Why had these fools been buffed by such a large amount of chakra that they seemed threatening? Tsuki had gave an order which he heeded regardless of the uselessness of his being there. As per what appeared to be his modus operandi, Lucifer decided to step up and handle the men in such a way that made a huge mess. What was wrong, however, was any inward assumption that Kendall would care for what he decided to do. Lucifer could do as much as he wanted, showing off or not. The people who seemed to need to do the most, show how worth it their existence is tend to be the ones who are the least important. Kendall would already be walking in the general direction of the town by the time Lucifer had finished with the lumberjacks, not much to say. He wouldn't until Ruka gave her first order, saving his questioning Tsuki putting the clearly distraught Ruka in charge of the source of her uncomfortable state for Ruka's first decision. Not having to do much Ruka simply watched as the three lumberjacks were taken care of by Lucifer. A wink escaped from him moments before as he took care of the muscle men from hell. Watching him as he took out the men in literary 'seconds'. Once he had finished them off Lucifer began to walk away leaving Kendall and herself to follow. Tsuki seemed somehow sorry for putting Ruka in a group with those two due to the sadden expression she showed Ruka moments before but there always was a reason. She would not fight the reasons for sending her into to be capture with Lucifer and Kendall after all she was the outsider. As usually but she had notice in the mix of all this everyone here did treat her better then the shinobi from Kiri. It was almost better in a way. Making her feel less judged and watched. It always seemed they were never able to accept Ruka into the village just put up with her being there. Ruka caught up to the two in seconds but Kendall seemed to be mainly waiting on her. She looked at him slightly confused at his mistake kindness. She simply shook her head. Awaiting to see which one of them would lead a team. ✘XXXXXNobuyuki let out a soft exasperated sigh, relieved that he wasn't placed on a team with all complete strangers. Despite the fact that he barely knew his cousin or the short girl that he originally asked about going on a mission with, he felt it was better that way than with two completely new people to him who he most likely wouldn't get along with very well. After watching those around him interact for the past while he'd discovered many things about their personalities and preferred actions, and through these discoveries was able to compile a list of people he wouldn't be able to work well with. Most of them were people who had highly arrogant personalities, or those that seemed to try and completely order him to do something even if he didn't wish to. At least with the short girl, her orders made sense in the end when thought about enough, something he could respect and agree to follow. Clenching his left hand into a fist for a moment he looked down at it with a determined look before tensing his legs to fly forward towards Hiruma and Tsuki in hopes of conversing somewhat. When he landed next to the two he spoke up in a calm voice, keeping his tone collected but still holding some interest towards the two. "Despite the introductions earlier, I feel as though it would do us some good to give a more in depth explanation of our strengths and weaknesses. I will start us off since it's my idea." Lucifer realized very quickly that Kendall wasn't impressed with his behavior, though his indifference were quite...convincing. It wasn't hard to tell, really. More often than not, his superiors disapproved of his actions, but most of them were old, decrepit douchebags with little or no idea of fun. Kendall, though...he was different. A much younger man with the same boring demeanor. Honestly...all he was gonna get living a life like that was a lot of wrinkles much sooner than he should have gotten them. When Ruka wordlessly shifted the leadership position he stepped over to her, very calmly placing a hand on her cheek and smiling geniuenly. He had respect for her decision, at the very least. As he touched her, an invisible chakra mark would appear. "With this mark, I can heal you no matter how far you are as long as you are still in my range of sensory." He would remove his hand, tapping her shoulder reassuringly and then looking to Lucifer with the look of apathy. He would hold out a hand for Lucifer to grasp, putting down the same seal if he took it with less tenderness, back to apathy instead of distaste. He would turn and motion for them to follow, speaking only one phrase. "Follow my lead." he would say sensing multiple civillians in the town ahead. He leaped for the trees generic anime style, turning into a set of black speed lines as he moved ahead.
