Once set down on the grass, Ash shifted her focus to fur tousled from her fight and she began to groom herself with long sweeps of her tongue. Her senshi charge was forgotten for a few moments as vanity demanded its due, but pointed ears kept tabs on movement. Once the washing was done, more or less, the guardian caught the question and lifted her head for a beaming smile at the new senshi.
"I'm afraid my magic tricks are something only Mauvians can accomplish, even if I laid out for you the complex algorithms that make it possible." She said teasingly, her tail flicking behind her. "That's okay though... you've got your own magic tricks now, as you saw. You've awoken as a sailor senshi, a magic guardian granted power in order to protect this planet from the forces of Chaos. With that power comes a host of new abilities, like a greater than normal strength and speed, a magical attack like you used, and somewhere out there, a planet or asteroid that is the source of your powers. There is also a lot of responsibility too... and danger. There is an enemy to fight, that man was part of their ranks, and they are set on wiping us off the face of this planet, or corrupting us as they did him into their ranks."
It was always a challenge, where to start on this whole thing when a new senshi had awoken. Too much could scare them off, too little could get them killed... balance was hard, but Ash strove to do the best she could. Letting them ask questions seemed to help, because then they absorbed the information at a pace they could better accept.

"Woah," Iphigenia said as she stared at the cat. Talking cat, forces of evil, magic tricks that didn't involve cards. Chaos. It was a lot to take in, but at the same time, it felt right. She couldn't explain why she felt that way, only knew that she was willing to believe what the cat said no matter how ridiculous it sounded.
"So those guys, that guy, they're the enemy? What did we ever do to them?"

At least this girl's question was reasonable... she'd heard worse in the past that just completely missed the whole point of what had just happened. Ash tilted her head as she formulated a reply, her slender tail flipping back and forth.
"Well... the exact when and how of this war dates back over a thousand years. So much has happened between now and then that there are very few left who remember the true cause of it all. Now-a-days, each of you tends to fight for your own reasons and causes. Some rarely fight, others have made it their duty to eradicate Chaos from the universe entirely... why you yourself fight will be a question you must answer yourself." If Ash had had the full history, wishing once again that she did, she would have shared it happily. It was frustrating to not have all the answers when one prided oneself on being a trove of information.
"There are other Senshi, and people called Knights, that I highly suggest you get to know, who can help you decide where to go from here. The very basic of it is that you now have a way to defend yourself and others from the Negaverse, if you so choose. I'm here to guide you as much as I can, and in addition to awakening your power, once you have grown sufficiently to need it, I can upgrade that power as well, unlocking more of your true potential."

A thousand years was a very long time ago. It was a lot to think about, but Iphigenia was no longer in the thinking mood. She was starting to feel tired. Right now she wanted a hot bath more than any explanation. Ash had said she needed to figure it out herself and she would. Later.
"I guess I just have to figure it out by myself then." She said as she stood up. Iphigenia felt a confident smile curve on her face. She let go of the magic and felt the power fade from her. She was just Liena now. Liena picked up her bag, and raised a hand in farewell to the cat. "Thanks, I have a feeling we'll see each other again." Bluefire Dragonz I think we can wrap this up now! Ash let out a contented chirp when the girl rose to go, her tail flicking back and forth behind her on the ground. Ears perked, she yawned, stretching forward with her legs extended.
Suddenly, a phone dropped out of nowhere and Ash pounced on it as though expecting it's decent. After a few scrabbling moments, she produced what appeared to be a smart phone, her face beaming up at her new charge.
"Its dangerous to go alone, take this!" She quipped with a coy grin. "Its a senshi phone. With it you can send calls and messages to other senshi, as well as access the primer that I and a few other senshi have put together that sort of explains some things a little. You can also take pictures of senshi and it will register them in your contact list. I've already put myself in it, so when you're ready, just give me a call and I'll come help show you the ropes! Be careful until then, ok? There are a lot of baddies out there a lot stronger than you are."
Shoving the phone over to the girl, the cat turned to bounce a few feet away, glancing back over her shoulder. "I'll see you again, Iphigenia! You're one of my girls now, darling, and I like to keep an eye on you folks." She said with a grin before she scurried off.Minsuil End! Thanks for playing. ^_^
