He lands a light blow to her side and she screeches and whips around to face him. Crouching down again, she strikes forward, rather like a snake, and attempts to smash the gold portion of her face into him and tries to claw at him some more.

Grywin raised his feathered arm to intercept her attack, dampening it somewhat. He would quickly raise his elbow up and make to bring it sharply down upon the top of her head.

She shifts her head out of the way, taking the blow on her shoulder instead. Raising her hands once more, she starts trying to slash him anywhere she can reach.

Grywin ducks, feeling her claws graze his shoulder. In one swift motion he aims to uppercut her chin.

Soltara staggers back under the blow, hissing and lashing out rather blindly with clawed hand and tail to try to keep her opponent at bay while she waits for her vision to clear once more. When she is able to see, she curls low to the ground, then launches forward, towards Grywin's stomach, attempting to bury her clawed hand into him.

Grywin quickly moves to the side to mostly avoid the lunging strike. He swivels around behind her and strikes for the back of her neck with a knifehand strike.
