Regal woke up the next morning feeling clammy and anxious. The trainer had slept well throughout the night, but didn't feel comfortable without all of his Pokémon with him. Nova, Magnolia and Jarvis had been trapped in their busted Pokéballs during last nights adventures, and were currently in Techmech Street where Al was working on repairing the broken capsules. The engineer had assured him that it would be a simple fix and that he could pick up his Pokémon by the morning, so Regal intended to do just that.
First, he had to collect the other half of his team from Nurse Joy. Terra, Icarus and Regis had all been pretty beaten up after their battle against the thief from last night, so they had all been taken for overnight healing. Regal had only been a trainer for a week now, but he had to admit that he felt kind of naked without the capsules safely secured on his belt. A sigh of relief escaped his lips as he retrieved the first half of his team from the nurse, and he wasted no time in clipping the balls back where they belonged. Feeling better already, the trainer thanked Nurse Joy for her time before making his way to the exit without stopping for breakfast. He had been meaning to finally get around to doing some shopping on Techmech Street, so he would collect his other Pokémon from Al first and then return to have brunch once they were all back together again and finished with their business. All in all, it was shaping to be a pretty good day.
