Azure looked down at the young female and gave her a smile. "I would love to look at your crystal for you." Azure held it out, letting it catch the sun. "Hm, matches your hair, doesn't it?" Azure brought it back down to the table and reached into his satchel, pulling out his special piece of quartz. Azure waiting for a moment, trying to see if there was a reaction. Nothing. He put away his own quartz and pulled out a book he had brought with him. He wish he had all these things memorized, but it just wasn't possible. He did know where to look in the book though so it wasn't long before he was on the right page. Azure held the crystal up to the sun again, observing a shadowy area in the center. "The crystal itself isn't really valuable, although it is pretty." He was trying to be encouraging to the young explorer. "It looks like there might be something inside of it though. Sometimes crystals grow around other things. It might be interesting. It certainly is a mystery." Azure looked at the crystal again and handed it to the girl so that she could see for herself. "I could try and get it out for you... and then you'd have a whole bunch of smaller crystals, might make some pretty jewelry."

Chini held out the giant shiny crystal to the older angel and waited impatiently. She had been told to bring it in here though she wasn't sure why. It was her crystal! She found it fair and square!
She watched him with curious eyes though and waited for him to do whatever he was doing with it. When he mentioned her hair, she reached up and touched it smiling at him happily, Yeah! That meant it was meant to be hers right? What a find!
She reached up and took the crystal from him, staring deep into the crystal trying to make out what he said. She nodded slowly, but really got going when he said smaller crystals, "Yeah! Smaller smaller!" she about danced in spot as she held it out to him again. "Please, please, more!"

I found a thing!

Herb pouch: 
Well this was exciting! Third time was the charm but she had found something. A pouch! She was told to go see a 'Takeko'? Teal, purple and yellow they said, you couldn't miss her. Nimue wandered for a bit before she saw a angel in a booth in those colours. That must be her! "Miss! Oh miss Takeko!" The fae nearly tripped over her two feet rushing over to the angel. "Oh excuse me I don't mean to be a bother but I've found something from the treasure hunt." The blue fae pointed to that events direction, "And they told me to find you." Nimue heald out the pouch in both her hands, offering it to Takeko. "They said you'd know what's in here?" Nimue smiled to her, clearly excited. "To find something that wasn't cheese sticks!" The fae pondered her words for a second before shaking her head with a laugh. "Don't ask."

Azure was glad she was okay with him breaking apart the crystal, he himself was curious to find out what was inside. "This might take me a little bit, so why don't you go enjoy some rides. Then you can come back and I'll have something waiting for you!" Azure pulled out some tools and began work on extracting what was inside the crystal. When Chini returned, Azure would be waiting for her with a mysterious runestone and the leftover crystal.

Herb pouch:  Happy to have finally found something after looking for what felt like ages, Shahrazhad was moving down with her winnings in hand, looking for this pae'il that supposedly knew what it was. A Takeko, as it were. Upon finding an angel matching the description she'd been given, the demon set her bag on the table. "I was told to seek you out to learn what this is; so..." she paused, pushing it a bit forward, "...if it isn't a bother, could you please do just that and I will be out of your way soon enough?"

Message in a bottle~ )Now what she found? Some sort of message? Curious! The red demon was pointed towards some booths and told to look for the fae 'Dizzy'. It didn't take the demon long to find the pink fae. "Hi! I found this bottle on the beach and they told me to come here. You're suppose to read it?" The demon offered the bottle to the fae.
Burried in a book, the pink butterfly fae was startled when she heard the red demon's voice. "Oh Hi! Sorry, I was engrossed in this story. It's very exciting, the hero is about to take his leap of faith." she put her book down and delicately took the offered bottle. Some of the sand fell off onto the table. "Oooh, what did you find here? A love note, a treasure map? Maybe someone is lost at sea!"
She pulls the cork from the top. A quick sniff tells her its not rum. Dizzy tipped the bottle over and gave it a little shake over her other hand to catch the roll of paper that fell out.
"You can have the bottle back." She set it on the table and pushed it towards Ruby. She unfurled the small paper and read it over. She hmm and hawed, nodding her head and shaking it as she mumbled 'yes, yes. No, that's not right, no. Oh wait, yup."
She laid the old tattered paper on the table and pointed at some of the symbols. "What you have here, is a simple spell. See that there, that's where it says you have to read it at ..." she flipped the paper around to double check, "... yes, at the Ten Alters. I believe this is a promise from the Guardians. It doesn't say what the promise is, so you'll have to find out and let me know! I'm eager to see what this spell is for."
She rolled the paper back up and held it out for Ruby, but kept a grip on it for a moment longer, "Say, you wouldn't be interested in selling this to me for ... well, lessee. Looks like I have 50 tickets. Wanna trade?"((Congratulations! Ruby has won a Power Scroll or she may trade it in for 50 tickets.))

