Dion managed to catch himself before colliding with the pool table, which required a slight change of plans from Caliber. The Dirty South Outlaw grabbed the bar stool that had recently deposited the Hardcore Paladin on the floor, and attempted to bash his opponent across the back with it.

The bar stool slammed into Dion's back as he arched in pain, slumping down to a knee. The pool shark dude bros took a few steps back, bewildered by the scene.

The stool didn't quite shatter upon impact, but it was no longer fit for use as either furniture or a weapon. Guess it really was cheap.
Discarding the busted hunk of junk in his hands, J. W. would look to follow up by trying to grab Necurat by the scruff of the neck, with the intention of trying to bounce his head off the edge of the pool table a couple of times. The challenger might have been good buddies with the man who trained him, but the champ was certainly not going to go easy on him because of it.

Dion's back was throbbing in pain, hoping that the stool would have, at the very least, broke against him. He felt a hand grab the back of his head, and thinking quickly, attempted to deliver several elbow shots to the gut of whomever had him by the scruff.

The elbows connected, forcing the champion to relinquish his grip as he backed up, holding his gut.

While his former tag partner taught the champ everything he knows, Dion knew that the good Major didn't teach him everything The Master of Disaster knew.
As Dion's elbow connected, he carried the momentum to get himself to his feet. He would attempt to grab at Caliber's head, and if successful, then attempt to slam his forehead against the pool table.

The South Texas Stallion kinda got what he wanted, as a skull collided with the pool table. Of course, he would have preferred that said skull not have been his own.

Taking advantage of the situation, Dion would attempt to plant a double axe handle on the back of Caliber.
