The woman was playing him, taunting him by brushing off all his questions. Pale blue eyes narrowed dangerously, before snapping shut for a second, just long enough for the sword-wielding man to recompose himself for a proper interrogation and recover from the bright light around him. His sword was still drawn and pointed at the woman. So, the woman was claiming ignorance. The woman's Reiatsu was mature and well-cultivated. Surely, she couldn't have achieved such control and power in the mere span of 20 human years alone. She must have had received training from another person and, because of that, trouble would, sooner or later, come to her, meaning that she would be his ticket into the spiritual community of the area. He need only be cautious of any Shinigami he crossed paths with as his Reiatsu was quite well-known even to the newest recruits of the Gotei even if his face may not be.

"I want to smack some common sense into that senile old fart," he relented, letting out of huff and suddenly backing away to re-sheathe his zanpakuto and fall into a more diplomatic stance.
He was pretty sure the woman expected as much from his violent behavior, but Ryuunosuke was a straight-forward man. The bright light and his Inner Hollow's excitement was giving him a headache, making him pinch the bridge of his nose in irritation. The creature was keeping its distances, still, so he did not give it much thought, thinking that it was doing nothing more than taunt him with very graphic descriptions of disturbing things. Unbeknownst to him, his Reiatsu was shifting slowly, but surely, towards that of a Hollow. He continued on, oblivious to all this. "Let's say I humor you and believe that you truly are not connected to all this, can you say that you are not worried about an individual with the means to send worldwide messages? That was no simple message either, it was a call to arms. The man is gathering an army and I highly doubt the human authorities are taking that too well."

[Quincy.] ▬▬▬▬ [ 'F' - Frost.] ▬▬▬▬ [ Sternritter.]

Temperance Kohlrusch
Lady Frost.

That witty smile lifted from her face as a more serious and almost edged manner over took the ice cold women. "Do you really think I would risk exposing my own kind?" thinking to herself at the silliness of the question. The Quincy numbers were not what they use to be and even the death of one was a big enough hit to shake up the community. "Whoever this man is I do not know and frankly unless my own are threatened directly I have no reason to act ether, however; I understand why you seek him so dearly now as it seems you and those like you are in the most immediate danger." Just from her speech alone it was clear this was not an ordinary Quincy. Her mannerisms and even her gaze seemed to hold so many secrets that were unreachable by others. Her lips pulled into a thin line again as she lost herself in thought for a moment but only a moment as she pushed herself off of the wall and stood on her own again. Looking off into the darkness of the ally then returned her eyes yet again to the Shinigami. "Depending on how these events turn out I wish you luck, Mr. Vizard." and with this smug comment the women turned her back to the man as she moved back to the spot in which she stood before she was interpreted. Hoping her comment on what he was would be enough to leave him with a moment of shock. Able to sense the hollow within him it wasn't hard to place her figure on what this Shinigami truly was. Their conversation ending now as she had nothing more to say, being later after all.

Temperance bent her knees as she looked up at the roof tops above them leading up to the freedom of the sky. Her silver hair flowed down her back like a stream of stars. Only half of her face was visible to the Vizard as she looked at him one final time and then with a gust of wind she was gone. Up into the air and over the edge of the buildings as her target would be the roof. Over the edge she vanished from sight the last thing being seen from the women was her silver locks and a heel as she completely vanished from sight. [Exit]

.::. Under this crushing wait, I'm sinking
It never goes away, the thinking
Echoes in empty rooms are saying
“Time to erase the rest of me” .::.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXThe Unforgiven

唯一の死があります...

└──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX It was quite the idle day, Yasuo noted. Atleast, it had been idle up until recently. He was not someone who liked staying in one place for too long, explained by how he wandered around the town. Perhaps it was fate or perhaps it was by chance that, when Yasuo was wandering in the downtown area of Karakura, he sensed a convergence of spiritual beings nearby. Normally, he would avoid such beings, as most of them tended to want to kill him.
However, one felt like a Shinigami while the other wasn't. Curiousity reared it's head inside of him as Yasuo, walked up and stopped nearby, just out of the periphery of the two he was stalking. But he was close enough to listen in on what they were saying, hoping to get atleast an inkling of an idea as to what was the latest happenings around the spiritual plane and beyond.

