It definitely will help. If you want a thicker oil to help hydrate your skin, both coconut oil (fattiest oil), olive oil, and castor oil, are great options as well smile
I wash my hair with coconut oil, especially when the weather cools down. Super hydrating! I warm it up and use it as a hot oil treatment mask on my hair, leave it in over-night, then wash it in the morning 3nodding

Well we went to Whole Foods for the first time today and I was so overwhelmed, haha. I didn't see any grapeseed oil. Might need to try another place I shop at called The Golden Temple. I do have olive oil already. Think I want to try the coconut though! I am obsessed with coconuts, haha.
Haha, the reason I like grapeseed for my face is because it doesn't feel as oily as coconut oil (especially for my eyes). But try it! It won't make you break out. I have oily/combination skin myself, and it actually helps balance my skin and keeps it nice and hydrate. Coconut oil has so many benefits for our bodies- it's crazy!
Whole Foods may not have it- you may have to try an actually health food store cat_3nodding
