May 3rd, 2016: Zero Omega Shrimp_Man Alchemy/bugsTheoretically, how long would it take for the Help Center to get back to you for a ticket for a wing failing to grant when you finish a formula level? I need to know...for reasons. ninja We try to aim to get to tickets within a week of submission.

Because waiting 7 days for a response with money issues seems like a long time. Billing issues are generally handled within the same day to one day after the ticket being filed. If you have an outstanding billing ticket, go ahead and PM me with the ticket number.

The account was made in 2003 they have no posts and is not active. What would I have to do to try to get the username for this account, if it is even possible? August 9th, 2016: Zero Omega Pretensed Live, real-time support.Will the Gaia team ever consider getting a phone number that users can call for support/general complaints/issues/etc.? It's ridiculous that a forum and community of this size doesn't even have some type of live, real-time support. Unfortunately we don't have a large enough support team at the time to handle live, real-time support. It's something that we've explored in the past, but we'd have to either drop other areas of support that we offer, or massively increase the size of our support staff, neither of which are a viable solution at this time.

I've searched previous threads that have asked this question and the general responses from users are "I don't know," "just be patient," and "file another ticket." I haven't seen a staff or mod response, though I might not have looked back far enough and freely admit that. I'm willing to wait on my ticket, myself, but I'm curious as to if there's an appropriate course of action. (Even if that course really is just "be patient." ) You can PM a mod or admin to check on the status of your ticket, it's possible that something might have caused it to be routed to a wrong queue or some other issue may have occurred where it hasn't been seen yet.

November 1st, 2016: Zero Omega Starrydance Question Category: Customer Service TicketsQuestion: I have two Customer Service Tickets Open for over a month, and a previous one just closed when I showed Paypal charged for GC, but I didnt get it in my account. I remember an announcement about Customer Service Tickets, but that was a few weeks ago, is the Queue getting shortened? Any tickets regarding payments are typically handled within one day. I've taken a look at your closed ticket and it looks like you didn't reply within four days of our reply. In cases like that, the ticket gets closed. You can reopen it by replying to it.

November 22nd, 2016: Zero Omega Narishia Tickets/gaia boxhallo, I was wondering if it would be possible, to un-grant the gaia box exclusive item from one account and grant it to another instead, if the account that currently holds the item is banned? It's probably something we can make an exception to given the nature of the Gaia Boxes and their intent. File a ticket in the help center and reference this post so that the person handling your ticket knows that it's something we can talk about.

November 29th, 2016: Zero Omega Lunarpori Misc My main was banned and I filed a ticket to appeal it, the ticket was created on 08/27/2016 at 09:36:15 PDT. I know that you've stated to not ask about tickets in here however you've left me no choice since you wont reply to my e-mails or my messages to staff member accounts. I would like to get the ball rolling with my ban appeal, I was told after submitting the ticket that I would hear something back in about seven business days, it's been about three months if not more and I have not heard a single word. I'm worried that if I keep being ignored that my account will never be unbanned, I've heard that if a person has been banned for more than 90 days it's the company policy that they will never be unbanned. The ticket number is 5630-10523971 please take a look at it soon. We have your ticket on file and it will definitely be addressed. To clear up any concern about the 90 day policy, that only applies if an account was banned and the person had filed no tickets to try and contest their ban. If the person has filed a ticket within the 90 days, we will allow for an appeal even if there isn't a reply for more than 90 days. Zero Omega Dogoda Misc Do you have any plans to address the issues with the backlog of help tickets? Some people have been waiting well over a year for some assistance and well that's pretty ridiculous, in order to have a good site you need good customer service. Surely you could look into promoting some of the existing mods to help with the issue. We're working through our tickets as fast as we can with the team we have, and have some ideas on how to otherwise speed up the process, though that being said, a year backlog is inaccurate. If someone has an outstanding ticket that old, we recommend they contact any moderator or admin to have them take a look into it.
