Gathering herself up, Ash gave a running step and jumped up onto her new senshi's shoulders, draping herself over them so she could see the screen with her.
"Call and text, yes. You can take photos of senshi or knights you want to register as contacts and it will fill in their information. That button is a GPS and you can use it to scan for nearby power signatures, which is useful to know who's around you. The Primer is here... that is a small beginners guide for new senshi that some of the older ones and I have put together. There is a the Negaverse database with what information we have on the other side's forces." Ash waved a paw at the screen, attempting to point out buttons with the imprecise instrument that was her dainty bean toes. "That button can take you to your planet, when you're ready. Its the place you get your name and power from and a lot of people like to explore their past there. That one will take you to the Moon when its full... there is a great palace there where the Moon Queen used to reign. I think Thraen could tell you more about all the history... I really need to have him write it down for me so I can put it in the Primer. I've put his contact info into your phone, so feel free to call him and let him know I sent you."

Sadachbia let out a small surprised noise when Ash jumped all the way onto her shoulders, but otherwise didn't object. She listened carefully when the cat rattled off all the functions of the senshi phone, eyes wide in amazement. "This is packed with stuff," she said in awe. "We can go to the moon? No way. I'll have to try that sometime. And when I can, I'll definitely see if I can talk to this Thraen if he knows so much about the history." She looked away from the screen to Ash. "This is cool and all, but I think my mom will be calling to ask where I am soon. Can you get off so I can power down? I don't think I can go home like this."

The silver cat laughed as she gathered herself up and vacated her shoulder perch with a smooth, arcing leap to land daintily on the ground. Tail curving up over her back, she grinned over her shoulder at her senshi.
"Be careful when you power up, ok? There are a lot of bad people on the other side who are more powerful than you are and you can get seriously hurt if they catch you out by yourself. Try to go with someone else when you do, so you can watch each other's backs. I'm also available any time you need me to answer questions or show you what's what, or just keep you company." She said warmly as she wound between the girl's ankles.
"Thraen is a good contact, he can put you in touch with lots of other senshi... and I can too, of course. We're here to help you as much as we can. We all want to keep each other safe... and now you have a bit of that power yourself. Have a safe trip home, ok?"
Ash bounced out of the way, well pleased with the night's work. "Good night, my Darling!"

"Someone else... got it." Sadachbia listened to Ash's speech on protecting each other and found that she agreed. Keeping people safe was one of her favorite things, so to speak, even if standing up to fight got her in trouble. She tried to focus on powering down, and was surprised that it actually worked (and that the grocery bag popped out of subspace like nothing happened). "Goodnight, and thank you, Ash!" With that strange, fateful interlude out of the way, she was going to have to explain why the shopping took her so long...
