So, his partner didn't totally hate the liquid, he looked and laughed when he seen his partners eyes water. He could even tell that the smell itself bothered his teammate from the strong sting of the smell, but he tried to keep up appearances, good, he was learning. He didn't entirely want his newfound team mate and possible friend to lose all of his traits though, it would be rather annoying for that to happen. To have another Slug Medic walking around would be nothing but a hassle to him, I mean, why would they let something like that happen?
He sighed, what was the point? Oh look. Look at this the terrain changed, how awesome. He, they rather, were now in lightning country and no longer in their grass country. So they were getting close to their destination were they? Well that was always good. There was some commotion up ahead but he didn't really care for it. Besides, they were still quite awhile away from it. So walking up there he wondered, they had to go that way anyways but they were, again for the second time, a bit away from them. Drinking from his sake, he wondered.
He had taken his flask back but guess what, it still had a ton in it and that made him super happy, of course he might be done with his flask by the time that he reached the next village which was their destination but oh well right? If he did get to that village, he would more than likely have to restock. That could be fun, actually visiting another villages bar. Oh he could imagine that. That would be wonderful, he could picture walking up into a bar from a fellow shinobi's land and purchasing and sampling all of the sake that the village had to offer vintage wise.
Walking along the time, he did wonder what would be like, the Raikage would be like. Was the Raikage a female or a male and if it was a female, oh he hopped it was a female, was she attractive and single? He would hit on that so hard just for the lulz. If he could manage to score a date with her, then well, bragging rights were sure to ensue. That could also help with possible future relations. He did wonder, what would happen if she was very offended by the notion? Well, Kusa was overpowered so she would be foolish to throw away negotiations just because something like that happened.
Who throws away a very powerful thing just because of a simple hitting on notion. He sighed, who would be that stupid? Cloud and Kusa were the two most powerful villages in the world, they should team up and throw the other villages under the bus for the enslavement and destruction of the two most powerful. Leaf and Mist didn't even deserve to be on the same planet as Cloud and Kusa. Why should they even exist? Huh?

He had sensed somebody use chakra, but something was different about his. There was definitely the feeling that somebody had used a chakra related technique, but he couldn’t tell the size of their chakra or where it was located. What sort of person can hide their chakra pool, Lucius thought in shock. There were officially in Kumogakure and already Lucius began to feel the nerves he had pushed down come back up again. He breathed in deeply through his nose before exhaling through his mouth. Lucius commanded himself to be calm, he hated these nerves of his. Not only had he been afraid of killing on his last mission, but now he kept freaking out about unknown shinobi and people. By this point he had caught up with his partner. One glance told him that he was deep in thought. Not to the extent of being oblivious to his surroundings, but just enough to be considered pensive. However, a glance to the right showed Lucius something interesting. He saw the guy from grass and another person standing over a blood red circle with a triangle in it. The guy was walking away bleeding, Lucius wanted to help but the wound didn’t seem super serious with the way he moved. Besides, he had a very important mission to attend to. He couldn’t just stop and try to heal every hurt person that he passed by.
The thought of healing brought Lucius to an area he hadn’t thought of for a while, his medical jutsu. He had learned the basics during his time as a genin, delving deeper into the studies before he entered his second chuunin exam. The jutsu proved to be essential to carrying his team to the completion of the second stage. After making chuunin, Lucius had been so involved with trying to get a grasp on sealing that he had almost completely forgotten about it. He set a reminder in his head that he needed to learn some more medical jutsu once he made it back to the village. Or he could do it in Kumogakure. Lucius liked being on the grass’ practice field and in his brief time at Konogakure he met a few other ninja with whom he became friends with. In some free time before going back to the village, Lucius would definitely go to the training field and some stores. In a different nation they were bound to have something interesting that he could take home. Lucius turned to Z to ask a quick question “”Do you think the Raikage will get mad at us since our village attacked the Mist?” He hoped the raikage was forgiving and would understand that some people are just uncontrollable. Even though the even was in the past, Lucius hoped it wouldn’t stir the kage to anger, causing him to take it out on them. But that would surely be treated as an act of war, and if war ensued between the Grass and Cloud, it would quickly encompass all the other nations.