He heard two voices. A male and a female, Yasuo reckoned as he blinked once, his dark eyes focused upon nothing in particular as he listened in to what they were saying. There was some kind of outburst from the male, although it wasn't particularly violent nor loud.
"....send worldwide messages? That was no simple message either, it was a call to arms. The man is gathering an army and I highly doubt the human authorities are taking that too well."
Yasuo's eyes widened infinitesimally as he heard the words that the male voice spoke. The woman spoke next, although her voice was a bit too low to make out at parts, but Yasuo managed to get what she was saying. He heard a spoken farewell from the woman and felt her spiritual presence disappear. He took a few moments, standing still as a light breeze blew through the area, gently rustling his long tied-up hair and sending a cool sensation over the exposed parts of his body.

He took a chance and glanced at the man. He didn't seem to be from the Soul Society. Curiousity battled with Caution inside of Yasuo's mind until finally he gave in to the former and stepped forward into a more visible area. But would this individual be violent or aggressive? Yasuo placed his right hand upon the hilt of his zanpakutou casually, in a posture that said he would not draw it if he was not given a reason to. His clothing and armor would be an obvious signal that he wasn't human, so he decided to skip introductions.
"Well... I reckon that things are getting quite interesting, although I'm afraid I'm lacking knowledge of the situation." He said, his voice easy and laid-back as always, letting the man know he was not a foe. "Mind telling a curious wanderer what is going on?" He asked, his dark eyes lacking their normal focus in an attempt to look more friendly; his usual hawk-like stare tended to intimidate people.

                                                  My own kind...

Three simple words had just opened up a realm of possibility. It wasn't too hard to add two plus two together. The woman may not have even been aware of it, but she had already told Ryuunosuke a lot more than he had expected. The swordsman may have been cut from the Gotei 13 or aware of the recent invasion of Soul Society, he had heard of the apparition of 'Quincies' in the human world.

It wasn't the first time the Shinigamis had caught wind of the spiritually aware humans, but their past encounter had been wiped out of all history books and Ryuunosuke had never really wondered how the twelfth division managed to unearth so much information on them in such a short span of time. Of course, such information was greatly outdated, but nevertheless, he had a general idea of what spiritually aware humans roamed the world of the living.

The woman made a move to leave and he let her. Whether or not she was truly as ignorant as she claimed to be mattered little, but she may lead him to where the ones behind it. However, she said something that caught his attention as she departed. "Vizard?" he repeated, mind racing. How could she have known that term when he had only learned about it after being turned. Was there more of his kind in Karakura? Were they the ones Lieutenant Kiyoshi had warned him about? "Wait!" It was too late once he finally snapped out of his stupor: the woman had taken to the skies in a blur of silver.

The Vizard made a move to follow her despite having witnessed her incredible speed, but just as he gathered the necessary Reiatsu in his feet to push off the ground, his inner demon struck. The effects were immediate: blackness seeped into his vision, breaking his concentration and turning his jump into a clumsy stumble. Pallid hands, invisible to all but him, wrapped themselves around Ryuunosuke's feet and robes to ground him.

Another man was unfortunate enough to choose that moment to step into his line of sight with what he perceived as a casual drawl. Adrenaline still in his system and quite twitchy from it and his superfocus, the Vizard had drawn his long nodachi from the umbrella that had served as its sheathe before the other man had even finished his first question. "Who the ******** are you?" he snapped, Reiatsu levels increasing uncontrollably despite how hard he tried to contain it. It was hard enough for the ex-Kenpachi to keep it below that of a lieutenant-level Shinigami with an activated limiter on a good day; it was now almost impossible with an overly excited inner Hollow playing tug-of-war with him. He needed to retreat and fast. If he was lucky, his Gikon had not made it off too far with his custom Gigai. Ignoring the samurai, he shouted upwards, knowing that the rascal enjoyed hiding on high grounds, "Gringo! Get down here."

His sword was still drawn, held up before him in a defensive stance, something that was quite a contrast to his aggressive tone. He was not planning to say anything anymore to the man standing before him. To be able to walk around in such garbs without attracting any attention, the newcomer was a spirit, something invisible to the humans. If not for the absence of the traditional Shinigami black robes, Ryuunosuke would have cut him down already. The lieutenant that had saved his life had told him that Hollowfication was taboo and he would most likely face execution should he stay or get caught by the Gotei 13, but it still didn't tell the rogue to who the other man owed his allegiance to.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXThe Unforgiven

唯一の死があります...

