Edited the CSS codes posts for Flash MP3 Player, AudioPlay, and Dewplayer to match Sax's; I decided that my old ones looked more cumbersome than convenient.
Stuck on Dewplayer's playlist customization after initial setup. Technical details are in the other sticky and the Dewplayer guide. I'm starting to think this is impossible crying .

eue;; Dewplayer does seem like it's a bit too much work to set up. While it is still possible to use, the steps and amount of work you have to do in order to embed it might make it unpopular enough so that people just won't want to use it. If it's too much, we can just make a note in the first post of it that it is possible to use, but the steps are rather cumbersome? I feel bad deleting all of your hard work :c We could also try reaching out to the PD community to see if there's anyone else experienced with this player or the parameters it uses?

The only thing that makes it hard to use is if you want to add the song display feature, which is tied to some playlist customization that I can't figure out; otherwise the setup of the media url is similar to the one for Flash MP3 player, in my opinion.
Getting help would be great, if anyone understands it. Otherwise I'll consider deleting everything involving song display, and the Dewplayers will work fine regardless.

xp I honestly only remembered it because someone asked me to put a slideshow in for their commission, and I was like "Oh yeah... there's that option too..."
Hooray! I'm just about done Soundcloud now that I forced myself to work on it, but I was going to go re-check over some of the other guides which I haven't touched in a month just to make sure they're consistent and legible. Perhaps we can look into "launching" things soon, for feedback and all that? o3o (even though I've been linking this around to some of the people who have been asking about media)
Oh wait, should probably at least set up something for Billy first eue;;

Launching would be cool :3 And feedback would be great. I think I have a tendency to be too wordy, so if anyone says something is incomprehensible or unnecessarily complicated, I'll start chopping stuff.
We have a good amount of media players, so Dewplayer can be ignored wait for the moment. (It might even be okay just to take out the playlist stuff because Hypster and Grooveshark are pretty good...)
Are you still waiting on Billy for a mp3 hosting site? I think clyp.it still works; maybe it was just me that was having problems when I was posting, but it was certainly weird. Perhaps we can just add in one or more additional websites as backup. The site that I listed for Flash MP3 and AudioPlay is mp3songurls, which doesn't say when they erase files (if they ever do), but I haven't lost anything so far. (The only thing annoying about it is a popup window.) I have another website, too, if you want.

Lol, sorry! sweatdrop I still have direct links of mp3 files hosted by at least three different websites on one of my mule accounts, so I'll leave them around just to see how long they'll last.
Okay! I started school on Monday, but the first week of the quarter is pretty chill. But yeah, take your time emotion_yatta You've done lots of work already ^_^

So I was a derp and forgot that you need to target the embed selector on Classic profiles, not object emotion_facepalm (that's what I get for doing too many Current layouts)
I know there is an object selector on Classic as well, but no idea what it does.
Anyway, I went through all of the guides and fixed that, so if you got any notifications about a new post in your guide... that was me sweatdrop
I'm just about finished with Billy, so we can maybe launch it into the public later today? ono

Erm, yes, I guess? I never really asked permission from the other past guide makers if I could re-write their stuff. Just linked the old guides for credit, but I tried to mostly write out my own version ^^;