Moments later they arrived at the town, kendall leaping down and walking straight for town square, expecting them to be following him. He removed a handkerchief and wiped away some dirt from his mouth before putting it away. In the time it took him to look down and back up a lumberjack was rushing forward towards him. He stepped forward, his eyes narrowed as he jabbed forward. His hand wrapped around a beating heart, and then lifted him, a frown crawling along his face. "Now why on earth did you think this would end any different?" He swung his arm, the body flying away, the heart pouring blood to a pool on the ground. "You must not know who I am..." Kendall dropped the organ as more began to encircle the group. He turned to Ruka and Lucifer. "Diversionary tactic. Shock and awe. Get their attention." With that said he would turn and begin physically ripping the luberjacks apart, catching axes and redirecting them, counterattacking and just outright killing them. xxxxxTomiji listened to each as they gave a more indepth overview of their own particular skills, listening intently to the style of Taijutsu used by Arashi, and the preferred jutsu used by Michael. He stood silently for a moment leaning up against a tree as they both spoke, formulating a myriad of plans in his head for how they could fight. In the end, he deemed his initial plan was best, and that he should fight up front with Michael and Arashi in the rear. He was still very worried about how effective they would be, but it did not show on his face. In fact, anyone looking at him would see a calm and serene expression on his face. Every part of his body was relaxed and calm, hiding the power that lay underneath. Finally after several minutes, he answered his companions, pausing briefly as he saw the advance team jumping through the trees overhead. "First, I should tell you Michael that you will accompany Arashi back to the shrine should I ever give the order to retreat, as I will be the one to cover your rears. I have fought in more than enough wars to know how to keep myself safe, and that is final. Now, on to more simple matters. As to your question Arashi, I utilize a variety of styles when I fight. Mostly, you will see me utilizing a style I picked up in the Hidden Rain Village known simply as Mirror Image Taijutsu. I use that style in conjunction with Gentle Palm when I fight. Now, I have a few modifications for our attack plan. I assume that any minute now, the forces responsible for the disappearance of the other ninja will appear once our first squad makes contact. This means that we will quickly have to move into the village to either pursue or engage their attackers. Now, I know you can utilize wings to fly Michael, but I want you to keep this ability hidden from our foes. I would also like you to limit your use of Taijutsu Arashi until it absolutely necessary. As soon as Tomiji told Arashi the plan to have them handicapped during the first part of their operation he raised an eyebrow in surprise. He opened his mouth to say something but hesitated and thought about the reason behind it. He thought it was a bit risky to use too much chakra on the initial entrance, so he was hesitant at first, but the element of surprise was undeniably valuable. He closed his mouth and relaxed his brow, then nodded in agreement, he knew if he used jutsu with low consumption with good efficiency he could handle it. "All right, I get you. Should I use my blades at first if the situation comes up, or should I save them for later too?" Arashi wasn't sure if it mattered, but he wanted to make sure he understood his role fully and knowing the strategy thoroughly was the first step in that. Whatever Tomiji would say, Arashi would just nod in agreement and look toward the direction he was looking at, wondering what was going on with the initial group. "Oh by the way, any secrets in battle are safe with me, Michael. teammates gotta have each others back in every way." He looked at him and gave him a thumbs up for a second and looked back toward the where the action was as if he could actually see something.

≫............Even though he had gotten ready to deal with the threat it seemed everyone else wanted in on some of the action and so he backed down. The longer he could stay out of combat the better, because that meant the less chance of them discovering he was undercover. Not wanting to waste his newly created weapons, Hiruma removed them from his palms and tucked them under his sash next to the 'longsword' bone that was already occupying that spot. Turning away from the lambs to the slaughter scene the young Kaguya walked over to the mission leader and now, his squad leader. It wasn't long before his cousin walked over as well and started up a little conversation about further expressing their capabilities in which Hiruma had no reason to decline, thus he nodded in agreement. Hiruma took quite the interest in his cousin's speech as he was surprised at how quite diverse he was in combat. However, it seemed as though he was more of a long ranged fighter and would probably be destroyed up close by any melee type fighter. Kaguya or not, he seemed to have spent most of his time focusing on ranged combat. Once his cousin finished he figured it best that he go next to leave the best for last, a.k.a. Tsuki. "As previously stated, I am Hiruma Yoichi. I am a samurai, but don't let that fool you. I am still quite adept in the way of elemental arts as I have the Katon and Fuuton affinities. Sadly, to counteract my self-hype, I must inform you that I have been slacking at training my elements..." Hiruma would let out a soft chuckle as he rubbed the back of his neck in a sheepish manor. They cannot be defeated by stats, because they are the most skilled. Samurai are essentially the counter class to other physical classes. The three of them stood around for a moment as a clear order of direction needed to be issued. Lucifer spoke to Kendall as he was nominated to lead their squad. His voice was filled with sarcasm so much so it would have been clear to even the most dense of a person. It didn't seem like Lucifer hated him nor did Kendall appear to hate Lucifer but their was a clear dislike from each of them and here Ruka was caught in the middle. Hopefully their dislike for one another could easily be overlooked. Ruka was busy with her own thoughts when she felt the touch of a hand against her cheek. On reflex the girl raised her hand to smack whoever was touching her at the moment but stopped when she heard Kendall's voice. Her hand slowly returned to her side slowly. She really was not okay with all the touching. Having a seal placed on her face by him. It was useful but made her skin crawl. The idea of being connected to others in any sort of way always made her feel uneasy. Just a weird quirk of hers. His hand moved from her cheek to her shoulder in a reassuring manner. "Right." was all she said in return of his apparent kindness. Placing the same seal on Lucifer as he did her and motioned for the two to follow. Ruka followed of course but having no idea what he was planning.