└──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX The man seemed to be experiencing some kind of internal struggle. His reiatsu seemed to be changing from shinigami to hollow. This was quite the peculiar effect and it unnerved Yasuo as his hand instantly tightened over his zanpakutou, taking a stance yet not drawing his blade as his gaze turned focused once more, his face becoming serious at the prospect of aggression from the man.
"Easy there." Yasuo said calmly, keep his distance from the man should he lose control altogether. His reiatsu seemed to be violently escalating, Yasuo himself letting his reiatsu rise a good amount to protect himself from the other person's spiritual pressure. A breeze began blowing through the street again as Yasuo stared at the struggling man.
"I do not know what you are to possess both Shinigami and Hollow powers, but you do not seem to be from the Soul Society. Neither am I, as I am no friend to the Sereitei. I mean you no harm." Yasuo said as he edged around the male, getting into a more open space while keeping the same distance from the hollow-shinigami hybrid, so he would have more maneuverability incase he required it. If words came to blows... or rather, slashes, Yasuo was not sure if he would be able to take this man. He was confident in his abilities, but he had not faced someone boasting both a shinigami and a hollow presence. He was stronger than most lieutenants, perhaps near the strength of a captain. He needed to be strong like that, in order to survive persecution for so long. But he wasn't on equal footing as a Captain. He still lacked his Bankai, a big weakness on his part that always stung at him. There had been many moments where he was forced to flee because he was unable to use his Bankai.

"I only wish to know what is happening with this world." He said, his voice still diplomatic yet it had lost its overly-friendly tone, giving it more of a natural feeling. His fingers flexed upon the grip of his sword, hoping he would not have to draw it. His sword pulsed under his grip as a voice sounded, audible only to him, 'Tread lightly Yasuo, for there is a bomb waiting to go off in your path.' His Zanpakutou spirit, KazeShiraisu, spoke to him as Yasuo's eyes gleamed momentarily in acknowledgement.

As a precaution, Yasuo took all the necessary pre-battle meditations. He closed his mind off, blanking himself out of his senses as he closed his eyes. Everything slowed down as he first opened himself to his sense of touch. The wind was still blowing, cool against his skin. His reiatsu was released somewhat, providing a barrier around him against the wildly flailing reiatsu of his opponent. The next sense he released was sound. The susurration of the wind as it breathed past him, like a lover's whisper. Then, taste. His mouth tasted dry. He needed a drink soon enough. Then, his sense of smell. The air smelled polluted and dank, like it always did in Karakura's downtown. How he hated such filthy air. Finally, he opened his eyes, the entire world washing into vision in crystalline clarity as he focused on the man before him, prepared to fight if the man should attack. All of this focusing, all of this meditation, took only a second, during which Yasuo had done a long blink.

Despite the fact that he was dealing with a grumpy arse that was mentally unstable, the unknown reaper's calm tone had somehow managed to do the impossible and appease Ryuunosuke enough for him to lower his blade. "I am a Shinigami, nothing more," he shot back with a bit more venom than what would qualify as tactful. He was still in denial and was convinced that he would one day be able to get rid of his Inner Hollow and, until then, he would only need to bid his time as a human and avoid detection.

Now that he had had the chance to get a better look at this unidentified Soul Reaper in spite of the blackness bleeding into his vision and turning the sclera of his eyes black. Though Ryuunosuke and Yasuo had served the Gotei 13 at the same time prior to the latter's 'defection', Ryuunosuke did not recognize the man at all due to the little attention he gave to anyone outside of the small group of Shinigami he had been working with at the time. He had heard of a captain being slaughtered by a wind user, but had paid little attention to it. Executing another Shinigami wasn't the eleventh division's business after all.

The man's wild hair and armor combined with his tall stature jolted awake Ryuunosuke's combative instinct once more; before he even realized it, he had already started calculating the man's reach and possible sword style from the man's stance and weapon. Like his opponent, Ryuunosuke's focus had sharpened, allowing him to register every breathe the man took, every shift of the man's muscles. The wind had picked up at an unnatural speed The pungent smell of civilization hit him hard, barely drowned out by the sound of nearby car horns. 'Superfocus' Ryuunosuke had called it, was both a gift and a curse depending on how well it was wielded. Unfortunately, in Nagisa's current state of mind, it left him vulnerable to mental assaults.

A blink sent him standing on a familiar boat in a boundless ocean that mirrored the skies above it. The usually deadly still waters and clear sky had been replaced by turbulent waves and storm clouds. A blade whip shot out from the waters beneath him and wrapped itself around the Shinigami's left forearm, cutting into pale flesh. Reflex had him lean back, hand wrapped around the wire connecting two blades to hold it in place. Just as he swung his sword to bring his nodachi sword down onto the wire, a long, serpentine tail surfaced right in front of the small vessel, unleashing a tidal wave that jolted Nagisa, for that had been his true name, back into reality, forearm still bleeding from a wound inflicted from within his soul and zanpakuto slicing through the air as though he was lashing out at the man who had just calmly and peacefully asked him for information.

