While racing he lets his mind race from thought to thought not saying anything because he's too busy enjoying each moment that passes by. Thinking how lucky he must be having a mother that would be willing to do something that she doesn't like very much. Though those thoughts quickly slip away while new thoughts flood his mind. Asking out loud, "How high do ocean waves get? What sort of creatures are living in the ocean? What does the sand feel like under your hooves? Is it better to go in the morning, noon, or night? Is there a certain month or season that would be better to go to play in the ocean?" The others questions quickly fade to the back of his mind when he hears something up ahead. Looking further ahead of them he smiles at the sight of the waterfall coming up. Though isn't so sure about the curve of the earth coming up so he starts slowing down realizing that his mother is doing the same thing. Nearing the curve he watches what she does, so when she rears and kicks her front legs out he does the same. Lightly stomping his front hooves about and flapping his wings about excitedly, "How long shall we stay here?"

Shaking her head, "I have no idea about the waves height since it seems to be all different heights every time. Higher, lower, everywhere in-between as well. As for the creatures I must say that the only creatures I can say are certain fish. Though I'm sure there are dolphins, sharks, whales, and of course Soq that live in water. I haven't meet any so I'm not sure what they look like though one day we might meet a water Soq." Sniffing the air she gives a bit of a sigh, "It's smells nice around here with all the different trees and bushes with berries. And we can stay till the sun starts to set, then we need to head back home. For now we can just enjoy splashing around in the water or playing tag. Anything you can think of we can play since we are here to have fun, it's like a small vacation." Walking down the curved part she somewhat slides here and there before reaching the bottom where the ground smooths out again. Walking into the stream she walks up under the small waterfall to soak her head and mane letting the water flow down her neck to her back waiting for him to make up his mind on what he wants to play first.

With all those things to think about he decides thinking about the game won't take too long. A few different dame names flash through his mind though tag sticks then something else comes to mind, "How often can we have small vacations like this? Shall we take a picnic when we go on the next one in case it's a long ways away? Or by that time it's gotten cold enough that there won't be much to find to eat and we'll need to take our own food?" Before she can reply he quickly rushes over to her and lightly nips at her hide leg then turns and ruses away calling, "Tag, you'r it." Then rushes down stream while she chases after him, knowing she won't try too hard to get him too quickly because that wouldn't be much fun. Though she also won't not try enough because that'd be boring and take longer then it should.

After an hour of playing tag they slow down to lay down in the stream to cool off. Though they talk for three hours about everything the like or love about being family, hanging out together, as well as playing games with each other. Having started earlier today they only knew a certain amount about each other. Now they know so much, about half as much as they knew before, that they feel like they could answer a question that someone asks the other. Either way Esperenza gets up to stretch a bit asking, "Want to do some more trotting or cantering or are you still tried from that long game of tag? Or maybe you want to learn something else? I know a few interesting things that you may or may not be interested in. Though, if those aren't interesting we can always practice on our jumps?" Not sure what he'll want to do she stretches to get ready for what ever he chooses.

Getting up he decides it'd be best to stretch like his mother not really sure what he wants to do first. So while stretching it comes to him, "I think we should practice jumping first, and if I don't tire you out you can teach me what ever it is you want to teach me." Looking up he smiles while full of excitement. What ever she knows about jumping he can learn from her. "How long do you think it will take for us to practice jumping? If that takes too long then we will have to come back tomorrow so you can teach me what you know. It isn't about jumping so maybe it's about walking a certain way? There are probably thousands of different fancy walks that you could teach me?" Blinking up at her he wonders if fancy walks could be what she was talking about?

After all the stretching she nods her head, "Alright, we'll practice how to properly jump without jumping too soon or too late. As well as learn how high we can jump so we know what we can and can't jump over. That and how far we can jump so if we jump over a ditch or something we can eye it from a distance to make sure by the time we get there if we can jump it or not. If not we'd have enough time to slow down and then stop." Thinking a bit about that she wonders how long this will take since she might need two or three days to make sure she teaches him everything that he needs to know about jumping. That way they can both get more experience with jumping and distancing how far or long certain things might be. Smiling down at him, "How about we come here two more days. Then we can go someplace else new the three days after those three days. We can start with the different or fancy walks then. Though it won't take just three days, seeing as I can put certain walks together and we can learn how to sync our walking. Which means you got it right about the thing I was talking about being walking."
