•·.·´¯`·.·• •·.·´¯`·.·•´•·.·´¯`·.·• •·.·´¯`·.·•´ Nikki paused for a moment and she cleared her throat, "I have a boyfriend, he is just busy." She lied, though hopefully it wasn't obvious. "I mean, what do you expect of a man that is away on business trips, though I manage." She stated with a shrug, "I do have a life outside of school if that is what you wish to know. I have friends, I go out and have a blast." She shrugged, which that was true. On weekends she even went to clubs with her friends, she just didn't have many friends. Plus, her hobby was something she could do anywhere, sing and dance. The female brought her attention to him when he brought up getting coffee and she crossed her arms over her chest, "Hmm.." She eyed him a bit, "Fine, but don't consider this a date." She let out as she grabbed her purse and her shoes, though she would just carry her shoes instead of wear them for now. She made her way towards the door before looking back at him, "Coming or not?" She exited her room, "Close the door behind you also." She said as she began to walk down the hall, expecting him to catch up to her.

 ☯ Rolling his eyes when his teacher about her having a 'boyfriend' that is always on 'business trips'. "And his name is Bob right?" He said sarcasticly, "Don't lie to me Nikki, I can see right threw those lies." Ashton smiled when she agreed to go out to coffee with him, for once she agreed with him. Which was something he had probably never heard from her. Watching her walk out of the classroom he finally shot back into reality when she asked him if he was coming. Running towards the door he ran out and stopped. "Bossy, I like it." Ashton smirked and walked back to close the door. Catching up to her, he walked out of the empty school with her and licked his lips. "My car or yours?" He asked raising a brow as he reached for his car keys in his pockets.

When he caught up she smirked slightly when he asked his car or hers, "Well, would it really be right if you invited me to get coffee and I end up driving?" She questioned as she looked at him. Probably the most obvious answer, a guy can't ask a girl if she wants to get something and she be the one to drive! Pfft, he wouldn't be much of a gentleman then, would he? She shrugged and laughed, "I really don't care who drives." She stated as she swung her arm slightly that held her shoes.

☯ Ashton rolled his eyes, he knew she was lying. Pulling his car keys out of his pocket he shook his head. "Sorry, gosh." He said and put a hand on his heart like he was hurt. "But since I'm driving I guess this will actually be a real date, right?" He smirked and held the door open to the student parking lot so Nikki could walk out. Once she walked threw, he let go of the door and looked around, now where did he park. Oh yeah, the front of the middle row. Looking over at Nikki he smiled. "You wanna hold my hand?" Ashton said and held his hand out but kept walking towards his Black Jeep. Getting to his car, he unlocked the doors and opened the passenger door and waited for Nikki to get in.

That is very unprofessional of me and can cause me to lose my job." She stated as she exited the school and to the parking lot. She watched the ground so she wouldn't step on glass or anything sharp with her bare feet. Though, she looked at him and forced out a laugh when he asked about holding his hand. "Cute, but no." She pushed his hand away. Damn, he was persistent. Hell, it wouldn't surprise her if he even tried to make a move on her at some point. God knows what else would go on, sure they could start out getting coffee, but then it could always lead into doing other things that are fun and cause them to bond and whatever else. Alright, maybe it wouldn't be so bad if he made a move on her, even if she rejected he always kept pushing. Not that it was bad, he knew what he wanted, though she figured it was just teenage hormones. That once he got laid he would bail.

☯ Sighing when Nikki argued that it wasn't a date, Ashton looked down at his feet and crossed them. "Maybe this could be like a friend date" He smiled and watched her watch where she was stepping and shook his head and walked towards her."Cover your butt incase your underwear shoes okay." Ashton said and bent down and pushed her onto his shoulder and hung onto her legs. "If you won't hold my hand, I'll just hold you." Ashton said and pulled down her dress so her underwear didn't show. "Also I'm helping you out, so don't get mad at me okay?" Ashton said and set her down when they got to the passenger side of the car and closed the door for her when she got in. Running around to the drivers side, he jumped in and started the car. "Starbucks?" He asked, that was the nearest coffee place to the school, which was crazy busy before, during lunch, and after school so Ashton wasn't able to go there very often even though he had a major secret love for it. His inner white girl.

"Seriously? That was unnecessary." She grunted and shook her head, how embarrassing. Soon, she was set down when they got to the passenger side of the car and she got into the car and buckled up. She tried to calm herself, she knew she was blushing up a darned storm. She rubbed the back of her neck and placed her heels down. "Starbucks sounds great." She looked out the window, she didn't want to even look at him right now. She just had to stay focused and not let him distract her from keeping it strictly 'friends' right now[./size]

☯ After pulling out of the parking lot, Ashton looked over at Nikki and pouted. "I didn't want you to step on anything." He sighed and mentally slapped himself ten hundred times, he just ruined it for her. It's not like he'd ever get a chance with Nikki, but it would have been nice. Once he hit a stop light he looked over at Nikki and back down at the steering wheel, she looked pissed. Great. "How come our age difference makes it where I can't even get a chance to go on a date with you? I'm 18, legal. You're what? 23? Thats a 5 year difference, no big deal. My grandparents are 10 years apart, that doesn't bother them at all." He said and slowly pressed on the gas when the light turned green, turning into the parking lot, he parked in the nearest free parking space and stopped the car. "Yeah you're my teacher and all, but I don't mind keeping it a secret. I'm good with secrets." He shrugged and unbuckled himself and got out of the car. Ashton stuffed his keys into his front pocket and made sure his wallet was still in his back pocket. Walking over to the door, he opened it for the person that was leaving and held it for Nikki so she could walk in.

