"Mm...not too long." She smiles as she looks at the rest of the wyverns. "Try and keep up. Though I don't blame you if you can't. You can't see as well as I can." She rushes deep into the room, attacking a group of wyverns located further ahead from where Shinzo is. With her extended claws, she is able to cut quite deeply into the wyverns, taking them out quite quickly. Soon the rest of the wyverns are flying around Shinzo and Percita, forming a dome around them as they begin to swoop in at them relentlessly. "I think we made them mad!" Percita cuts a few more down.

This girl was slightly annoying, but Shinzo was yet to decide if he liked that trait of hers yet. She thought he was slow and probably weaker than her. "Well if she thinks she is faster and stronger than me, she will have another thing coming," he thought to himself. As the wyverns cleared the floor and started to fly around them. Shinzo could see the remains of other fallen warriors scattered on the floor. It seems they were not the first, some villagers and mercenaries were brutally slaughtered by these things. Shinzo quickly made a break for some of the bodies and quickly grabbed a sheathed long sword one of the mercenaries had used. Letting the holy weapon go once more he un-sheathed the blade and widened his stance like his mentor had taught him. He turned his head as 10 or so of the creatures broke from the dome and darted towards him. He swivelled on his right foot and slashed all of them at once without batting an eyelid. The wyverns movements quickened as the dome started to shrink in size, it was obvious they were about to attack all at once. "Hey Percita, we may have to combine our strengths if we want to take them all one at once!" he shouted. This was going to be the first time he actually attempted this but it was obvious it was the logical option. He did not want to work as one but they were only taking out small groups at a time. And Shinzo did not want to expend too much energy.

"Isn't that what we've been doing?" Percita looks over at Shinzo when he suggests combining their strength. "Or did you mean more closely watching each other's- whoa!" As she was talking, a wyvern grabbed her and dragged her up to the others before she could do much about it. She gets swarmed by a group of them, and frantically claws at them as they claw and bite at her. After a few minutes, she manages to clear herself of the group by cutting off the hand of the wyvern that was holding her. She lands right next to Shinzo, and stands up after a moment. "Sorry about that. Got interrupted." She laughs. At this point, she was covered head to toe in various scratches and bite marks. She looks up at the dome. "Okay, so you wanted to work a bit closer together, then? That works with me. How well do you think they'd take a more heated approach?" Her claws glow slightly.

"I meant more closely," he managed to say before getting knocked back by a wyvern, he only got scratched on the face and legs from the fall so nothing to brag about while rolling on the rocky ground and dropping his sword. He used his arms to get up, taking his sword from the ground and making sure to keep his guard up. "These things are starting to get on my nerves" he said to himself as he backed up to the girl. If only he knew more offensive skills then they would not be having this problem. He was still a very young reaper so it was to be expected. Shinzo did not realize percita was also having problems until she landed behind him. "If you want to use some fire then I have an idea. Can you make a giant flame?" he asked her.

"I couldn't even consider myself a novice fire element if I couldn't." She smiles at stick her hand up and shoots a huge pillar of flame out of her hand. "So what's your idea?" She glances at Shinzo. After a moment, she has to support the arm she's using for the flame with her other arm, due to a series of cuts along her arm and on her shoulder from when she was dragged up by the wyverns.

Shinzo sheathed his blade and turned to face the girl, "We use your giant fire and my wind magic together to make a powerful flamethrower. Which will allow us to hit them all at once," he explained. He had heard of wwarriors perform such feats before, even his mentor did it in the past which was how Shinzo got the idea in the first place. "It seems to be the only way we can get them all at once and I don't know how long we can keep this fight up with the way it is turning out," he admitted. He was no where near out of energy but he always liked to conserve it best he could in-case of an emergency.

"Agreed. They did a number on me just then...I'd rather not push my arm more than it needs to be pushed right now..." She keeps the flame up. "So, whenever you're ready, make your move." She glances at her arm. It's not lack of energy that I'm worried about at this point...I still have plenty left. But the more I push myself with these injuries, the longer the recovery period...this needs to end. She thinks about their situation as it is.