Meanwhile, unbeknownst to him, Gringo, the Gikan known for its...rowdy personality, was busy answering a call from 'Ryuunosuke Taoreta''s workplace. Something about temporarily replacing the Japanese litterature teacher.

唯一の死があります...

└──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Unlike the man in front of him, unbeknownst to himself, Yasuo was quite the social butterfly back in his time in the Sereitei. He would always be out either drinking or having fun with his squad mates. He was arrogant, young, naive and foolish. Time and tide had eroded away his youth while having to kill the people he once called brothers and sisters had made him hollow within (no pun intended). But even as social as he was, his socialness did not extend much beyond his own squad aside from one or two people. He did not know this man and even if he had seen him once, the memory had faded.

The man claimed he was only a Shinigami, but his spiking reiatsu screamed otherwise in a voice much louder than his. But Yasuo saw the look in the man's eyes, through his focused gaze. He knew that like himself, the man was also preparing himself for a battle if it were to come to that, but unlike Yasuo, his eyes held the tell-tale sign of a cornered animal. He was struggling with something and it had driven him up against a wall. Yasuo knew how dangerous a person like that could be if pushed further so he chose to drop the matter of his race. If the man said he was a Shinigami, he would believe him.

"Good. I am also a Shinigami." He said calmly, beginning to lax his stance in an effort to defuse the situation but he started when the man infront of him suddenly began slashing at the air. Yasuo automatically took a step back, although it was not necessary as they already had about a good 15 feet inbetween them. His forearm was also bleeding all of a sudden, causing Yasuo to frown skeptically at him. He kept his stance, the ancient and traditional stance of the Samurai. He did not draw his blade, for one of the most powerful attacks with a blade that he, a samurai, could do was the Iaido, in which the draw of the blade itself would become a slash capable of surprising and bifurcating enemies, especially if they were rushing at him. Yasuo hoped it would not come to that. He did not want more blood on his hands and this man looked like he needed help, not a fight.

Yasuo mentally chuckled. A samurai? He was no samurai. He was a Ronin, a disgrace with a sword but without a master. All he had was his sword, his honor and the wind, which was still blowing pleasantly around them. The wind wasn't aggressive, rather, it was quite soothing and gentle. Yasuo brought his mind back into reality from his musings as he focused on the man. "Are you... alright? You look like you could use a drink." He asked, gently trying to poke into the matter involving his sudden thrashing.

It took a few seconds for Ryuunosuke to regain his balance and notice the wound on his forearm. Damn, this was like Bankai training all over again except, back then, he had been positive the colossal sea creature had been trying to help him grown unlike the monster that had crept out of some God forsaken abyss within his soul. "I...don't think so," he ground out stubbornly, eyes closed in an effort to let them rest. He could move freely once more, but his reiatsu was a mess and he wasn't too sure he could properly use his zanpakuto at this stage. Take away his inhibition and he was positive that he would lose what little control he had left over his spiritual power. Police sirens had gone off in the distance and were approaching at an alarming rate, but he paid little attention to them so sure he was that none of the nearby humans would be able to interfere with them. The whine of an ambulance was quick to join the alarming ruckus, however, and Ryuunosuke took that as his cue to bail before anymore damage was done.

"You don't have to worry about me. I'll be out of your hair now and I highly doubt that you will see me once again." Eyes still closed, he turned to flash-step away, but stopped abruptly. Sure, now that he knew that there was another Shinigami around to oversee the humans' activities, Ryuunosuke could return to playing human with his mind at ease. However, the other swordsman was even more out of the loop than he was, a feat considering the fact that Ryuunosuke had had no contact with the spiritual community since just a few hours ago. As much as he wanted to leave, he couldn't leave the fate of humankind in a misinformed emissary.

Slowly, he turned back to face the swordsman, the intensity of his gaze directed at Yasuo once more, assessing, appraising. "Why are you here?" he asked, not bothering to ask for a name that may invoke any hearsays. Rumors were powerful things that could easily ruin one's reputation. Ryuunosuke was always quite confident of his ability to properly profile another individual and he was not about to let any rumors cloud his judgement."I highly doubt the Gotei 13 would take one of their soldiers' departure too well. You say that you are no friend of them, why is that?" As nosey as he may sound, giving information to an unknown warrior he knew nothing about wasn't his style. Information and knowledge could be used as weapon and, as ironic as it may be, the young Vizard did not think too highly of those that are outlaws in the eyes of the Gotei 13.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXThe Unforgiven

唯一の死があります...

