"If I can do it anonymously, I'd be delighted to do that." Erin smiled. "I'm trapped publishing what Mr. Swagger hands me, but I certainly don't mind writing, and some of my connections in the conspiracy circles might bee willing to contribute to newsletters and such.," Erin paused, then grinned. "I know, it sounds crazy, but a lot of them do put research into credible theories and accept when they're wrong. Not all... But every bit." She paused, then smiled. "I want to help uncover what's going wrong. And help make things better. Especially if my friend is alive somewhere."

"I cannot promise you anything Erin but I can tell you this, no one will know you are the one behind any writings you give me. If I can find someone who can use them, I will pass them on. Otherwise, it will give some people I know great starting points into finding where to go now." Delilah warned more that she did not know how much could be published. She knew someone out there was doing writings for their side but she had not yet found them. When she did, she would pass this information on.
But for now, at least she could pass it on to her contacts.
"Erin, might I ask, was your friend...was your friend a 'terrorist'?" She phrased it as best she could knowing that senshi was not the only form out there. "I can't promise we will find them but I know that anything we can do to shed light on matters helps. There is a fog over this city..."

"If it can help anyone, I'm happy." Erin nodded. She paused at the question, and ighed. "Mmm.... I believe so." Her tone was non-committal. She still wasn't sure how much to say. "Why else would she be gone...? But she wasn't bad.... We worked together."

Delilah could hear the unease as she asked but gave a slow nod. "I guess it is my turn to come clean. My name is Delilah White." The raven hair girl started as she brushed back some loose hair. "While I work as a personal assistant, I have a strong connection to the rebellion. I hope you can accept that is all I am able to tell you for both our sakes."
Delilah glanced over at her. "I want to believe the loved ones we have lost will not end up like the minorities that were taken by Germany or thrown to the lines like the early Catholics were. But I fear some of them might have held strongly and not bowed to the 'emperor' when pushed. If that is the case, then there has to be some proof of it. One cannot simply make all of that, all of those who are missing, disappear. "
Her eyes trailed off. "Tell me Erin, what sort of highly edited topics are they trying to have you feed to the public?"

Erin nodded. "That's fine. I understand." She said, then nodded, frowning. "My articles..." Many are smear, praising how things are, and how awful you are. It's a propeganda ream really. There's one in the paper daily in my name." Erin seemed to grow sulllen. "My articles are handed to me. If I run out, I'm given more. It's onesided, City-approved drivel donate energy, report terrorists... All of it." She sighed. "It' horribly one sides and... It's wrong. The news is meant to be neutral!"

"And yet when in history has a dictatorship allowed for new to remain neutral?" Delilah countered as she sighed at the annoyance of the BS being fed to the people.
"Facts are hard to come by. And that's why I hope we can help each other. If there are camps, that would be a good start. Or anything else that has caught your eye. Such as why the sudden desire for more energy. They are going to kill us soon if they keep this up..."

"True." Erin admitted. "I don't get much... Theories. Observations. I'm not sure how I'd gather more information. There may be hints in the drivel, though..." Erin mused. "Maybe if I publish things in the right order..."

A smile crossed Delilah's face as she reached into her bag and pulled out a business card and pen. Scribbling on the back of it, she handed over. "That I will leave up to you. I can already tell you have talent and a passion for this. This is my number. If you find anything that peaks your interest, give me a call. Trust me, I would love to hear it and I am sure others would be as well."
Delilah was about to finish when it dawned on her. "Erin, if anyone asks, you and I are working on getting the company advertising. Alright? Nothing strange about that."
"Also, a thought. Have you tried asking your boss to let you do 'on site' investigation? Maybe try a little sucking up and write a pro-negavurise article yourself. He might let you go see things on your own then if you show that you can spin it there way too. "

"Naturally." Erin smirked. "Advertising is al2ays good." And she nodded, quickly storing the card. "I may not be able to get to it right away, but, I think I can try finangling some kind of work. If nothing else, I have a press pass. One good story, one... I can be there, no problem, even if I'm not writing myself, I can certainly make mental notes that won't go into my written notes." She grinned. "Writing need not always be on paper right away, or in a notebook, after all."

The smile on Delilah's face was clear. She liked this woman. The way she worked and the way she thought. There was a good head on her shoulders. "I think this will go along well. Though I am sorry we had to meet in such a messy way, I am very glad to have met you.
Delilah gave her one more nod. "If you ever need anything either, just let me know. I don't have the power of the press but I know some pretty high up there people. Look forward to seeing you again."
With that, Delilah bent down and picked up her bag of papers. They could forgive her upstairs for being a little late.
