I think it every week but I don't always post.
Frankly I am surprised this guild does not have more members.
Possibly that is because many users want to read the "babble" in real time.
But what I suspect is more probable is fewer users care about ATS than they did about ATA two or three years ago.
ATA used to address (or at least sidestep in interesting ways) real issues about the site that covered a variety of topics. ATS has become almost exclusively a thread about items for sale.
Perhaps the one question I found interesting this week is Gaia (bluealaris) finally acknowledged publicly the reason they sell gold generators boils down to they need the cash. That has been rather apparent but usually all Gaia would says was more along the lines of "...but users love them so much and we have to
give sell them what they want!"
Though it didn't address what I believe is a larger goal.
That being to slowly make the site pay to win.
Gaia has promised not to make the site pay to play. They have honored that in that you can still technically be here and participate for free. But it used to be you could slowly work your way towards the top (in terms of items / being rich) via hard work and long hours on the site. Now about the only way to be one of the "elite" (if that is your thing) or to have high end items is to spend real cash money on items or gold generators.
I believe that is intentional in spite of comments about increasing the gold you get from games and posting and such.
Also - lulz at the question about adding a pause to the booty grab game.
It's a one minute game. If your real life stuff can't wait the remainder of the 60 seconds when you are in the middle of a game then you should probably be doing real life stuff instead of playing booty grab.
rofl (or at least be mature enough to just walk away from the game and be happy with whatever gold you got for a partial play. You can let the clock run out and you still get whatever gold you got up to that point.)