└──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Well, atleast the young man knew he wasn't completely fine. That was a bit of progress. But he seemed to calm down as he stopped thrashing about. Yasuo's ears picked upon the high pitched whining that originated from the sirens of human police cars and ambulances and mentally wondered what was happening.

Then the man suddenly bid him farewell as if he had been bothering Yasuo. Yasuo dropped his stance and straightened up, raising a hand up at the blond man, saying, "Wait!"
And surprisingly, the man did wait. Well, Yasuo didn't think it was due to him asking the man to wait. The man had something he wanted to know; Yasuo could see the glint of curiosity in his eyes as he turned back around and looked at Yasuo. He wondered if he was going to ask his name. Yasuo's name was not very well known unless you were a captain, so he doubted if the man would recognize him by name only. But instead, he had simply asked why Yasuo was here.

Why was he here, truly? Yasuo's brows furrowed slightly with thought as he lowered his face, causing the high collar of his blue outfit to hid the lower part of his face. "I am simply a wanderer without a path to follow. I simply follow the wind and where it takes me." He replied, as the breeze around them paused for a second or two before returning again, as if to emphasize his statement. Then the man moved on to his second question. It was true, people just didn't leave the Sereitei any ol' time they wanted. Yasuo's eyes narrowed slightly with resentment, but it wasn't aimed at the man infront of him. Rather, he looked like he was resenting the past, namely, the Sereitei.
"Because I'm being hunted for a crime I did not commit... And I hope to find the man who framed me and clear my name." Yasuo said firmly, remembering the vow he had taken as the corpses of his squad mates lied on the ground, still bleeding. He focused his gaze on the man once more, before saying, "It is apparent you're no friend to them either. Now why is that?" He asked, hoping for atleast some semblance of knowledge about the person infront of him. He had answered the man's question and now wanted an answer of his own. If the man was an obvious criminal who had done something horrible, Yasuo would draw his blade and end the man. Exiled or not, Yasuo's sense of justice did not waver. However, Yasuo did not judge people as harshly as he did before, as he was being judged too harshly for something he didn't even do. "And what is going on with this world. Who's building an army? He added, straightening up further, letting his hand slide down from the handle of his sword to the part where the sheath went into his rope sash, doing the equivalent of someone putting their hand casually in their pocket.

Hunted for a crime he did not commit...it did not surprise Ryuunosuke in the least bit. As someone who had been raised in the midst of Seireitei's aristocracy, such schemes were an unavoidable reality. As high and mighty as the Gotei 13 may act, they, along with Central 46, were not immune to corruption and political warfare. The man had asked him about his own conflict with the Gotei 13 and it would be only fair for him to answer the vagrant Shinigami except Ryuunosuke knew all too well that one could be acquitted for crimes in return of favors or remarkable contribution to the Gotei 13's cause so he had to choose his words very carefully. At least, the man did not seem too inclined to fight for now though Ryuunosuke did keep an eye on the hand that had disappeared from view. "I have this condition," he said simply, gesturing to the white of his eyes that had only just been cleansed of all signs of corruption.

Using Hollow means was a taboo that warranted immediate execution should he be caught or, if he was lucky, lifetime imprisonment. Things may have changed since his departure of Soul Society what with the Shinigami's need for information on the invaders that had captured one of their captains, but he was unaware of that. All he knew was that, should the man before him know too much and play his cards right, outing him would be the perfect ticket to be acquitted of most severe crimes. The least he revealed about himself, the better.

The man had, however, proven himself to have a sense of duty and honor, making him a trustworthy individual in the cynical Vizard's eyes when it came to dealing with the problem at hand."Something happened a few miles from this place. A farming village just disappeared. None of the humans could come up with a decent explanation and an old bozo just sent out a message that somehow managed to get into all communication channels. He chose that moment to reveal the existence of all spiritual beings to the whole world and asked that people join him to fight back." The explanation was a quick summary of what had been important from the message and Ryuunosuke had greatly toned down the pompousness of the message. Just thinking about it irritated Ryuunosuke and, now that the rush of adrenaline was wearing off, he was itching to get his hands on another kiseru pipe he could modify to smoke water fumes. He caught himself trying to dig through his robes to find it, knowing full well that it had been shattered in pieces and resigned himself to rest his hands on his hips. "Most people think it's a joke and still believe that something called ew-effows are behind the mess, but some have grown restless due to the international scale of the broadcast. Spiritually aware humans are rare and, the last time the Gotei had spotted any, it was a disaster."

