Fang glanced at their hands for a moment before looking at Lyonesse. At least someone respecting his name choice.. Though granted, wasn't much of a name choice to begin with.. He huffed quietly when Lyonesse's answered. It was easy. Everyone trained on roof tops.. Though he threw Lyonesse a confused look when the other mentioned that they had started making out. "...Okay... point for detail.." Next question... He couldn't ask who had awoken him as Fangite. Fang had no doubt Lyonesse would say himself. "...My youma. What was it's name? Did it have a nickname? Did I give anyone else nicknames and did I have any myself." Lets see him answer that.

Lyonesse exhaled. He had hoped the detail would be enough to convince Fang of his real identity, but apparently it wasn't. At least they were getting somewhere, though. confusion and surprise was better than total disbelief and denial.
"Airitech. Airi, usually. A wolf in basic shape, but with spikes, all in black - and he could melt into shadows." He pulled out as much detail as he could remember, and his heart ached for a moment. He'd always liked Airi.
"You called me Angel," his voice dropped to almost nothing, "and I called you Starshine."

Fang stared for a moment before he seemed to sink into another round of denial. "I wish I could have brought him with me..." Fang shook head head though, as if being asked a question. "It would have killed him though right? I... I don't want that for him. I hope he's alright." Fang rubbed his leg absently through the blankets. "...I miss him. He kinda acted like a giant puppy at times." His hand stopped. This idiot was getting everything right. Either knew more then he was letting on or... No. He was still having a hard time accepting Natron would purify. "...If you are Natron. Then why wouldn't you tell me. If you loved me at all, you would have told me!" He yelled, as he felt tears p***k at his eyes again. "I'm tired of waiting for someone who's not coming back."

Lyonesse swallowed, and then, almost desperately, he shifted and reached over so he could pull Fang into his arms. He shouldn't be doing this, but he had to - had to feel Fang in his arms, at least for a little while, even if he was pretty sure he was going to be shoved off.
"I am so sorry for abandoning you," he said, and his voice broke. "I thought...the less you knew, the safer you'd be, and I'd find you after and try to talk you around, but...that never happened." He let out a soft, choked sob. "I've missed you so much, it hurts."

When his world suddenly shifted to the side, Fang froze. His muscles tensed as arms wrapped around him his hand gripped the sheets tightly. Then, finally, he cracked himself. Fang curled into Lyonesse's embrace, wrapping his own arm around the other mans. "You left me. You left me and you forgot." He cried. "You trained me. You knew I could take care of myself. So why didn't you tell me." "I thought you were dead. Dead and I had no idea why, let a lone any chance in finding you so I could bring you home." He had almost lost Natron a number of times before, and they had all been close calls, but in the end Natron always came home. Except for that one last time. "I didn't know what to do anymore. I couldn't take it. I still don't know what to do." Fang turned and pressed his face int Lyonesse' shoulder. "I'm tired of it all hurting. I just want it to stop! Make it stop. Please." Songstress Kitsune What an aweseome thing to wake up too..

"I never forgot you," Lyonesse said, and he began to stroke Fang's hair when the other Knight curled into him. "I looked, every night, I searched for you everywhere I could remember us being." He swallowed. "I thought...if you didn't know, then if they came looking for me and went after you..." It had been stupid and half-baked. All he had done was screw everything up, not that that was new.
"I am so sorry," he said, again, because he couldn't say it enough. "I sohuld have told you, it was so stupid, I...I didn't want to leave you, but I couldn't stay with the Negaverse, not with what they were doing..." And then Lyonesse's shoulders started to shake, and tears began to roll down his cheeks.
"I - I don't..." He swallowed. "I don't want you to hurt anymore. I never wanted to hurt you, but that's...that's all I spent four years doing, isn't it? Hurting you."