Kendall leaped down from their safe position into the town and making his way straight for the town squad. Her visible eye followed him as she had to do the same thing. A lumberjack came right for Kendall within seconds and without any effort was taken down. His heart in Kendall's hand as he flung the lifeless body to the side. Diversionary? Well okay then. Ruka took a fighting stance as a shock of black lighting expanded from her body. Ripping into the air around her and striking the ground and anything else that was close enough in range. Her hand lifting from her side and moving towards her leg. "Cover your ears." she told the both of them as she slapped her hand against her own upper thigh. A thunders sound emit from the spot. Loud enough to overlap most other sounds for a brief moment and cause temporary deafness but for these chakra infused humans it would hurt just a little bit more. Kendall did say to shock and awe. Tsuki thought with timid relief as the others left, It appeared that neither Nobuyuki seemed in a hurry to leave, which suited the sealer just fine. She had one last thing she wanted to do before moving. It frightened her to seem like she wasn't paying attention to the introduction--she really, truly was--but she had a very small frame of time to do what she wanted. Her hands flashed through various seals before she slammed it against the ground, creating a large volume of smoke that dissipated with supernatural speed. Where there had been nothing but ground, Tsuki had summoned one fox. Tsuki remained kneeling and asked of the fox, "There is one group of shinobi heading into the city. Please keep an eye on them and find me if they need help?". The fox agreed to the request with an affirmative "yip!" before running off to Ruka's squad. Once out of sight of Tsuki's group, the fox would dig his way underground to avoid any troubles.
Her personal scout sent out, Tsuki picked herself up from the ground, dusting off her knees as she stood. She looked timidly to the two she had put on her team. They were both Kaguyas and from everything they had newly revealed of themselves, they were what Tsuki wanted on the flex team.
The first squad, focused on (OOC: GOD DAMN RECON RECON RECON RECON goddamit Kerron and Eshe stressed), was definitely the strongest because they would be in the most danger. If they decided to get captured, having a medic to refresh their physical injuries would be many times more valuable than giving the medic to any other sqaud. Lucifer's metal abilities would no doubt prove equally invaluable in escaping most bonds.
The second squad, meant for distraction, was not intended to directly fight the enemy for long. That was why Arashi, likely the weakest link in the group, was put on the team. To balance out the squad and give them some leeway against threats, was Tomiji, who had displayed a calm mind, experience, and a knack for giving orders. Supported and defended by the two close-range specialists was Michael, whose long-range attacks Tsuki expected to form the core of their distractions.
Then finally, Tsuki's flex squad. If Tsuki was to trust what everyone had said in their gate introductions, then there was no one particularly strong or weak in her group. Although, she could swear that Hiruma was probably lying about his rank. He seemed physically stronger than a chuunin should be, but Tsuki figured he could just be on the verge of a jounin promotion. Speculation aside, as a group that was either going to aid the distraction group, focusing on providing a closer range distraction than the distraction group, or go straight into the heart of the city to aid the recon group, Tsuki wanted the leader (regrettably herself) and two others that could handle themselves in a variety of situations to be in it.
Reasons aside, it was Tsuki's turn to introduce herself. She looked up at both Nobuyuki and Hiruma. Nobuyuki was looked at first, and Tsuki could not maintain eye contact with his sharp gaze for long. Her eyes quickly shifted to Hiruma, who had a smile on that made things a bit better, but Tsuki still had trouble maintaining eye contact because she was too much of a coward. "Greetings against, I'm Mizutou Tsuki," she started as she stared at the ground, "I've inherited the sealing prowess of the Uzumaki, so there's a bunch I can do with inscriptions. Suiton is my element. I'll try my best to intercept any katon jutsus, but I tend to freeze up and then run away if I have to deal with close combat."
