Setting: Modern Day Japan in an undefined year.
Background: For over twenty years Magical boys and girls with the umbrella term Magias have become a strange occurrence to a media sensation. Now pop idols have the fanciful Magias to compete for attention and its hard to compete with sparkles. Some Magias are pop idols as well but only about ten percent. The fifth anniversary of The Federation of Magic has come and Magias from America and Europe have come to celebrate. But the founder is found murdered and everyone is a suspect add that to a fair amount of scrutiny by mortals and rumors of a mysterious organization all lead to a dark conspiracy beyond any mere Magical Girl drama.
