☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." Alan grumbled under his breath as he locked the door to the Physics classroom, keeping sure that his lab coat was buttoned high up at all times. No use starting another problem, like at his last school. He couldn't go through crap like that again. "The numbers never lie." Awesome nerd Eh, you do it. I'm sure Alan has no earthly idea where he's going.

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." The next day, Alan stood at the front of the classroom, a large sweatdrop on the side of his head. He kept one hand to the chalkboard, the hand holding the chalk shaking. Behind him, two tall male students, one blonde, the other dark-haired, touched his slim body, one rubbing while the other squeezed his rear. " Ya know," started the blonde, licking his lips as he gripped a little tighter, making the trembling teacher jump. " We couldn't tell because of that ugly lab coat of yers, Teach, but you're pretty shapely." " Yeah, who knew?" the brunette snickered, grinning like his friend. " Your clothes are actually really figure-fitting. Makes you that much more attractive to watch teach." The usually fiery scientist didn't move, throat hoarse from his frequent protests. " You two need to get to class," he tried to reason. The two shook their heads, leaning in close. " We've got lunch, Mr. Brandt." The two spoke in unison, making them that much more creepy. Shivers ran down the elder male's spine, wanting so badly to hit them, but knowing that he couldn't. It wasn't worth the paperwork. Still, though, he wished they would stop. He had work to do! And his virtue was being threatened. That too. "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."Two large hands grabbed the back of the boys' shirts, pulling them away from Alan. "As much as I love seeing sexual harassment, I think it'd be best for you two to head out." Reed said in a low town from behind the two. If they looked back, they'd see him towering over them with darkness covering the upper half of his face, save his white hair and two piercing red orbs. "Of course, if you want to hang out with a teacher then I wouldn't mind teaching you two how to march with the sousaphone. We'll start you off with running five miles with one over your shoulders." he said with a demented grin on his face."Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." The two sneered at the band teacher before yanking themselves from his grip and running out of the room. They slammed the door behind them, hurrying down the hallway out of pure fear that they would really have to run those five miles. What a demonic person! They were only trying to flirt with someone! Back in the classroom, Alan kept his face to the blackboard, his other hand clenching into a tight fist. "Get out," he demanded lowly, still infuriated by the musician. "This is all your fault. Now get out!" "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."Reed raised a bemused eyebrow. Oh, so Alan now had enough sass to talk him out but not those two kids? The taller man closed his eyes and sighed through his nose, putting a hand to the bridge of his. Just one day around this bratty scientist and he was already being as cranky as him. "I'm not leaving." he finally said after calming down enough. There was a thump on the desk, and if Alan turned around he'd see a homemade peanut butter and jelly sandwich sitting on the desk next to a recently purchased bottle of milk. "I'm not going anywhere until I see you eat something." he said with a look that challenged the man to argue. He held one arm behind his back, almost like a butler."Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." At the thump, Alan turned around, eyebrow quirked by the appearance of food. He salivated unconsciously, instantly angry at himself for being moved by the food. He was also still angry at the band teacher, but it was a war inside figuring who he was angrier at. Still though, he couldn't lie that he was hungry, and he'd been left hungry still from yesterday. Wrapping his arms around his trim middle, the physicist moved closer to the food, picking up the sandwich and furrowing his brow. "I'm not hungry," he stated, although he ended up sitting on the desk with the food in his lap, feet dangling and not even close to touching the ground. "And I hate milk. It's gross." He took a bite from the sandwich, still frowning. He had never been angrier in his life. It was delicious. "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."Reed rolled his eyes as Alan took the sandwich while practically commenting on how he didn't like it. He sure liked to do the opposite of what he said, didn't he? "That's too bad." the musician commented lightly. He finally pulled his arm away from behind and lifted it to show the lab coat over his forearm. The coat shined a brilliant white, appearing to be cleaned thoroughly. The sleeves wavered with the movement of Reed's arm, as if the clothing begged for Alan to wear it again. "And here I was, going to give you your coat for eating all the food. Guess I'll just keep it again. Maybe I'll let my drum major wear it for marching practice today." the band director mused thoughtlessly, one innocent finger on his chin."Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." Alan's eyes sparkled at the sight of his familiar coat, desire for it to be on his person once more shining through his gaze. He gasped at hearing Reed's threat, and hurriedly shoved half of the sandwich into his mouth, opening the milk and downing about a quarter of it. He put the rest of the food down, lunging out for his lab coat as he swallowed what was in his mouth, a white milk mustache on his upper lips as he grasped the white fabric. "Don't you dare! This was a birthday present from my former professor!" he shouted, tugging. "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."A hand slapped at the other hands that grabbed at the coat. "Try me." Reed said, the sadistic smile he gave the two students earlier returning to his shadowed face. He put a hand on Alan's forehead and moved the arm with the coat away from the scientist's reach, like a bully holding up a kid's favorite toy. "You didn't eat all your food. Eat what's left and this time take your time or else you'll get a stomachache." He smirked as he voted against telling Alan about his mustache. Seeing the smaller male whine and try to grab his coat while having that white line on his upper lip was almost cute. He guessed even brat's could look adorable at times."Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." "You're so mean!" cried the teacher as he struggled to reach the coat, short stature once more failing him. He tried to jump, only to be held back by the evil man's hand on his forehead. His arms flailed, tantrum starting up. "You big bully, you're so mean, I hate you, give me that back, you bully!" He shouted all in one breath, quickly losing his energy. After he was reduced to an angry, sweaty brat, the teacher pouted and sat back on the desk, eating his food with a huff. He ate at a decent rate, all the while glaring at his co-worker. Such a terrible person! he howled in his mind, infuriated that this was his life now. After finishing the sandwich and his milk, the milk-mustached male held out his hands and hopped off the desk. "Now give it back!" "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything.""You can say it better than that, can't you?" snorted the taller man. "I don't know if I want to give it to someone that's so demanding. My drum major's always nice, saying 'sir' and 'please'. She sweats a lot, too, standing under the sun all day. Maybe I'll reward her by giving her a nice towel." he mused innocently again and ruffed one of the sleeves between his thumb and index finger."Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." "Wha- you can't be serious!" he protested, clenching his fists and stomping his foot. But Reed held firm, and Alan knew what he had to do. Biting back another angry remark, the scientist relaxed his fingers, reached for Reed's arm itself, widened his eyes, softened his expression to one that was undeniably cute, and swallowed his pride. "Please give me back my lab coat... sir," he implored as politely as he could, although his cheeks tinted pink with the humiliation. "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything."A hand went out and flicked Alan's forehead. "Jeez, I'm not that old, and you're not that young. Don't give me those puppy dog eyes." He sighed and dropped the coat over the scientist's head. "But you did say it nicely and eat your food, so there.""Your music will live on."

☸ Alan Brandt ☸ "The science of it all is simple." Happily tugging the coat off of his head and shrugging it onto his shoulders, he scoffed at Reed. "Please, you look like you're at least twice my age. I blame the hair and wrinkles." Buttoning the coat, he smoothed it down and sat on the desk once more, the familiar warmth spreading way down into his toes. "The numbers never lie."

Reed de Févin "You were my everything.""Hey, it's tough working in fine arts. We all can't be scientists and invent the new phone." Reed sneered. "Besides, I only look twice your age because you look like you're a freshman!" he laughed. He tilted his head lightly when Alan snuggled inside his coat. "How can you wear that? I mean, why wear it when you get so hot?""Your music will live on."
