As the helicopter passed made its was closer to the tower a few bullets shot by those who stilled had ammo to use for there weapons shot at them trying to get there attention but to avail.As the helicopter made it to the titans tower and then began hoving its door open and the figure who was inside came out a bunge cord straped to his belt.As he then jumped out and landed on the ground with little recoil form the cord he looked trough the windows as someone inside the helicopter threw out three crates onto the ground of the island and then closed its door and flew away.The person looked at the helicopter leave he fixed the mask he had on and then ran up to the front door.

I was running around town. Now that it was basically deserted, there wasn't anyone to see me, in all my half-dragon freakishness. Everyone here hated me. Everyone on Thear hated me. And I hated them all.
After a bit of running I jumped into the air and spread my giant, black, dragon wings. The underside of my wings caught a draft of air and I was able to stay suspended in the air. I flew over empty buildings and deserted streets. There was no one here. No one to point at me and scream when they saw me, and hate me just because I looked different. There was no one.
I went around the town, then I came to the edge where I could see Titans Tower, which had always stood proudly on Titans Island.
Stupid Titans, I thought to myself. They all think they're so perfect.
After awhile I realized there was a helicopter there. I decided to watch, hidden close by by a fallen building, and see what was going on.

Recca walked down stairs and noticed Silver talking to someone at the door, she quickly moved behind Silver peeking quietly. "Who is that Silver...?" Recca whispered being a bit nosy.

she stared coldly at the person in the mask.
"The others are elsewhere. If you need to talk to someone here with authority, the nearest one you'll find is either me or Recca."

Recca nodded and looked at the person oddly, "what a strange...guy" she whispered so he wouldn't here. "You'll either be able to speak with me or Silver, and if your finished you can leave any time" she said to the man.

Powers: Same as Starfire only white, great strength, great speed. Update: White energy shield and White energy wall
Weapons: Plasma Sabor
Weapon Update: Plasma Gun, Photon Gun (Same thing as Plasma Gun only faster and stronger.)
History: Only had thought to be human. If it were only true. The day that Slade killed his family on Earth and told him the truth to Zetro. He was not human; he was a Tameranium like Starfire. Only after the titans came and destroyed Slade's first base, Zetro was free from Slade's control. But, he didn't know were to go. By going to the titans for help means that they would try to get rid of him, but didn't. Even if he is safe with the titans, he has one thing to fear. The final mission given to him from Slade was to kill all titans with the Plasma Sabor. Not only that, the transformation that people from Tameran made him have claws on his hands and feet; scales on his skin; one horn on his head; also four wings on his back. Lately, Zetro had some power surges that destroyed or damaged electronics in the same room he is in. In his studies, Zetro found out that his family is the last line to protect the royal family on Tameran. Thus, Zetro is the last of the Nigomi family to fulfill this act, and to protect Starfire at all cost.

Zetro walks slowly from the outskirts to the city. Badly wounded and bleading. Zetro walks into the city at long last. "...... So...... The city is nearly empty...... I hope my weapons don't fail on me when I get to the tower......"

My tail twitched. Even though they were far off, I could hear them clearly. Call it bat-hearing if you want. So I heard about the secret document.
What fun, I thought. It sounds valuable. Maybe I could try and find it first.
