(Rolling for taming -> 90-100) “I see! Father has a pet Vildean.” commented Keke, ”And a pet Bolarn, but I'm not allowed to play with it.” He took the meat delicately and held it with a paw as he maneuvered it into his mouth – delicious! Yummy yummy meat, with a few accents of smoke... So tasty! He wondered how one dried meat – whenever meat got left out and not eaten in his experience, it rotted, which was icky. Serenia. Right. That was it! Silly him! ”No, I've never seen anything like you before!” he said, delightedly, ”My parents are both khehorians, but I've never seen actual two leggers before...” he purred happily, ”You're my first!””He chirped happily. I'm Kekeovonnai! Everybody calles me Keke, though.” he laughed, ”Do you know my father? His name is Samael – He travelled a lot before my sister and I were born, so, maybe...” he hesitated, watching as she took the net off. ”Are you going to train it? Father trains his pets to do things like guard the clan... but his Vildean isn't a very good guardian...” he wrinkled hs snout, looking up at Xenosa, ”It's mean.”(191/300)

“You’re a curious one aren’t you?” Xenosa commented in turn glancing at him. “Well there’s a first to everything.” She was surprised she was the first Magescian he was running into, that meant he was practically right out of the shell. “Xenosa.” The Orderite offered in turn while trying to maul over his name in her mind, she was definitely going to stick to Keke. “I do not think I have met a Samael.” Xen chuckled, yes Vlidean were mean little buggers weren’t they? “I’m going to train it to carry messages.” Or try to at least, she wasn’t too sure on how to go about this.
Slowly, Xenosa crouched down next to the bird who seemed to trust her a little more than before. Feeding it another piece of meat while she took a small parchment, as slow as she could go with one hand she attached the piece of paper to its leg. The Vlidean went and tried to bite her then and she had to remove her hand quickly to avoid the sharp beak. “That’s not very nice.” She murmured, and gave it another piece of meat. “I’m not too sure on how to go about this.”

Tasinei We should talk about the next stage of our adventures XDDDD Keke watched her, his eyes bright and curious. “When papa trains his animals...” he said, sniffing at her hand daintily, “He brings them to a nice quiet place and feeds them so that they like him. He says that he has to make sure that they know he's the one who feeds them. Thats how they come back to you and dont run away.” He gently poked at the parchment, “and then he starts teaching them their tricks, and its really boring because he starts with ittle things and goes on to bigger things and it takes forever...” he stifled a yawn at the memory of watching his papa train one of his animals. “So I think you should make a cage for it and stay in a cave and feed it a lot, and then start pushing towards the tasks you want which, um...” Keke knew what messages were, “Maybe just to touch it at first.” he said thoughtfully, thinking of the parchment, “And then to go to a certain place you tell it to go, by using food, maybe?” Which would be how to get the message to the person. “and then to come back, by making it a nice comfortable place and giving it good food?” which would be how to get the Vildean back – Keke knew he would come back if he was comfortable and well fed. But who would she be messaging? Why? Why did magescans do things? What did they do? Kekeovonnai positively vibrated with questions, all jumbled up and in no particular order to ask. “I think it sounds like fun...” he commented, thoughfully. Maybe he should try training something...

“I see.” Was all Xenosa said, granted she was starting to get irate with this little know it all. “I’ll keep it in mind.” But she had to grudgingly agree that he was right, this wasn’t the proper place to do any type of training. Then Xenosa stared the bird down, patted her arm and waved the food in front of him. “Come.” Was all she said and continued to wave the piece of food and pat her arm. Eventually the Vlidean approached her arm; he kept glancing at her unsure as to what it was supposed to do. Then he jumped on and Xenosa fed him the food.
“I’ll have a nice little home for him.” She said with a smile, and then brushed on of her fingers up and down the Vlideans chest gently. He tried to bite her and it only made her smile all the more. “I think he’ll be just fine in my garden in a gilded cage. I can hire someone to train him, might be easier.” She gotten him to jump onto her arm so that was a start no? “He needs a name now.” Xenosa pursed her lips as she moved her arm up and down to get used to the weight; she was probably going to have to shift him to her shoulder.
“M’dius.” Xen said after a few moments, she nodded in agreement that this would be a good name for him. From her pockets, Xenosa produced a long thin piece of leather. One end she tied to the birds feet the other to her belt. He was not going to be going anywhere anytime soon until she could get him home. “Maybe once you’re a bit older Keke.” She turned her attention back to him. “I know Khehora are able to transform into two legged beings.” Xenosa shifted the bird to her shoulder.

“M'dius?” Keke thought that was a pretty name, though odd. He would have named the Vildean Amvadiel himself, but it wasn't his vildean, and so he had no say in it. He burned with even more questions. What was a garden? What was a cage? What did 'gilded' mean? How would she get home, to Serenia (he made sure he had it right this time!)? Why did she need a vildean to carry messages when she could fly? “Oh yes! My father can turn into his khehorian form whenever he wants. He gets two legs and hair...” he noted her hair, which was a very pretty shade of red, much like his sister's. “And he puts on cloth things called clothes.” He bounded to catch up to Xenosa. “Oh! Are you leaving?” he asked, slightly dissappointed. He had so many questions to ask, and if she was leaving, he wouldn't get to ask them...

Xenosa wondered how long she’d be stuck with Keke, the boy seemed full of questions and she simply did not have the patience to deal with him right now. Especially not now that she had caught her Vlidean and wanted to return home as soon as possible so she could build a cage for it. She could practically prance where she was she was so happy she’d finally been able to tame one properly. It had been a long time coming and to be honest she’d pretty much given up on catching one. Now though, plans ran rampant in her mind.
“Yes I am I need to return home.” Xenosa wasn’t so heartless to tell Keke that she wanted to leave because he was too young to be around her. Xen liked children, but Keke was a teen and he ought to be… Exploring the world and learning things about his clan, not chit chatting her up here. Or so she assumed anyway, didn’t clans stick together? Was his clan nearby? He spoke awfully a lot about his father… Xenosa narrowed her eyes and glanced around, was this an ambush? “It was nice meeting you Keke, but I really do need to get on my way.” She would keep her eyes peeled for any movement. And with that she did a head motion as her goodbye and left him there.
