Valiant really was going to have to give his dear sister a lovely thank-you. Forces of luck and fate and destiny were all very romantic, but Valiant believed firmly in the force of Lady Faire to have set them up. He had a very formidable sister with excellent matchmaking skills. The stallion gave a happy little sigh, looking over his fiancé and reveling in the new term.
"Quiet? Never. I've always been horrendous at quiet anyways. My head would likely pop clean off my shoulders if I tried to keep quiet about this. But I supposed we could enjoy a night of privacy before the word gets out." The weather was awful and the fireplace was so warm, Moth-Drops so soft under his wing. If love was constantly feeling like his knees were made of pudding and his heart was bursting from warmth then he was entirely fine being feverishly pudding-kneed. Living without Moth was absolutely out of the question.

"One night of quiet, and then we tell the world. I think we can wait it out." She wasn't sure what was warmer- the fire or her heart. A thought struck her, and she smiled, almost mischievously. "You know, with the storm as bad as it is, it's… probably not safe for you to go back to your place tonight. I don't think that in good conscience I can let you leave," Moth said with playful concern in her voice. She didn't think he'd want to- between the storm outside and snuggling with your true love all night in a nest of pillows and blankets, she knew which one she'd pick. "You simply must stay here with me. Forever, if you will."

"As you wish," Valiant hummed as he dropped a soft kiss atop Moth's head, entirely pleased that he could stay right where he was until daybreak. Or forever. Forever was looking like a very solid option.