As far as the Gotei 13 was concerned, they were unaware of the existence of Fullbringers so the culprit had to be, by default, the Quincies in their eyes. He was referring to the bits and pieces he had heard of the Quincy war that had taken place around 5 centuries earlier. The Shinigami had not been too proud of it so most of the information were left to rot in dusty archives, but Nagisa's parents had lived through it and it was impossible to hide all emotional and physical scars that had been born during the gruesome war. "I am positive that the Quincies are attempting to raise an army. For vengeance perhaps." There had been sightings of Quincies in the past few centuries, but how had they managed to survive extinction was still a mystery as was their current location and state of affair.

"You know as much as I do now so, good luck," he said before moving to flash-step away. He had had the intention of returning to his Gigai, one that would make his spiritual presence undetectable to all but those within a 50 meters radius of him. It would allow him to pass as a human with no connection or ties to spiritual creatures. He would live a normal human life and 'Nagisa Amatoki' would simply vanish from existence. His great departure and escape into anonymity was greatly ruined, however, by his Giko that chose that exact moment to drop down from a nearby roof in his Gigai, clutching the mobile phone he had only figured out how to use and babbling anxiously.

"You! We've got a problem. Who's that pineapple head? No time to dillydally. You're to replace Mrs. Fujiwara for Japanese Literature back at Karakura High in less than 3 hours!" it growled, scowl in place, unaware of the fact that he had just given the vagrant swordsman enough information to track them to their workplace.

A loud yawn escaped far off in the distance as Krin blinked his sleepy gray eyes. When he decided to search for Captain Seijitsu and the Shinigami hybrids he had no idea it would be so difficult. Well Krin did know it would be next to impossible, he simply chose to not focus on that when formulating his plan. Not only was his Captain hidden in a likely very secure Kido barrier that was probably cloaked to not be detected but the Lieutenant also knew very little about the group he was even tracking, something he normally always knew when he was with the Stealth Force. As far as Krin knows, he is looking for a former Kido Grandmaster named Noire, has up to two subordinates including the traitor Shizuko and the very rowdy Domon while possible having more not to mention the 3 prisoners he broke out to obtain while also kidnapping Krin's very own captain. It certainly wasn't a lot to go on and more information certainly never hurt so Krin decided he would sense out any non human Reiatsu he felt and see if they were possible subordinates of Noire, maybe even taking him to the hideout. A fairly optimistic plan however the only logical one Krin could think of sadly. Crouched down on the corner of a rooftop the Lieutenant gazed at the city, his arms resting on his knees as he let out a sigh after failing to notice any significant presence. "Oh yeah Krin, go to the world of the living! Find your captain and beat up all the Ryoka, it'll be a blast! What on earth was I thinking? The way I am now I don't stand a chance against that group. That Domon guy tossed me around like a piece of garbage there's no way I can beat him without a Captain helping me out. As he pondered his rather grim chances for a successful mission he paused, two presences within close proximity had become clearly noticeable not too far away from where Krin was, perhaps these were two of Noire's goons talking about...goon stuff. Quickly thinking Krin approached using a Shunpo in order to catch them off guard. If they were to run Krin felt confident in his speed and if they wanted to brawl he began charging Reiatsu into his palms in case he needed to parry a blow and to show them that he meant business. Letting out another loud yawn Krin began to address the two rogues. "Hope you don't mind answering some questions for me fellas, I'm looking for a certain man. Who wants to be a good boy and take me to him? He goes by the name of 'Noire', ring any bells?" It was so unusual for Krin to be this aggressive, especially with complete strangers however one of his biggest pet peeve's had been violated; nobody messes with Krin's comrades. Ever since his friend was killed loyalty had become a very prominent quality in Krin, aside from his blatant lazy nature that is. With any luck, this wild goose chase would prove itself worth skipping his afternoon nap.

Yasuo's eyes were dark and focused again as he listened to what the Rogue infront of him was saying. Finally, as the man finished, Yasuo crossed his arms infront of his chest, lowering his head in thought.
"So... The Quincies are finally making a stand?" Yasuo muttered. This was quite the dilemma that Yasuo was put into. Honor dictated that he should face the Quincies in battle, even if the Sereitei was no friend of his. Yet, the Quincies had been treated badly by the Sereitei for the past years, so they were simply getting vengeance...