"I wasn't that hard to find. I acted just as you saw earlier." As Fangite, he had just wandered around. "Did you think I wouldn't understand? That I wouldn't come with you?" Fang didn't understand. He shook his head as he cried, his fingers curling into the other man's uniform. "I don't even remember who I am outside of this name. I know there's more to this that I'm missing. That I should remember. But I can't. And I don't want too." He curled in closer, drawing his knees towards him. "I'm so tired Lyonesse.. Of it all." He laughed bitterly. "There are sometimes... when I close my eyes, where I wish it would just all stop right then."

"I..." Lyonese swallowed. "I didn't want to put you at risk. If I was discovered, if someone caught wind that I wanted out...I don't know what would have happened, but there's a Captain whose family is dead because he thought about it."
He kept holding onto Fang, kept running his fingers through the Pluto Knight's hair. "I don't remember either. But...we can figure things out, right? Make...make new memories, or some cheesy s**t like that." God, part of him really wanted to kiss Fang, but he knew he had no right, not after what he'd done.
"I will do everything I can to help you not feel like that anymore," he said, and he felt his heart clench in his chest. No, he couldn't lose Fang, not now. Not again.

Right, cause he wasn't at risk walking around like a zombie. Fang shook his head again, burring his face in fabric. "Can we even do cheesy s**t like that no a days? With all the crap going on??" The knight shivered. "I'm cold..." Cold and his eyes burned, and things seemed louder then they really were. Fang leaned back then, bringing his hand to his mouth as he bit at his sleeve. It took a few attempts but Fang finally managed to pull his sleeve up far enough. There were a series of scars that dotted the mans arm. "They were... puncture wounds. Airi... Man he was smart for a youma. He seemed to realize there was a change in me. He... He bit me a few times."

"We can find a way." Lyonesse promised, and then he let go of Fang, carefully making sure to lay him back down on the cot.
When the other Knight revealed the scarring on his arms, Lyon felt another burst of pain. He reached out and delicately touched the awful scarring, swallowing nervously. "He knew both of us too well to miss it," the Knight acknowledged. "God, I am so sorry," he said, for what felt like the dozenth time. "I - I really ******** everything up, leaving like I did, didn't I?"
He really wanted to climb in bed with Fang and fall asleep in his arms again, bit that wasn't going to happen.

"Like I said... He was smart. But.. I guess you knew that huh.." Fang turned his hand, catching Lyonesse's arm and pulled, in a half ditched effort to sit up again. Instead his head fell awkwardly into the other man's lap. "It's.." A sigh. "We don't have to talk about it anymore. "I don't know if I can sleep at all.. At least... not by myself." He had spent too many knights just... wondering. His hand tightened in the fabric of the other man's pant leg. "I can't explain it.. but I know there's something missing. Something that use to help me sleep. So..." He sighed, turning his head and burring it. "...This might sound weird but.. Stay? At least until I fall asleep." Fang was still nervous about powering down. He wasn't sure what to do with himself at that point.

Lyonesse swallowed. He wanted to stay, but he was terrified that Fang would wake up in the morning and hate him like he had every right to.
But God, how he wanted to stay, and after everything he'd put Fang through, Lyonesse owed him a little comfort. So he let the faintest of smiles appear on his face, and he reached down to stroke Fang's hair. "I'll stay," he said, "and if you want, I'll even climb in bed with you. But...only if you want me to..."

Fang released a slow shaky breathe. He twitched lightly when Lyonesse touched him but atleast he didn't pull away. The knight didn't say much, simply nodded against the other's leg as he closed his eyes and tried to calm his breathing. He still hadn't found his cat. Lyon had offered to get her, but Fang just distracted him. "...Okay.."

Lyonesse slid out of the chair and onto the cot, letting go of his powered form and tucking himself against Fang. It was uncomfortable to be Sam, but it felt right enough and he'd power down in his sleep, anyway.
"We'll find Arsenic once you wake up, okay?" He said, his voice soft. God, this felt so right and comfortable and familiar.
