For a moment Liryn thought on it. "Okay" he said at last. "But can we come back soon?" He thought about it before adding "And normal soon instead of ages and ages soon."

That got a small laugh, the remains of a smile still lingering from the small bobtail's antics as Athene reached out to scoop him up.
"Sure" he agreed, as he summoned his phone and went through the apps, eventually selecting the one that would take them back.
As the asteroid from which he took his name faded away, Athene knew that he would be back and also knew that now that he had been and for the second time that he wouldn't take so long with the next trip.
