A guy on tv recently gave me a scare! He said, he had been feeling badly for a few days and it was just getting worse and worse.
He thought it was food poisoning but it turns out, he was having a heart attack gonk
Are there foods or exercises that can help the heart stay strong?? neutral

Wow, that is one odd heart attack. The only food I already knew of for your heart is oatmeal. But of course I found more. :3
Salmon Tuna Flaxseed - these are also good for digestion Oatmeal Black + Kidney Beans Almonds - great news for me, I have them every day at work in my Smoothie Walnuts Red Wine Tofu Brown Rice - not many say it can be cooked in the microwave, but it can Soy Milk Blueberries Oranges Carrots Spinach Broccoli - so easy to steam Sweet Potatoes - omg delicious, hehe Red Bell Peppers Asparagus Tomatoes Acorn Squash Cantaloupe Papaya Dark Chocolate - nice, candy that's good for you Tea
Well, I'm lucky, cause I love a lot of these foods and eat stuff on this list quite often.
According to the Vitality Compass, I will live to be 86 but only lead a healthy life until I'm 72...that's 14 years of pain! No thank you. I know that I have to eat a lot better than I have been (I've gained 15 pounds since moving away from home) and I started recently working out again so I hope I can trim off the fat I've accumulated.

I plan on using their recommendations on their site so I'm hoping I can shave everything off. I'm looking forward to it. I know I need guidance with this but I don't want to pay a hefty price, and this is perfect for me!
Does anyone know how to cook squash without it tasting like spongebobs rubber boot?? confused
Or is all squash supposed to taste like that no matter what you do with it.
The only squash I have ever cooked is spaghetti squash. I tend to look it up on the internet every time I make it. xD But I do it in the microwave. This here is really helpful:
Spaghetti squash is awesome cause you eat it like spaghetti. I usually put butter, spaghetti sauce and cheese on it.

That's good you want to change things now. It took me a long time to start actually caring about what I did or put into my body. I still don't eat great but getting better. I eat a lot of crackers, noodles, and pizza. Not much fruit or even veggies lately.

I guess I'm very good at being invisible! razz
We eat a balanced dinner every night (a little bit of vegetables, something remotely healthy every once and awhile). I just started working again so I just take in leftovers from the night before. I only eat cereal for breakfast if we don't have apples or bananas. I really need to stop drinking so much coffee and maybe sub in tea.

D'aww.. sad I'm sorry. I think I just always look at the bottom of the pages so I tend to miss stuff in the middle.
Yeah, coffee isn't too good for you. Tea is much better. :3 But those bottled teas are crap. Full of sugar and usually GMO ingredients and "natural" and artificial flavors.

It's no problem, I understand! smile
I drink chamomile tea before I go to bed. It helps me sleep because I have anxiety when I try to get to bed when I have work the next day. It's terrible. I don't know why my body reacts that way.