She gave the other two time to let the new information sink in, before giving her first order to the squad, "Right, let's get moving ourselves. I'm going to guess with Tomiji's forwardness, his squad is probably already at the edge of the city. I say we do the same, but more towards the edge of the forest." Fully/Partially Visible Tattoos ↬ Tsuki has a set of tattoos that collectively take the design of multiple wings. At each of her shoulder bones, Uzumaki sealing tattoos etched in white, almost silvery ink extend from her shoulder bones onto her arms, wrapping their skinny shape all the way down to the back of Tsuki’s hands. In the same color is a second pair of wing tattoos that start in the middle of her back, one below the left should bone and the other below the right. These tattoos circle around her waist to the front of her body, where the wing shape that that they design take a steep dip to between the legs. The width of the wings narrow on the way down to the legs and continue to narrow as they spiral down the legs much as the first set of wings spiral down the arms. Once the pair of tattoos reach the knees of the legs they are spiraling down, the seals written into the tattoos are shaped into a ring right below the knees.

『 Michael sighed as his orders were recieved and then just nodded. As he looked down at the village and watched as his fellow Shinobi dealt with the lumberjacks. His brain was abuzz with thoughts as to who or what was tampering with these human's genetics. While he waited he slowly raised his headband so both eyes could see. Almost immediately a bunch of chakra signatures were registered and he would draw his bone broadsword from his back. "On y'all's left. Chakra vessels inbound!" He did not tell them of the four on the right as the six on the left would definitely be enough for them to handle. Watching as the four lumberjacks entered into his sight he just gave a smile that would make most men run for their lives, but these steroid buffed men just began running at him.
The men would then wonder were he was but that was short lived as his sword pierced through one of there backs. The remaining three would turn around and glare as a rasengan caught another in the stomache causing him to topple over and was met with a swift Decapitation. An axe was then thrown at Michael who swiftly dodged and then was gone. Under the ground he went and as soon as he was under them he would reach up to grab the two lumberjacks legs and pull them under till all that was left above ground was their heads. Climbing back out he smiled as a small cone appeared in his hands and then the demonic smile graced his lips as he fired the jinton and disentigrated the two enemies. Arashi got to his feet quickly as soon as he heard Michael and looked to his left, seeing the six lumber jacks. He didn't wait to get a response from Tomiji, so he decided to just go at em without his blades. He decided to take out three and leave the others for Tomiji. He pulled two shuriken out, one in each hand, charged them with Lightning and threw one at two lumberjacks. one was aimed for the body and the other at the left leg. The first shuriken was blocked by an axe, and the second struck one lumberjack directly in the left leg, shocking his whole body and paralyzing him in place for a few seconds.The other two lumberjack ran towards him and Arashi took this chance to focus his chakra and charge a ball of lightning in his right hand, he pulled his hand back over his head and threw it at the lumberjack. It swerved left and right through the air as it sped toward the man and hit him directly in the chest , as he stood there defenseless, the ball dug into his chest and kcocked him back 10 feet, electrocuting him to death before he even hit the ground. the other two didn't even look at the man get hit and couldn't care less if he was alive or not, which did not surprise Arashi. He closed his eyes and his body was engulfed in electricity and he moved like a bolt of lightning, straight through the chest of one lumberjack, knocking him on his back mid sprint. Arashi would appear a few yards behind the victim with his back facing the remaining lumberjack who had stopped running realizing Arashi was gone but not seeing him. He pulled a kunai out in his right hand and he dashed toward the last lumberjack from behind him as fast as he could, slicing him through the left side, in between his ribs and hip, slicing straight through his kidney causing a large gush of dark blood to flow out as he grabbed the wound, dropping his axe. Arashi wouldn't stop there as he took the kunai and jabbed it in the neck of the man who was now slightly behind him and pulled it out, causing him to bleed out faster as he took a few more steps and turned around quickly. Arashi then threw the bloody kunai at the last lumberjack who was on the ground paralyzed, hitting him directly in the skull, putting any doubts of whether or not he was alive to rest. It took him literally seconds to kill the last two in this fluid combo and he was pretty damn proud of it. These were his first kills in his short career, but he knew he couldn't make it obvious to his team mates. He smirked as he looked to see Michael and Tomiji done with their victims and walked over to the first lumberjack, yanking his shuriken out of his limp leg. "Thanks for the heads up War." he said as he walked towards the other two, he was glad he had team mates that could see chakra from a good distance because he had no way of recognizing threats as well as they could. It was a relief knowing two sets of good eyes had his back just in case.

