I really apologize for the delay but here's Draco. I was just able to finish him today. I hope you don't mind me creating deeper feelings he has for your characters than a simple brother/sister. Let me know if you see anything that may not be fitting for him as one of the triplets.

Instead of his turning into a wolf he would mostly look like a pup. The same abilities would apply while he would be in this form but will be not be much of help for most of the abilities' capacity would be cut in half. > Shadow manipulation: Instead of manipulating the shadow it would be better to pertain his main existence as one. He is basically made out of tiny creatures of flight. He may take any form as he wishes and break into Mini Dracos. The smaller they are the less powerful they become. The only way to stop him is if his enemy was to find his wand and destroy it. > Devil's contract: Binding this contract with someone would be give him the ability that his master would need to accomplish the task he would be asked to do. However, for a certain wish one must pay an equal price. Once the deal is set there is no way for the other party to back down until Draco had finished the task. After it has been done the price would be taken immediately and will be absorbed by his wand. > Magical wand: He claims that it is needed for him to be able to manipulate the shadows but in fact it is not. The ruby on the tip of his wand is like a temporal space where he store the things he gets from all of the contracts he had in the past.

Draco is not the type who would be all shy and stoic. He would be best described as to be a social butterfly, the one who will talk to others first and bring life to the party. A frivolous creature who tries to make people laugh even though he they are actually laughing at him and not with him. In times of need, he will be always be there to lend a helping hand, an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. In other words, Draco would be the best friend anyone would ever ask for. He lives to please others. However, you must not be deceived by his facade for he is nothing but devil who would unconsciously pull you into making a contract where he would be able to take things you hold precious. His ways of deceptions never comes out in patterns which makes it hard to predict if he was truly messing with you or he really does like you. Despite this he is the type of person who stays loyal to those he trusts. He would give it his all to help those people he holds dearly in his heart just like his siblings.

Born under parents of different races, Draco had been treated as one of those of a hybrid. Their existence was considered to be something forbidden and something to be feared of. Despite all of these, there seemed to be a certain individuality that was granted to each of them. For among the triplets he was considered to be the weakest. A werewolf who only turns into a pup and a vampire who can only multiply into tiny creatures and feast on the blood of his poor victims. Hypnotism was never his forte nor anything else for that matter; something that had created a big impact on the boy's identity. For years he had craved for attention, for power; learning the art of acting and hoaxing people to like him to the best of his ability and used his weakness to be his strength to build up himself in the society, both in the kingdom of vampires and werewolves. Until one day he came across an ancient book where he learned the devil's contract and crafted his wand. He was able to improve his shadow manipulation and claimed that the wand was his weak point in fact it's not. He can always craft another one. It's only purpose is to seal his treasures, the ones he had gained from his contract and nothing else. When their parents had informed them that they would be enrolled in the academy he was more than thrilled for once again he would be able to get more things to add in his collection.

Glad you liked him. Sorry wasn't able to find a similar image so i thought at least the eye color and the hair should somewhat close emotion_facepalm
I'll look around the guild, and see what's going on...I checked the dorm section out...if we can't all share a dorm room then we can make a house for them in the house section, but i really want them to stay in a dorm for some reason sweatdrop...i've asked the captain about this, so i'll let you both know what she says.
But once we get that part figured out and move in, we'll make our way to the main entrance....everyone ok with this???

He'll initially throw a fit but will eventually submit so that's fine. A word of caution, Draco has a tendency to crawl in your beds at night just for the heck of it... most especially on Naomi's xD

So, if they do end up in a dorm but can't stay in the same room, Nahum will probably end up staying in the same dorm (he came to the schholl to protect Naomi) and would it be better if Nahum thinks Draco is a pervert after their sister and he'd probably constantly smack the back of his head or he's clueless

Well they are triplets. I'm sure they can all share a dorm room, because it's up to us if we want to have roommates or not. The dorms have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. And the captain said that we can all stay in the same dorm room. So Like any ideas on how we want the dorm room to look???
I like the first option! Technically he's really after his sister and Nahum being the protector doing so makes sense. Someone's gonna smack some sense into Draco. He's just gonna whine and sulk since he still loves him even though he envies him. He can even tease/threaten him of telling Naomi of his feelings for her I love him tortured. He's supposed to be the bitter one among the triplets lol
As for the rooms we could have maybe Celtic/Renaissance feel to it
