushed at her and cracked her neatly upside the head. Horace scrambled back, trying to get out of the range of that hammer. "Is it because I'm not as cute as Oliver?" He pouted. HP: 9/40 Target: Shu Damage: 4 Charge: 3/3

"Awful like… awful!" Oliver insisted unhelpfully. Yet the range of things he deemed unpleasant or embarrassing was much wider than most, he could have been referring to anything. Right now he was most flustered over the awkward talk about sex and golems and stuff, neither of which he had any experience with on their own, let alone together! He ducked back while the others bantered, the seriousness of his expression ruined by the fierce blush on his cheeks. Now even Horace was implying he was cute! Sure it was probably a step up from what he had been called by his peers before becoming a hunter… but girls were cute! Fluffy dogs were cute! Oliver was neither of those, but he was too embarrassed to even say anything to counter them. Instead he dodged to one side of the fight, and lowered his weapon in what looked almost like a surrendering gesture. Except then it clicked and let out a hiss. The boy had lined himself up so both Harley and Shu were struck by a beam of icy cold energy, which continued on to blast some poor dummy on the far side of the training field. That was that. They were doomed. He had just given the rest of the group an opening to use their charge attacks. HP: 45/50 Target: Shu, Harley Damage: 6 and 6 Charge: 0/3 (Used T3 Charge)
