((Yep and is this your version of hoard battle from X & Y?))

Trinity eyed the bunch of agitated Rattata before palming her Torchic's pokeball. She walked up to them and tossed out Torchic. He came out eagerly. He danced cutely seeing the group of Pokemon he could battle. "Ok Torchic, focus and use scratch on the middle one." She commanded eyeing the group seeing who were smaller than the others.
Torchic ran at the targeted Rattata and scratched him in the face. It screeched holding it. Trinity commanded Torchic to keep on going with the attack.

Trinity smiled as the battle finished. Her Torchic excitedly ran over to her. She picked him up and let him cuddle up in her arms. The female trainer looked at the Lucario, "Thanks, Shadow." she said grateful. "Let's carry on, ok?" she said starting to walk. Torchic looked curiously at the Lucario.

Torchic waved one of his wings at Shadow. He then settled down in Trinity's arms. He didn't show it but the battle did make him tired a little. He was only at level five right now.
Trinity kept an eye out for other Pokemon. She did want to train to caught another Pokemon. Maybe a Sparrow or Pidgey.

Trinity stopped the group to scan both flocks. She eyed a lone Spearow pecking at a hill. She walked over to the small bird. "Hey little guy, want to battle?" she challenged the small Spearow. Torchic happily hopped out of her arms. The Spearow smirked as he ruffled his chest feathers to make himself look bigger. The two small birds faced off before Trinity commanded Torchic to growl then follow through with a scratch attack. Spearow shuttered at Torchic's cry before trying to dodge him. He went in for a peck attack. Torchic took the attack before searching home again. Both attack wounded the two.

The battle has gone on for awhile now and both fighters were panting. Trinity decided it was time to throw a poke-ball at the panting Spearow. He gave a slight cry as he went before the ball shuck three times. It pinged loudly. Trinity picked up the ball before sitting down on the hill. She first got out her first aid kit. Torchic grumbled as his trainer motioned for him to come to her. He walked over and took a seat on her lap. Trinity started spraying and wrapping up scratches and cuts. She kissed his cheek before letting out her new Spearow. The Spearow looked at her tired but weary. She offered some poke-feed. Quickly the bird-type went to her. Trinity fixed him up as he ate the feed.
The young trainer put away her first aid kit before returning both Torchic and Spearow to rest in their balls. She turned to Shadow, "Ready to go?" she asked.

Trinity saw Shadow dart from her. She gasped at how quick he was, "Hey! Shadow, stop!" She shouted running after him. She was trying to keep up but couldn't so she came upon him beating up the grunts.
The trainer ignored him beating them to let out the Pokemon in the nets. She gasped seeing a baby Squirtle. He had a bloody cut on his forehead. He didn't have the same coloring as a normal Squirtle or a shiny one. He was a dark blue. The young trainer quickly cradled him before he started to cry some more. Trinity quickly took care of the cut that she knew would scar. She then called the PokePolice that were in Viridian City. She was told they would be there in five minutes because they were using Arcanines and their Extreme Speed.
Trinity then turned to her Lucario and used his ball. She quickly forced it in to lock mode. "I'm sorry." She said tearing up a little. She also used a pokeball on the baby Squirtle. He went easily in to the pokeball. Soon the police were here, the trainer explained how her Lucario lead her to finding the Team Rocket Grunts. They followed them already beaten by the Pokemon they were trying to take. The Police thanked her for calling them and offered her a ride to the city. Trinity smiled gratefully and got on to a Arcanine.
In the city, Trinity walked to the Pokemon center and got her pokemon healed through the machine. Then she got a room and quickly went in to the room. Hesitantly, Trinity unlocked Shadow's ball and let him out.

Trinity flinched at the angered betrayal Shadow first had when he was let out. She turned away from him to hide the tears coming to her eyes. "I had to do it. If those police had showed up with you still beating up those thugs, you would of been taken way. No matter how you look at it, they would of labeled you as a danger to humans because they don't know if you wouldn't attack someone who wasn't Team Rocket or the many other organizations like them. It only works if you knock them out without beating them to a pulp." She explained to him. She looked at him, "I'm sorry for having to do that. But I can only say it was to protect you. If you don't agree to what I did and you don't want to travel with me anymore, let me know and I'll send you back to Professor Oak. I'll tell him it was my decision." Trinity said sitting down at the desk provided in the room she got.

((That does sound interesting and it helps me know if what Trinity is doing is good for him or not ^^))

Trinity looked at Shadow seeing that he was unsure. "Shadow, If you are looking to comfort me, for now tap my right shoulder to let me know you aren't mad at me any more. Tap my left shoulder if you are. I can't check if you are tired or hungry with my poketch if you aren't in your Pokeball so maybe point to your mouth if you are hungry." Trinity said trying to set some ground rules. She looked at her Poketch to check on the others. Looks like everyone is getting hungry. "Looks like everyone else made that decision for us. We'll be getting something to eat somewhere, ok?" She asked him making sure he was ok with it.