Ruby took back the bottle as Dizzy started to look over the not. Ruby put it back in her bag, this would be useful later. She couldn't remember the last time she saw a bottle in such good condition.
Ruby perked up as Dizzy spoke again. Promise from the Guardians?! This was such a sign from then! Ruby took hold of the offender end of the paper, but then the Fae offered her a deal. 50 tickets was a lot but...Ruby shook her head. "I'm sorry, I don't think I could do such a trade, as generous as it is." She smiled to Dizzy. "I will be sure to tell you what happens though, I can promise you that."

"Me?" she questioned, reaching out for the pouch. As she fiddled with the drawstring, she noted the strange comment and looked up with a laugh. "Cheese sti--? Oh dear, not sure whether I want to know or not..." she giggled, then managed to loosen the knot and open the bag.
She removed a bundle of herbs, falling quiet and staring at them for a number of moments. Her eyes widened and she murmured, "Oh my..." before setting them on the table between the two. "These are....very rare. I've not seen them before and I can't even imagine where these came from! I could...make something with these. It would take some time, however. It would be...something of a health drink? Only perhaps of a more magical nature than physical...perhaps enhancing your natural magical abilities..." She said, still staring at the herbs. "Of course...if you'd rather not, I'd be happy to take them off your hands for..." She looked around for a moment before pulling out a string of tickets from behind the counter. "I'll give you some tickets for these herbs if you'd prefer that over the potion?"((Congratulations! Nimue has found some rare herbs than can be made into a Power Potion or she may trade it in for 50 tickets!))

She closed her eyes and tried to remember. There was something about a fountain, and...oh! She opened her eyes and stared at the little one again. "Well, it's a special runestone, definitely," she began. "Legend has it that if you take it to a special fountain and toss it in, you'll receive a...blessing." She coughed a little.
"If you want, you can have 50 tickets to spend instead," offered Elizabeth.((Congratulations! Harmony has found a Mysterious Runestone or she may trade it for 50 tickets! There is a hidden fountain on the island with magical waters. If a pae'il offers up the runestone to the fountain, they will be blessed with a baby. They will receive one biologically related baby via "magic baby" means delivered by a fairy. A partner or second parent is not required. We will have a place to redeem these soon.))

Teigra In the shade of the booth, the angel had finally gotten the little caterpae to lie down for a nap. She'd insisted she wasn't sleepy, but the combination of all the excitement and sun and food, well...the horizontal switch had flipped and Xiulan was curled up comfortably in the corner on a mat.

Shaking her head, she hurriedly apologized. "I'm sorry, didn't mean to stare. You just...remind me a bit of my granddaughter's girls... Err, what can I help you with?" At first inspection, the pouch seemed unremarkable, but if she was able to help...
When she got the drawstrings open, Takeko's first sight was of a collection of dried herbs and leaves. Nothing too out of the ordinary really, typical grasses, straw...however, something lay bundled beneath. Something round, heavy, smooth...something the angel carefully removed from the pouch with wide eyes. Was this...?
"Hmm...I may know what this is...but I'd prefer to have someone else confirm my suspicions," she said, turning her eyes up towards the young woman. "I have a dear friend from the Great Tree. He mentioned someone else there who had found something like this, so she may be able to help you. Her name is Twinkleshine, and she's a white fauny with smooth hooves and a horn...I think they call themselves 'unicorns'? I hope I got that term right," she muttered to herself.
"I heard she's here at the carnival today, actually," she added with a nod. "Of course, if you can't find her, please come back and see me. I know a couple of other Pae you might talk to; they might be available by then."((Haha...you can SOLO an RP with Twinkleshine on the secrets of what Shahrazad has found if you'd like. Or, if you'd rather play out the discovery with another player instead, or if the interaction between Twinkleshine and Shah would just be too awkward, I think we have a couple of backup volunteers. Just let me know and have Shah come back to see Takeko. XD))

Dizzy had her chin propped in in her hand and was just watching all the pae having fun with their families. It was heartwarming. A little chubby pae child -- of which type she had no clear idea, but it was obviously a pae -- looked lost and confused.
"Can I help you find anything, hun? You look like a pae on a mission."
