"No... She hadn't been Jay long before that.." Jaysen wouldn't have blinded someone who cared about her. She wouldn't have sold out her own brother to some General just because she could. Lance shook his head. "Jaysen's been dead for a long time.. I don't know who that is anymore."

"Shhh, calm down. Let me explain.. You could take the twins over there. Hell. I'm sure Ari would let Ava go too." As for he and Ari themselves... well they were needed here for now. "It wouldn't be forever. It was just a thought Alistair. I'm not going to force you to do it, you know that.." When Ali shook his head, Lance reached up and gently grasped it between his hands. "You're allowed to say you need a break you know. I know how hard you've been trying, despite everything that's been going on. And even if they don't, you never know what might arise over there." Again the blonde brushed his cheek before gently tugging Alistair back down.

"Shh.." Lance cooed as he wrapped his arms around Alistair once more. "Alright. I won't bring it up again." The blonde promised. Lance ran his hands through Alistair's hair. "We'll stay then." For now anyway.

"Maybe you should sleep.. When was the last time we just crashed on the couch? Fell asleep to the sound of a movie?" Fell asleep to the sounds of each other breathing.

"We're staying in then.." Lance murmured as he kissed the top of Alistair's head while fishing around for the moment. "We can always pop something else in if we're both still awake when Casablanca ends." It sounded like a plan to him atleast.
