Everyone had their own way of doing things. Good alignments did good things in their own way. Neutral alignments neither catered to the sides or did a bit of both in their own way. Evil alignments did the same thing. However Chernobog's own way of doing things was expected to have class, style, organization and most of all respect to make bring their evil side the very thing to be feared.
Tsking, Chernobog shook his head. "Firstly, homely is a term to describe your appearance as average. For another I don't approve of my son being used to cause trouble for your silly, foal-ish games in angering other herds. It might satisfy you in the short term but in the long term there are great consequences that can make it challenging for our alignment at some point. He is not a game to be used, whether or not his insatiable appetite for things other than berries and grass, is being tamed." Chernobog narrowed his eyes on her....to see if he could find that ever so slight flinch he noticed but it must of been imagined.
"What will you do if I told you to leave and never see my son again? Surely you know better than to cross me, even if Zernobog might believe he has some sort of affection for you."

Nevaeh's anger spikes and she grits her teeth. She can tell the other is now fully disapproving her. Well then. She can at least say she tried. So Zern at least can't say she didn't. Though she is probably gonna lose him forever.. She doesn't like the thought at all, but she doubts the father would have wanted to hear that she fell for his son. "Oh? So supposedly there are now other evil herds besides the six? Well excuse me if I hadn't heard of them! I may have started by using your son, but I guess growing to care for him sure changes that. What do you want? Me to admit I love your son? Cause I do, but if I have to leave fine.. You want me to leave fine.. Then you can watch as me and my pregnant self leave this place to go find a place where you can't find me or Zern's children when they are born. You can wait for Zern to find some more worthy mare than for you to grow your ranks. While I raise his first borns by myself. As I am not worthy to be with Zern in your eyes. Might as well keep my filthy bloodline away so they can't offend you." Growing tired of dealing with Zerns father she stamps her foot. " So tell me. Am I leaving now? Cause if so I have to get going on my journey. I would be wasting daylight."

Ah so things have gotten deeper than it first appeared. So deep in fact that foals were coming soon and he was going to be a grandfather. Raising a brow slowly the elder stallion snorted softly and began to walk around Nevaeh. "Your anger is your downfall, mare. How quickly you spill your secrets to me.....especially with the look on my son's face, you haven't told him of the impending offspring. If you weren't then it would have been a matter of time. Now it seems you are stuck in my family with Zernobog as I do not accept flings." He hissed at the female then looked at Zernobog whose eyes looked like they were going to pop out and jaw dropped in complete open mouth shock. "I suppose this female will have to do." Chernobog said sighing.
If Nevaeh was indeed in love with his son then he wouldn't allow them to be parted. Sure being evil was awesome but when you found love with another well.....he grudgingly thought that was a brilliant thing. Especially when his mate was the love of his life.

Nevaeh sighs as she just gets too tired to argue even though he has a way of getting under her skin. She is tired, cranky and her feet hurt. She just wants to lay down at this point.Looking at him she shakes her head." It wasn't a secret. I was going to tell him after this meeting with you and the whole trying to impress thing was over. Deal with one things before the next thing to deal with." Looking at Zern she shakes her head with a slight smile of fondness." Zern, if you don't close your mouth you will start catching flies." Looking back at the father she doesn't like that he hissed at her but she can't really do anything about that." Yes my anger may be my biggest weakness. Yet it can be one of my strengths in certain occasions. I may not have the training nor the requirements you were hoping for, but I can try to learn and to improve to try to get better. From what Zernobog told me of you. You had someone to teach you. That is the difference. I never had anyone to teach me. I raised myself since I was still in a blanket. I don't say this to offend nor to show disrespect. I say this to tell you that if given the chance I can be taught if I had the right teacher. That I can improve and become someone that you would find worthy of him. This I would do for Zernobog. Even if I have no qualms with who I am. If Zernobog wished for me to change to conform to your ideals and expectations I would try to make him happy." This she believes fully.

Chernobog watched the female with that critical look in his eyes and nodded curtly coming closer. "It's not about changing, it's about improvement in the art of evil, mare. You can be bold, brash and wreckless that will ultimately end you or you can be all those things in a graceful manner. In a cunning manner. For now....." The stallion sighed and turned away from Nevaeh. "It appears that I have no choice but to accept you into my family considering you are carrying the future of it. I do not accept flings, you understand? Since you both have made you choices and this news comes to light, I expect you to carry this family with dignity. Understand?"Nevaeh was.....with foals? Staring at her he couldn't see the form just yet but Nevaeh said she was with them so he believed her. Coming closer he nuzzled her cheek. "You are my family Nevaeh." He whispered softly knowing that Zernobog would do everything in his abilities to take care of her and their future offspring. "We'll raise and teach them together."

Nevaeh listens and lets the words sink in. Might as well try to understand and see the others point of view. She nods."I understand." She feels a nuzzle along her cheek and turns to look at Zernobog."I know Zern. As you are mine. I was waiting til after this meeting to tell you about the foal. Or foals whichever the case may be. One is particularly active.. keeps kicking at inconvenient times. Though I gather that will be something I will have to get used to. I just thought it would be better to focus on one thing at a time. Are you angry Zern?"

Zernobog shook his head and nuzzled his female's cheek again lightly. "I'm not angry. I'm just very shocked that this could be happening. Quick yes but.....it's a good shocked and quick." He said giving a loopsided grin. As he did so Chernobog turned away from the pairing to enter further into his cave network giving them the privacy they deserve but also having nothing more to say to them at the moment. No he said enough and would simply watch this female closely. She had potential to be an incredible evil mare with them.
Understanding what it meant for his father to leave them, Zernobog looked around the area and smiled faintly. "We can stay here if you like. Or find another place for us to settle while being here until the foals are born. That way you can rest enough and we can get back to causing terror."

Nevaeh leans into him and chuckles."Well good. Because I am not gonna deal with you being angry over such a thing.. Considering it does take two to make children.I'm glad you aren't angry though." Watching the father leave she is grateful for that. Relaxing fully she considers the area."This area has potential.. Close to the entrance. I do get restless as you know some nights. I think this will do just fine Zern." Nuzzling him she moves to go to an area which isn't so full of rocks and moves to lay down.