Jutsu used: Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique) Description: A crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.
Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique) Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards.

So of all of the events that just transpired, Lucifer only absorbed two things. First, Kendall's instructions to go for shock and awe; to overwhelm their opponents with superior strength in order to render them even more helpless than they already were. And moreso than that, Ruka's instructions to cover his ears. In a very short period of time, two clumps of earth would form over Lucifer's ears, completely toning out the thunderclap that followed. Once her little distraction tactic was over, Lucifer slammed his palms into the ground for his next offense. Instead of converting the ground to metal with his feet--a more passive ability--the man would now begin rapidly converting it, tearing up the ground and shaping it into skull-sized spheres of metal that would hover around him, able to do his bidding at any point in time. Lunging after his opponents, the metal spheres would smash into them, breaking bones and debilitating them near-instantly upon contact. The frail human skeletons couldn't handle the extended impacts, leaving Lucifer's side of the battle--once again--rather short.
Very quickly, however, Kendall's radar would begin to pick up on something much more potent. masses of energy--three to be exact--were quickly heading in their direction. Their presence was much larger than that of the humans, one of them even powerful enough to be a considerable threat to Kendall. xxxxxTomiji was not impressed with the enemies attack plan at all. If they had any form of common sense, they would know that sending wave after wave of lumberjack was a wasted effort, and only increased the amount of losses they were going to incur. Tomiji watched as Michael dealt with his handful, upset that he was already wasting so much chakra on people he could easily defeat in hand to hand combat. He also turned to his other side, watching as Arashi dealt with three more of them, demonstrating a knack for close range combat. However, as the three remaining enemies charged his position, Tomiji did not move. With each passing moment, they grew closer and closer to where he stood, bearing down on him with their axes. It wasn't until they were right on top of him that he finally took a step forward and engaged them. The first lumberjack was only a few feet in front of him, lifting its ax over its head, swinging it downward. Before the lumberjack could even react though, Tomiji's hand slammed into his throat, shattering his windpipe in one swift motion. Tomiji then spun to the side, letting the ax fall harmlessly into the ground as the first foe fell to his knees, clutching his throat in some vain attempt like it was actually going to solve anything. In a matter of seconds he would be dead, having drowned on his own blood that was now pouring into his throat. The next one to arrive wielded no ax, but instead charged at Tomiji like he planned to tackle him. The lumberjack lowered his body and shot for Tomiji's waist, arms spread wide. He was rewarded for his recklessness with a knee to the face and a sharp elbow to the base of the neck. He would be either dead or paralyzed before he hit the ground, but it didn't really matter to Tomiji. One way or another, the man would die. The third and final lumberjack charged in, keeping his ax close to his body, swinging in wide arcs side to side in front of him. He seemed to be under the impression that if he kept doing that, Tomiji would be unable to move forward and strike him. But he would be sorely mistaken. Tomiji charged forward, and then dropped into a sliding tackle, slamming his own foot into the lumberjack's ankle, causing him to fall ad throw his ax off in a random direction. As the lumberjack fell on top, Tomiji reached up, grabbing both sides of the lumberjack's head, and quickly spun his head almost completely around, breaking his neck. Tomiji quickly pushed the body off of himself and stood back up, walking back to the tree that he had been leaning up against only moments ago. The only thing he could hear were the raspy breaths of the first lumberjack who was still slowly dying, before even those too were silenced. And once more, he returned to the waiting game. Already he could see something odd. It looked like three large blobs of chakra were moving towards their advance squad, but he couldn't make out what they were. For now, he would just watch and observe. "Both of you check your equipment and make sure you're ready for another fight. Who knows what could happen next." Jounin: Corundum - Hardness Bones Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.
Dance of the Willows Passive It is the first of five dance forms. Using the ability to manipulate their bone structure, the clan member will grow and extend a forearm bone through the palm of their hand to form a stabbing instrument. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then impale opponents.
