HP: 3 To be perfectly honest Breena was in such a state of pain she had simply stopped thinking. When the scythe pierced her belly, she reacted like the badly wounded animal she was. Her clawed hand lashed out at Cerise in a swipe faster then she would have been capable of if she had been thinking properly.

:: It wasn't all the smack that had sent her into a state of unconsciousness, it was the fact that the direction she'd been slammed in had knocked her over and upset her broken leg to the point that stars burst before her eyes and she felt a tearing pain racing through her leg that seemed to travel the length of it, up her back and right into her skull. Crumpling to the ground, she moved no more. ::

 Tsuken came across the fallen form of an ally, one of Death's warriors. Blinking behind his mask he knelt by her side and gave her an analyzing look over. The busted leg seeming to be the most pressing injury. Opening his satchel of supplies he was quick to set the bone and wrap it between two thin boards, not seeming to care if the jolt of pain it likely caused would wake his patient.

 :: It did indeed wake her up... Her deep blue eyes flew open and her mouth hidden by the skull mask opened in a piercing scream. Her back arched in a spasm of pain before she'd twitch her fingers against the ground as if she were looking for something.... Her eyes snapped to Tsuken... trembling, she recognized him as a follower of Antar and ceased to look for her weapon... closing her eyes again she'd concentrate on her breathing, her fingers bunching into her dark skirts as she'd grit her teeth and bear the pain of having her leg stabilized. ::

Tsuken didn't flinch or falter in his work as his patient screamed and grabbed about for her weapon. He worked in silence, finishing binding her leg he looked up at her masked face for a brief moment before he pulled out some small blue pills and a bottle of water. He held them out her without a word expecting her to take them.

:: She was breathing heavily, clenching from the pain... She felt his hand brush against hers and opened her eyes again to look. Seeing the pills she'd release her dress and take them... Pushing her mask up just enough to expose her face, she'd take the water and pop the pills in her mouth, swallowing them down she'd lie back down and just wait for them to kick it... "Thank you..." her voice soft. ::

"mmm" He replied with a nod to her thanks. Turning his attention the rest of her wounds he pulled out several liquids and rolls of gauze. Wetting the gauze with water he began the preliminary cleaning of her wounds. He was quick and efficient, yet surprisingly not a rough as one might have expected of someone working so quickly. After cleaning the wounds with water he moved on to alcohol to sterilize the injures.

:: She'd look at him, trying to distract herself from the pain. He wore a mask as she did, though she could speak behind her own, she just chose not to speak around the cursed. But this was an ally of her God... and while she was trying to bear the sting of the alcohol she asked in a pained voice, "You can't speak?..." it would have made things a bit easier for her to have someone talking to her to distract her. But he was being surprisingly gentle even though he worked so quickly. It was impressive. ::

He didn't look up from his work as he respond to her inquiry. "I can." His response short, but not terse. Tsuken just usually didn't have much to say and tended to take an action over words stance. He finished with the alcohol and moved to the last bottle, which contained a opaque cream colored substance. He blinked his red eyes and coated another piece of gauze with the creamy stuff before applying it to the wounds and wrapping them to keep them clean. This last substance should have a cooling and soothing feel as well as having healing benefits.

:: "Ah..." she'd sigh, so he could speak... though he didn't seem to like to. But now he was getting to the point where he was using something that actually helped ease the pain, or perhaps the pain killers were just kicking in... she'd close her eyes again and pull her mask down over her face... she really should look around for her scythes... she just did not want to move right now, all she cared to do was sleep so her body could heal. ::

Tsuken completed bandaging her wounds in silence. Then he leaned back and began to pack away his things. Once he finished this he looked her over again to check his work. Satisfied he stood and held out a black hand to her. "I'll help you back to camp." He said, implying she should stay off her leg for awhile so it could heal properly. Really only bothering to speak cause she seemed to want him too.

:: She'd already started to drift off... The sound of his voice had jolted her back awake though, her eyes snapping up to his as he held out his hand to her. She'd look around for her scythes. Sitting up, one was right next to her, the other one was a few feet off... "Would you mind, handing my scythe to me?.." she'd ask him softly as she'd attach the one she did retain on her back, waiting for him to hand her the other before she'd do the same and then take his hand, pulling up and allowing him to help her back to the camp, she'd lean heavily against him trying to hop on one foot the best she could. ::

Tsuken blinked then gave a slight nod before going to retrieve the scythe for her. He silently handed it back to it's owner then helped her to her feet. He was surprisingly strong and sturdy, supporting the bulk of her weight with ease. Once back and camp he made sure she was comfortably situated on a cot in the healers tent before taking his leave so she could get some rest.