Yasuo's eyes darkened at the thought. Wasn't that what he himself was looking for? Vengeance? To find the man who had framed him and to kill that man, thereby avenging his Captain? Then who was he to speak ill of the Quincy's intentions? Yasuo decided he would stay out of the war, yet he would not let innocents die. He would defend those who had nothing to do with the war yet were caught in the crossfire. And if one side was unlucky enough to raise the blade against an innocent, Yasuo's blade would meet theirs.

As the man wished him luck, Yasuo nodded to him. "Thank you." He said as the other man was about to flash step away, when suddenly the wind warned him. Just as Yasuo was about to say something, a human who looked exactly like the man infront of him fell from the sky. It took Yasuo a few moments to understand that it was a gigai. However, Yasuo had no intention of following the young man. He had recieved what he had asked for and he would stick to it.
But again, the wind faltered in its breeze as it tingled Yasuo's skin, warning him with a much different note. "Heads up. We have a shinigami approaching." He said in a warning tone to the other man as he turned around to face the Shinigami who had just appeared. The man's black robes and lieutenant badge further confirmed his identity as Yasuo narrowed his eyes slightly, his hand going back to casually rest upon the handle of his zanpakutou. The man looked to be a lieutenant, and a strong one at that. However, Yasuo was confident he could rival the man's power; Years of having to fend for himself and fight against both lieutenants and captains had allowed him to surpass his own limitations. Ofcourse, he still hadn't achieved his bankai but he had proven more than once that he could go toe to toe against a captain. If this man drew his blade, Yasuo would cut him down.

Yasuo raised his reiatsu, releasing a good amount of it to match the Shinigami's reiatsu. The wind, sensing Yasuo's caution and battle-readiness, took on a much more sinister form. It stopped blowing completely, the air turning very still and very silent as Yasuo stared down the lieutenant with a flat gaze. The lieutenant spoke and he wasn't very polite, rather quite aggressive with his question.
"I doubt you'd get answers from everyone with that attitude." Yasuo said disdainfully, pausing for a moment before continuing, "But no, I have not seen nor heard of the man you are looking for." He finished as the wind slowly converged upon his location, gently swirling around him, ready to respond to any threat that came at him.
"Now, if you business is concluded, I suggest you go back to your search, Shinigami." He said the word 'Shinigami' with a bit more bite than required, like it was some curse word he had just used. However, with half his face hidden by the high collar attire of his, his hawk-like gaze staring down the lieutenant and his ornate armor and sword, he gave off the very clear message of 'Keep your distance and your attitude in check.'

At his fellow rogue's warning, Ryuunosuke had immediately dropped into a defensive stance, sword arm on the handle of his zanpakuto, but decided otherwise, at the last minute when it he got a good look at who the intruder was. Instead, he opted to tilt his head downwards towards the oil-paper umbrella that served as his nodachi's sheathed and opened it nonchalantly, bringing it back up to block to the sun all the while making sure that it would block his face from view without necessarily making his intentions that obvious. His Gikon stopped its babbling immediately, looked left and right before discreetly scuttering towards the nearest hiding spot: the antique shop that had belonged to the old man Ryuunosuke had been chasing after when he had met with the female Quincy. It knew where the rendez-vous points would be in situations such as these and it promptly vanished from sight, leaving Ryuunosuke very little time to wrap things up on his end.

                                                  s**t...

Unlike his companion, Ryuunosuke did not raise his Reiatsu and did the exact opposite, containing it as much as possible so as to draw attention away from it. He wasn't particularly successful as it was a delicate process: the weaker he made his Reiatsu seem to be, the more apparent the Hollow in him would become, something he definitively didn't want the intruder to notice. Said intruder was one of Squad 10's men and one that would surely recognize the ex-Kenpachi that was supposed to be dead if given the time or chance to properly assess the situation. By the looks of it, however, the lieutenant had not come to the world of the living with Nagisa Amatoki as main objective so that was definitively a plus. "I have no idea who that is," he replied slowly, making sure to drop the pitch of his voice so that it would be harder to recognize. He needed to get out of here and fast. "Now, unless you wish to kill the local population of Karakura with your Reiatsu or Kido, I suggest we take our idle chatter elsewhere." Though he had included himself in the 'we', Ryuunosuke had actually meant 'you' as he had all the intentions in the world to lose both Shinigami. Now, to find out whether or no the lieutenant had brought along any assistants."Unless your teammates have already secured the area?" A quick scan of his surrounding didn't reveal anything particularly suspicious, but Reiatsu sensing was never the fallen captain's specialty so he couldn't rely only on that.

