We'd definitely love to release more tickets after we handle all these old tickets including our large SDPlus queue for sure! This is due to the way that the item is pixeled and created, plus the inclusion of three poses that would be customized to the requested animal in comparison to the two poses of the March and Mr.March series. Because of these variables, we decided not to include the Struts as part of the Marching Order, but the restriction may be lifted in the future. I apologize as I know many users are upset that the Strut series wasn't included, but I hope these bunnies munching furiously on leaves of spinach will make your evening. 4laugh

I mean, if you search for "companion" items on the marketplace, the majority ARE human. If it really is just for pets, do you plan to release a ticket in the future that lets you design humanoid companions? The word companion is used differently in this case. It should be a pet though a humanoid shape is ok as long as it's not the size of our avatar. I thought the rules said that making a custom Strut wasn't allowed?

Companion items take significantly more time to complete and run into many complexities that aren't apparent at first glance. Because we want to make sure that the requested items are able to be completed in a timely fashion (we're trying our best!) we decided to exclude companion items for any golden ticket. However sometime you want to recolor just one pose from a particular item and don't really care for the other poses or think there are better substitutes for said poses. Using a ticket for those might seem potentially wasteful. Have you guys considered making a ticket where you take one pose from a multi-pose item and recolor the pose x amount of times? I think it'd be pretty cool to have. We don't currently have plans for this as it has potential to turn into an organizational mess. If we decide to recolor the entire set in the future, we now have to be wary of single poses of that set floating around already existing in that color.

If you release one project at a time, then it gets ALL the attention, meaning more people buying it as there is nothing else like it at the time. if you add a second one, then people are more likely to choose one of the wo. Add another less buying. and so on and so forth. PLEASE, only release one project rig at a time, this way it can be the main focus, have more people buy it, and potentially more winners. (we have waited this long, we can wait a little bit longer for the re-releases) We like to release different types of tickets per month so there will be more tickets in general for you guys to get a chance of winning. I'm not too sure since those skins would require a little more than just a change to match the base color. From what I understand, if you ask for a pattern change it's a repaint. But then rainbow-fied and items with glow get approval, which kind of of seems like a repaint too. I'm not sure what you mean in terms of having to repaint any of the bare arms as we only need to shift the colors to match a specific base that was left out. Making a rainbow gradient or adding glows doesn't require repainting (repixeling) either!

Is this how you originally envisaged Project Custom, and if not, what steps can be taken to move it toward your original vision? I wouldn't exactly go as far as that. We have hundreds of orders all by different Gaians. Making the Club Verge Custom SDPlus box available as a tier prize has also opened up the custom process for hundreds of people who may otherwise not have been able to. We certainly do not wish to limit the use of tickets based on wealth but I'm always more than willing to hear out suggestions. We're considering adding expiration dates to most if not all of our tickets at some point which may help with this issue, though that requires us trying to clear out most of our current queue.

Also there a LOT of the same users redeeming tickets, & the wealth gap keeps getting wider from it.
Maybe you should try doing the same with the SDPlus boxes, that you did with the tickets.

I recently noticed that the sticky for the Makeover Kit ticket is no longer in the Project Custom forum. Are there any plans to re-release this ticket in the future? We are currently not in the process of recoloring any of the sold-out furs created from Golden Paw tickets; however, this may change in the future. milkbun VG Tryx Items Not sure if it goes under this category but it's been 36 days since my ticket was accepted and I still have not received my first round of mocks, is this normal? It takes us 30 to 60 business days to complete the item and you will receive mocks around the half way mark, however sometimes it can take a little longer. When it does we try to finish it up faster so you still receive it it in time. I should have mocks for you soon, they're being worked on smile

The Evolving Item creation as part of the Sapphire Ticket includes working with Gaia staff to create a story, spread over 6 separate announcement updates, that will be included in the weekly EI reports. This is also an opportunity to invent part of Gaia's canon, as characters and stories presented in these reports are sometimes used in future chance items or continued in additional evolving items. As such, it requires more work involving multiple staff members to approve and edit this item type. bluealaris Castiel Lover ItemsWHY did you make winning tickets even harder, with these ticket fragments? Instead of a chance to win a ticket, we now get a chance to win 1/1000th of a ticket?? Did you do the math for how much it'd cost to make even a ONE POSE ticket?? You're basically insuring that only the super rich will ever get these tickets. I pray to god you don't do this to Ruby tickets or the rest of them, and still give chances to win the gold type tickets in future chance items. Winning ticket fragments is a way to distribute far more rewards and allow users a greater chance at questing for them. For instance, it is much more likely for a larger number of people to win a semi-rare fragment and slowly collect them over time than a single super rare ticket. It also allows for users who don't want them to have a stable and desired reward that they can sell on the MP that aren't totally unaffordable except by a few very wealthy exchangers. May 4th, 2015: bluealaris Fibonacci To Infinity Items/Alchemy These guys. Don't get me wrong, these Golden Fragments (Which I & a few friends have been calling them Jiggies for nostalgia's sake.), are a great thing. However...The rarity of them is way too extreme for the cost of them & what is needed to make tickets. I'm trying my hand at making one because I REALLY REALLY want an item made, but with the forced rarity of these things makes it extremely hard for someone who doesn't always have the funds for them. They are only being offered in coupons & in the CI's in the Cash Shop.This isn't very fair to those who don't always have the money to even try their hand at getting one. Also it seems like they are getting more & more useful in Alchemy, such as the new options with the Dark Eclipse item having them for an option. I understand the need for rarity of these Fragments, but if they are going to become more prevalent in Alchemy then they need to be more common than they already are.
So here's my options on fixing the solution:1. Have them as a more permanent feature in the CS or The Bifrost for a relatively decent price. (Even if they are worth GCash) 2. Have a crafting option to make these much like the Golden Giftboxes we had a while back.We're allowed to make other components by crafting, why not these too? 3. Have them as a rare drop in Caches or the Alchemy Grab Bags. Granted a very rare drop, but one none the less. Thanks for this suggestion! We are planning to release the Golden Fragment via. Golden fragments! I know its supposed to be RARE and elite! but can there be MORE golden fragments for less $$$? Can some of the other creative gaians get a change to make something UNIQUE please? Golden Fragments are in many releases that require very little in GC, and some luck- we're also planning on making the craft-able through alchemy.

One of the coupons in this announcement, which could be used thrice before expiring on May 4th at 4:59 pm PDT, was the Golden Fragment Coupon. This coupon guarantees a Golden Fragment, which can be used in alchemy to create tickets, by purchasing at least 10,000 GC, which would be spending a hundred or more in American dollars. Thus, by making three of the minimum $100 purchases of Gaia Cash using this coupon, a user who can afford to spend $300 during the almost 24 hour time period, would receive 3 Golden Fragments. Why was this coupon created, and are you aware that it may appear to cater towards users who have a larger offsite expendable income, guaranteeing them, over all other users, Golden Fragments instead? If you're referring to submitting a user-created item mockup with the image itself blown up to 200 or 300%, that's fine!
