Chuckling softly, Luca gently elbowed her ghoul companion and motioned to the biting apples, "Maybe we should have cut back on the snapples?" Those things were getting feisty. Hopefully no one would lose a nose or lip.

Ah, bitten a third time! Hollandaise shot a look at the two ghouls at the booth. "Perhaps," she said sweetly, "-a sign apprising people of the dangers might be in order?" With a barely pinned-on smile and a throbbing nose, Hollandaise moved away, swaying like a tree in the breeze.

Taking a big breath, Mayaa plunged her face even deeper into the tub.
Ok, this time for sure, she'll get something!

... Well, she got something, but the aftertaste...
Mayaa spat the rotten apple out and frowned.
That didn't taste very good.

Looking over to Lucretia after her remark, she snickered. "Hell no. They get to put their heads in the WATER. The snapples are the perfect way to get revenge-- I mean. Give them what they came for. It does say apple bobbing."

She turned back as the reaper spoke to her. "I believe they have bitten harder each time. I have been apple bobbing before and while some surprises lurked, I'm sure they were not this painful." She rubbed her nose gently, as if to make a point. Her yellow=green eyes snapped to Imbere.

"Revenge? For what?"

Stopping to give the new booth a look see over, Kamakura initially wanted nothing more than to turn and bolt off. It was the female reapers intense stare, and the fact he really didn't feel like running away was an option. Making a look of disdain he reluctantly moved closer to the bucket easing himself closer. The fact it was dirty really didn't help either. Huffing, his tail fur on end he made it quick, so he could get dry and be done with this all the faster.

"You've got to be kidding me.." he sighed before making his attempt. However as he tried to take a bite of the apple the jacking thing instead tried biting him. Hissing he retracted his face, gaping in wonder at the task before him.

Readying himself for the next attempt, he took in a deep breath and sighed slowly. It wasn't like the water was going to bite him. That was some of these damn apples jobs. Kamakura leaned in, trying again reasoning the sooner he finished the quicker he could dry off.

When his teeth sunk into an apple, his eyes went wide not with surprise for achieving the feat but of the rotten bite. "Oh yuck.." Making a face the catboil coughed, wiping his mouth ears laying back looking positively perturbed. Yet he was all the more determined now.

Not exactly holding his breath, he went after his last attempt. For a brief moment before Kama leaned in watching the apples bob about rather lazily. Once he'd had enough watching the apples mill about he leaned in snapping his jaws at an apple and all he received was a mouth full of water which prompted him to lift his head and wrinkle his nose.

Well then. He'd tried. That was really all Kamakura could say for this booth. Using his jacket he wiped off his face before slipping it back on and crossing his arms over his chest staring down at the bucket and its contents crossly. It didn't surprise him that some how when it came to water he'd have the worst luck ever. Addi'e reminder to smile had him shaking his head bemused, as he stepped away from the tub.
