The guardian gave the girl across from her a long look, blinking slowly.
"I did say it was a theory, right, and that I have no personal knowledge of this?" Her mouth twisted in a feline smile as she shook her head. "I don't know why here and now, rather than there and later. Not all senshi worlds have anything living on them at all, you know. Some have the beginnings of plant life, others have nothing but barren rock. But, what they all have in common is a complete lack of higher life of any kind. No animal, or bugs or people. We know they once teemed with life the way Earth did, but they don't any longer, which hints at some Armageddon that happened a thousand years ago. No one knows for sure, even the Prince I know has no knowledge of it, and he has a full memory of his past life."
Ash shrugged and waved off the offer of comic books.
"I can find things just fine on the internet, Darling, there's no need to go and buy things just for reference. Rather, we should focus on you and getting you used to your new powers!" She hummed proudly as she lifted her head. "I wouldn't say no to a nice hot meal at the end though."

Yeah...sorry. I can't help it." There were so many things going on in her mind. So much information she wished she could get her hands on and yet couldn't. She was beyond curious about it all and wanted to know whatever she could know. Listening about the lack of life, and what life some planets did have, she nodded her head slowly. "I wonder what would happen if someone brought bugs from here up there...to help plant life." With pollination and other things. Speaking more to herself she nibbled her bottom lip and ran her fingers through her hair.
"But what if the life that had been there somehow...can be again...but how..." The words were again spoken aloud but to herself. Something had hit all the planet thoughts? What could be so big as to reach so far? Because surely they weren't all...space neighbors of a sort. So there was a good deal of distance between them all and yet it hit them all. How and why had here survived? It didn't make sense and yet it also bothered her, something that big to hit them all...that had to be powerful.
"Prince...?" She asked after a moment, as she came out of her own thoughts; she'd been trying to picture what could do such damage with such wide sweeping reach. She hadn't come up with an answer to that pondering.
"Of course, a hot meal it is then." Smiling as she decided to head right for the gym, she could bring her things to her room after the time in the gym.
The gym itself was down in the basement, a room with nothing covering the walls but mirrors which were only interrupted at some center point of each wall by a large screen tv. Various equipment filled the room though there was a large empty space, for yoga. The door closed behind them and she dropped the purchases, she carried into the house with her, on the floor by the door. "Alright...now lets see what this item does." Referring to the pen she'd been given by Ash who she had carried into the house and to the gym. Settling the cat on the padded floor as she looked around the familiar room.

Ash chuckled as she was carried, her body limp except for the gentle twitching of her tail as it hung.
"Yes! Prince Castor. He is the Senshi of Hail and a personal friend of mine. I would be happy to introduce you sometime, if you'd like. He's very strong and I'm sure he'd be happy to mentor you."
When she was set down, Ash bounced across the room to find one of the exercise machines. She scaled it with a smooth leap and settled down to sit on top of it where she would have a good view of the proceedings. Her tail curled around her paws and she yawned pleasantly, licking her whiskers.
"Don't forget darling... say 'Nephthys Power, Make-up!' to transform."

"M-maybe." She stated while biting down on her bottom lip further. The idea of meeting someone powerful, whilst being so new and weak, it was embarrassing just in thought. She couldn't imagine how embarrassed she might become when meeting a powerful prince. "I-I think I'll hold off on that meeting till I have my feet under myself more firmly." Yes, until she had more power than she would risk such a meeting, and hope that she didn't make a fool of herself.
Watching the cat make herself comfortable she felt a smile forming on her lips, already Ash looked rather comfortable here, before she turned her gaze to the pen resting in her hand. "Got it." It sounded silly, really it did, talking aloud to some item. it reminded her of that show her cousins used to watch when they were children...what had it been called?" She tried to remember the name and it took several moments before it hit her - Captain Planet. It reminded her of that. She knew it wasn't' the same though so she was able to shake away from of the embarrassment she used to have every time she used to watch that scene, or those power up scenes on that power rangers show her cousins also used to watch. Things like that, scenes like that, used to just be so cheesy she was embarrassed to watch them and would turn away; not that she had ever been much interested in either show or anything similar.
Grasping the pen tightly she held it up then and spoke the words, though it was clear she still felt some of that embarrassment by the way her voice came out soft and meek as if trying to hide what she was doing. "Nephthys Power, Make-up." As soon as the words had past her lips a sudden change took place, one which she knew should happen and yet somehow she still hadn't believed would happen until now. The clothing that she was left in, once the shower of red sparkles was over, had her staring down at herself before looking up in the mirror. "Ok...not bad..." Different but not bad. "Ash?" Looking for the others thoughts on it all.

Ash watched with rapt attention as her newest senshi transformed for the first time. The lacy black dress melted away to reveal red skirts and stockings, ruffles fluttering all over.
"Well, look at you!" The guardian laughed as she turned her head this way and that for a better view. "Very nice! You're the senshi of Vampires, I believe. Not a bad sphere at all. You'll be able to cast some magic now to help yourself out when fighting, so it'll have something to do with Vampires for sure."
Beaming, Ash sat up straight and tall, well pleased with this turn of events.
"Now, why don't we practice that magic, hmm? No time like the present! And I can fill you in on some of the important things to know while I'm at it. Oh, this will be a wonderful new friendship, Nephthys! I can already tell."Sleet Tempest Snape close here or on your post? <3

"Vampires...that's interesting." And she didn't mind it, it felt fitting and right? Not to mention it perhaps explained the ruffled dress and the crosses on it. At least it wasn't some bright pink outfit she was wearing? She could go with something a bit less bright but this wasn't bad at all. "How can you tell my...name and what I'm senshi of?" Was everyone senshi of something else? How to tell and why so many things? Was there a limit or things that weren't possible? Vampires weren't even real!
"Magic dealing with vampires...like what though? I mean I doubt I'm going to be biting people." She said while trying to think of what magic could deal with vampires. Nothing coming to mind she figured she would figure that out - oh! And the kitty was talking about working on that now. That would help!
Nodding her head she smiled. "Yes, that would be good. I can't think of what magic I could do that would deal with vampires. All I think about is biting, blood, killing...and not going out in the sun." Not to mention holy water and sun issues. She really couldn't think of anything which could help her, unless she were to bite people but that had nothing to do with magic - it was just a physical thing.
"Yes, please. I'd like to know everything you can tell me...or at least everything you think will be helpful to me. I can find out more things from you at a later date - I don't want to overwhelm you." She said with a smile in place as she gave a twirl and let her shirts flutter and her sleeves fly before she stopped and stared at the little cat. "Ok, so how do I figure out this magic thing?"Whimsical Blue Ok, we can finish here and hand wave other things. Or go on. But either is good with me. Sorry on slowness. But I'd love follow up rp's.
