Rallie didn't linger near the hobbit after that. He started making his way back to the herd, thinking all the while. It really was unfortunate that the dwarves weren't keen on any sort of alliance. He had accompanied Daenerys to speak with their representatives enough to know that. They were undoubtedly a proud and skilled warrior race, but that meant little if they were not interested in affairs beyond their borders.
Rallie's brow furrowed in thought. He himself had once been a part of a larger herd. No one else had followed him when he joined the khalasar, but join it all the same he did. Perhaps there were a few single dwarves that might be similarly convinced. Maybe it was just a matter of finding the right ones to ask, but how could they discover new recruits if they were hardly allowed to speak to them? It was a conundrum, and one without any easy answer. Thinking about this, he worked his way back to the herd.
