Nova's tail lashed. This game was rigged, he was sure of it. He grabbed the controls again. Yes! Two great hits. And a good hit. Dang, no, point loss. And then nothing. Nova almost thought he'd broke it when the game didn't respond on the last turn, then his score popped up. 1, 1, 3, 8, 5 : He lasted for 18 seconds. His score is 8.

Lute liked gnomes, they were cute and reminded her of Van! Her bean bag bat secured to her belt she started the game with a small smile to the booth owner. Her game wasn't very long but Lute thought she had done pretty well, well enough for a prize!...Maybe. Turning she waited looking off awkwardly. She had to admit she felt a bit sorry for the gnome. Getting all beat up like that. Even still it was another fun game to play and she could set her guilt aside for a while. 0 + 3 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 18 Not too bad a score. At least her gnome seemed like it could defend itself.

His gnome was demolished and he had no idea how it had happened.

40 seconds, even though the second punch was a whole game over?! That was unprecedented! Amarus covered her mouth with one hand, trying not to let it show that she was holding back a fit of laughter.
She slid her hand away just enough to say:"Congratulations, you have the new high score for duration," she said, handing out a booth minipet to the new owner of the high score.
After that, it seemed like the winners were mostly Raffle-ticket winners. She was surprised so many of them even finished with a positive score. She watched, fascinated by the new player's determination as they tried round after round.
One of them seemed to feel a little guilty over the gnomes' being beaten up. They were just plastic models, though, so Amarus didn't really see why anyone would be that sensitive. Then again, Amarus had also once strapped a couple gnomes to sleds led by foxfires and raced them against their will.
Two more of the players did so poorly that Amarus' faith in her game was restored. Yes, it was wholly unfair. But it was so much fun.
The Current High Score for Duration is now 40;
4 / 10 of the Booth Minis for August 26th have been distributed

A familiar design caught her attention, causing Rosy to float towards it. A smile forming as she saw it was the other club she was apart of. Looking over the game gnome smashers, she eyes Amarus before she shrugs "Alright I'll give it a go." moving behind the purple one she grins as she tries to fight her gnome.
She didn't last long sadly, nor did she get many points.
None of this mattered to her as she laughs "Okay that was fun. I may have to come back. Very neat idea Amarus." she only scored nine points, and lasted nineteen seconds.Face your demons Ticket I believe? Awesome game, and glad to see this up.

Quark had barely gotten his hands around the controls when the booth's resident gnome launched into action. The match was over almost as soon as it started. He stared at his ruin of a gnome for a few seconds, then let out a helpless laugh. "Wow. Did I just set a record for shortest time in the ring?"

Quillan wondered if the game was lagging because it was just NONSTOP PUNCHES freeze NONSTOP PUNCHES freeze NONSTOP PUNCHES. When it ended, the boil said, "I think your interwebs isn't strong enough.". He probably meant something about interweb connection, but he was wrong in that regard as well.

The gnome game seemed fun and, overall, easy. Which was actually the case and he'd been doing pretty good until the other gnome shanked his.

Amarus was vaguely amused by Lock's low score as well, but it was still not surprising; after all, it was stacked against them. "Perhaps you can try again, later?" she asked, with a nod.
When Rosy floated towards her, Amarus' smile took on a different quality. She remembered; thanks to the recent events, all of her locked memories were back and the pain of Revenge had left her. Now she had pure memory, the knowledge of what had passed without the sting of its recent goings-on. And Rosy was in the recovered memories. "Congratulations," Amarus said, "you have won a ticket." Not that Amarus was ever going to tell anyone she remembered.
How Quark had managed to make her gnome miss his the first few times Amarus tried to sucker punch it was a mystery to her. It took her 39 seconds before her gnome shiv'd Quark's and it was an instant game over. Two seconds longer, and Quark would have had the new high score, despite losing at the first hit for time lasted. "Actually... you managed to take two seconds less than the longest lasting round," she said, perplexed.
Amarus was literally the worst individual to try to talk to about lag. She seriously had no idea what Quillan was talking about, except that it sounded like an insult. "I think I will accept your comment as the fruit of loss, and carry on as though you had not questioned my... something," Amarus said. Once, she would have offered to punch someone in the face gleefully. She had grown.
"Is it?" she asked the stranger who visited her first in the morning. "I don't recall establishing rules," she said, with a wicked smile. "Do you think, perhaps, you have taken for granted that we will meet your expectations of fairness?" she was teasing him in jest, of course, and seemed more amused than anything else.
Grymoire Congratulations! You have the first speed score of the day, and ergo win the booth mini!

He should have suspected that he wasn't going to do well considering the events that were going on today (( at least with him )) and he scored negative. However, he took solace that the negative scores was not an uncommon occurrence. Maybe another time he could give it a better shot when luck was on his side.

There was a booth, with little tiny gnomes! And you got to make them punch each other!!
Not that... Mayaa condoned violence, but they were toys, and it was just so... so cute!!
And so she fiddled with the contraption, letting out little giggles each time their arms moved. So fun~
But then her gnome got destroyed. Aww o n o