Soon she looked at him, surprised at the outburst of asking why he couldn't get a chance. She laughed, "Okay, sure, age isn't something that should matter. Though, this is how I see you... Sure, you may be eighteen and legal, but you are too young for my tastes. To me, that is dating a child. When you hit twenty, then come to me. We may be able to work something out. But with you being a student of mine and a teenager, I will have to decline any attempts you may throw at me." She said rather smugly. She made it seem like she would decline every attempt. Though, eventually, that may not be the case. Who knows what the future holds. Soon he pulled into a parking space and she worked on getting her heels on before she unbuckled. She got out of the car and walked to the building with him before she waited for someone to exit and she walked in. The smell of Starbucks was always amazing!

☯ Letting out a sigh, Ashton shrugged. "You're impossible." He said and walked into the store after her. "Ahh it smells so nice." He smiled and pressed a hand on the small of her back and lead her to the front counter. Ashton ordered a salted caramel mocha and let Nikki order what she wanted. He paid for both of their drinks and moved out of the way so he wasn't in the way if anyone else walked in and wanted to order. "You know, I'm pretty mature for my age, but arguing with you about trying to take you out on one date has me looking like my 6 year old niece." Ashton smirked and looked down at Nikki, she was shorter than him even with her heels on. Being 6" 2' was nice.

She walked up to the front counter with him and waited until he ordered before she ordered a vanilla latte and moved out of the way. She rolled her eyes slightly, "Exactly, so why don't you just drop the topic?" She let out as she placed her hands behind her back. Even with her heels, Ashton was almost a good foot taller than her, she was just that damned short. She had to stand on her tip toes just to do her makeup in her bathroom. She soon let her right arm fall to her side and her left hand brushed bangs out of her blue eyes before she watched drinks being made. She wouldn't admit it, but damn it would be nice to get her hands on him. He was attractive, flirty, cute, and acted so innocent at times, yet was needy enough for her attention and she loved it.

☯ Looking over at Nikki when she said to drop the topic of him getting to take her out on a date, Ashton opened his mouth to speak but didn't have a clue what to say. Closing his mouth, Ashton stuffed his hands into his pockets and watched the workers make his drink. Maybe he should just give up. She was never going to say yes, he was surprised that she said yes to him taking her to Starbucks. Man this sucked. Pulling his hands from his pockets, Ashton flicked his hair out of his eyes and grabbed his and Nikki's drink off the counter. Handing Nikki hers he looked around for a place to sit, there were tables and chairs. No one was here. But it was also almost 8 at night so that was probably why. "You wanna sit?" Ashton asked and took a sip of his hot coffee.

She shook her head when he asked if she wanted to sit. "Come and don't ask questions. We will go to your car and you will drive where I want you to." She motioned for him to follow and she left Starbucks. She started to head towards his car, she wasn't going to tell him where they were going, but she would tell him to drive and lead him from there. Of course, she had plans that night with friends and Ashton was old enough to get in to where she was planning to go. It was a club of course, all he would get was a bracelet saying he wasn't old enough to drink and luckily, with him being eighteen, they would let him in. It wasn't an overly picky club. She took a sip of her drink as she waited at his car.

☯ Raising a brow when she shook her head meaning she didn't want to sit he took another sip of his drink and listened to her. Looking down at her when she told him to just drive her where she told him to go, Ashton was a little startled, but also totally okay with doing what ever Nikki said because he had the biggest crush on her. But then again, she might be telling him to drive her back to the school so she could get in her car and leave home. Ashton wouldn't be surprised if she was going to. Unlocking his car, Ashton walked to the drivers side of the car and took another sip of his drink before setting it in the cup holder and getting into the car. Closing the door, and getting buckled he looked over at Nikki and smiled. "Where we headed." Ashton said while starting the car and pulling out fo the parking lot. "Left or right?" He asked unsure of which blinker to turn on.

"Somewhere, just go with it." She let out. "Take a right." She relaxed and sipped at her drink while he drove. She continued to tell him the directions until they got to their destination. There was a night club called the Purple Moon, the outside looked amazing, many colorful lights going, a crowded area, a long waiting line to get in, and the inside was amazing! Nikki told him where to park, which would be where she usually parked and she pulled out her cell phone and texted her friends. She then brought her attention to Ashton, "Alright, this is the only time this will ever happen. Don't say a word about it after tonight either." She stated. "You do... I will hurt you." She smirked slightly then got out of the car, bringing her now empty cup with her to throw away.