Shinzo closed his eyes, concentrating on the wyverns movements. He studied the air disturbances they made as they flew and how it all displaced. He rose his head and opened his mouth wide open while drawing in the air around him. The currents flowing into him could faintly be seen like small rivers of air. He closed his mouth and faced the flame Percita made, he made a funnel using both hands and he opened his eyes. "Great breath" he commanded in his mind as he shot a powerful blast of air. The blast colliding with the fire and hitting the dome point blank. The wyverns cridd out as they all burnt, some trying to escape but you could tell they did not have long to survive. Shinzo held the blast for a good 10 seconds before it dissolved and he had to gasp for more air. "Well that seemed to work nicely, thanks Percita," he wheezed as he was bending down.

Percita struggles to keep the flame going as Shinzo draws in the air, the food source of both the flame and Shinzo's next attack. When Shinzo's breath connects with Percita's flame, quickly all the wyverns are incinerated. She lets the flame die out when Shinzo stops his breath, then lays down on the ground. On the plus side, having drawn up the immense flame heated Percita up to the point of cauterizing her wounds. Also, the wyverns were dead or dying. She looks at Shinzo. "You're welcome." She breathes deeply, and gets up after a moment. "So, report to Kumori next, right?"

Straightening up after a while, Shinzo wearily looked around the opening then back to Percita. I guess so since there seems to be no other exit or entrance. We took down most or the whole of the swarm," he speculated. He made sure his new sword was tightly fitted on his belt and he turned to walk back upto the tunnel entrance. He followed the path back up until he emerged from the mouth of the cave. He sighed as he felt the cold breeze on his face, and finally made his way to the academy.

 ((Sorry Shinzo, been busy with life. Here's your prize.)) ____________________Shiro, the Gust of Peril____________________ A monster known from the archives to destroy what it comes close to. The archives told no lies as the beast began to descend on the Highest Point in Pronta, roaring with gusts of air breaking the windows of the houses. The being was fairly long, almost long enough to fit Highest Point left to right. As it landed, it blocked the exit back to the academy, barring Shinzo and Percita from leaving as it was watching them, with hunger. The being was made of wind, so it was going to be a very tough, but fun fight. With the action already being stated that they were being seen as lunch. Shiro soon opened it's both and released a strong stream of air at Shinzo and Percita, aiming to end them quickly. Rank: A Stats: 9/10

Percita looks at the new arrival with interest. "Well, that's unexpected." She smiles. "Well, looks like there's a little more to be done before it's time to rest..." She moves out of the way of the stream of air and claws at Shiro, her claws going right through that. "Hmm...made of air, then?" She grins maliciously and looks at Shinzo. "I'm going to try something. If it works the way I hope it does, this fight won't take very long." Her right hand begins glowing with aura, and she rushes Shiro, sticking her claws into its "body". "Burst Claw." She emits flames from her claws, into Shiro, to see what would happen.

Shinzo took a few steps outside before he saw the beast known as shiro. He brought in the surrounding air into his lungs and made a funnel using his hands like last time. "Oh no you don't mister, Great breath," he commanded in his mind as Shinzo shot his own stream of air to counteract the monsters stream.

____________________Shiro, the Gust of Peril____________________ The being watched as Percita attempted to claw at him, phasing through his body with ease. The moment he saw her claw glowing, the being moved around swiftly and dodged her claw the moment she tried to ignite it on fire. Shiro moved behind the two once again as Shinzo managed to use his own air to best Shiro's stream of wind. Once behind them, the being screeched at them, emitting high-tuned pitches, surely to damage both of their ears and deafen them. Skill: Predatory Roar(Dragon) Rank: B Shiro releases a highly advanced wave of sound, aimed to harm both normal and supersensory hearing. This will deafen those with ears for three posts. Rank: A Stats: 9/10

Shinzo somehow managed to fire off an equal blast of wind but the creature was able to get behind him and the cat. The mass of air shifted in the creature and a deafening sound emmitted in the air, forcing Shinzo to block his ears and cry in pain. "Damn this thing is annoying" he managed to say. "We need to find a weakness quickly, otherwise we are dead" he thought to himself. "Percita notice any kind of weakness, we can't let it deal too much damage or we are as good as dead!" he yelled. He un-sheathed his blade and quickly glanced down at it. He now had a sword he could use his abilities with, but the question was if they would have any effect on the creature. He shrugged the thought off and charged forward. He pointed the blade at the being, trying to ignore the sounds it was making, he had to land a hit now. The blade began to light up as Shinzo activated his holy light ability. He drove the blade upward and into the beast, he wanted to see if the light would burn shiro just like any other evil creature.