It was to be expected that Krin's rather brash actions weren't well received however the stakes of this mission were too high to maintain politeness with every spiritually aware being he interrogated. Somewhere his dear Captain Mana was more than likely being contained in a holding cell, being interrogated by Noire which was highly ironic considering Mana was used to being on the other end of interrogations as the warden for the Sereitei prisons. The very thought of his own captain being tortured was enough to make Krins blood boil in anger which made being polite even more of a challenge but it was the wise words of his dear friend Miharu that echoed within his mind 'The world is filled with enough hate Krin'... As he exhaled his breath Krin began to lower his Reiatsu with his aggressive point being made and also to not cause any unwanted attention on his rather taboo mission in the world of the living. The two men in question seemed to contrast each other greatly both in mannerisms and appearance wise. The first clearly looked like a warrior ready for battle with what appeared to be a sword sheathed at his side wearing armor on his limbs while maintaining very light mobile clothing appearing as if he was clearly experienced in combat. That assumption was further proved correct by the man quickly laying his hand on his rather strange blade the moment Krin approached which helped guide Krins eyes toward the odd sword. It didn't hold the appearance of a normal Zanpakuto but the mans Reiatsu was similar to a Shinigami's. After noting how he did not care for Krins abrupt approach the man claimed he did not know of Noire. Oddly enough Krin could detect that this mysterious man was not lying and yet the man seemed so suspicious, he carried an unusual sword, was similar to a Shinigami and yet he did not wear traditional Sereitei robes much like the men who allied themselves with Noire while clearly holding a disdain for Shinigami. On the other hand his partner reacted to Krin in the opposite way. After the Lieutenant landed the mans mannerisms were very reserved for someone being so aggressively approached. His spiritual presence was held back considerably from when Krin first sensed the two as he hid underneath his umbrella giving a very brief answer to the Lieutenants question. Both of these men were setting off big red flags in Krins mind and they clearly were not ordinary spiritually aware beings so he decided to test the water just a tad further while being careful to not let on that he was alone. "Well I'd assume the rest of the team wouldn't be thrilled with me missing a check in...Now who said I only had one question? I don't suppose either one of you guys has had a close encounter with a Hollow at some point in time have ya?" his half closed smokey gray eyes shifted between the two mysterious men looking for reaction to the word 'Hollow'. If these guys were related to Noire or the hybrid Shinigami in any way then that word would make those memories come rushing to the surface.

"Stop playing dumb, Shinigami." Yasuo said, a small smile on his face as he turned slightly, allowing the Shinigami to see his sheathed sword better. His reply came as soon as Krin had stopped speaking, so attention would be drawn to him almost immediately.
"There isn't one spiritual being in the world of the living who hasn't had a close encounter with a hollow and survived. You know that as well as I do. Thats your job, to protect the beings who are without this thing." Yasuo said, his dark eyes staring at Krin as he tapped the handle of his zanpakutou. His voice was a bit louder and slightly more emphasized than his usual tone. Krin would not notice this but his fellow rogue would. It was a small attempt by Yasuo to tell the other rogue to 'play along.' This was a bit of a delicate matter; Yasuo guessed. He had seen the other rogue thrash out at the air, had felt how the reiatsu from the other man had switched vehemently from Shinigami to Hollow and repeatedly back and forth. The man's eyes had been tainted as well, but the man himself was not a hollow. He was fighting it. That was enough reason for Yasuo to see the man as a good person.

"And for the ones that didn't survive.... Well, we're not trying to devour you, now are we?" Yasuo drawled, humor in his voice as if he found the Shinigami infront of him amusing. Inside his head, Yasuo's mind was working in overdrive. Yasuo did not know why he was helping the other man. Perhaps because Yasuo saw a bit of himself in that man. Someone who was lost, someone who did not have a place to return to. Someone who was going through his own problems. A part of Yasuo wanted to offer some help to that man and this was how he could, so he was doing it. "Now then, are we done here? I'm sure you have more important things to do than waste time asking questions." Yasuo said, chuckling to himself slightly. A part of him wondered why this random Shinigami was here, asking random questions. He looked to be distressed, although Yasuo could not tell with complete confidence. He could feel the man's eyes on him, perusing his more conspicuous appearance, which suited the situation well. The more attention he had to himself, the less attention that would go to Taoreta. Yasuo's reiatsu increased slightly more as it spread out, not reaching out towards Krin but surrounding Taoreta, thereby hiding his low amounts of suppressed reiatsu by outshining it with his own. Now he only hoped Taoreta wouldn't take the bait and played along with Yasuo's plan.
