Glancing back over at Shira, Abel seemed to understand where she was coming from. At one point in time he was a troublemaker and never followed the order of his teachers and such, but he grew out of that, once he found his place. "Does this have to do with your partner?" he asked.

Despite his background as an assassin/mercenary, there were times where Abel wasn't so good at reading the atmosphere within an area. Like right now, when it is obvious that Shira did not wish to speak about Atticus, but Abel just couldn't see it. "I see, well, from what my acquaintance tells me, your partner was one of the reasons why you have this mansion." he told her. "I believe that he wished to surprise you with it, as well as a special gift. Though I do not know where he has placed it. Either way, I was told that he had planned on giving it to you, the moment he returned to Death City, but I guess that he couldn't find the time."

Hearing Shira and seeing how melancholy her demeanor had become, Abel would finally understand how powerful his words were. "Ah, it seems like I said too much." he stated. "I apologize for bringing up the subject. I didn't mean to make you upset." Standing up, Abel walked over towards Shira, "Perhaps we should go and pay our respects to him and let you spend time alone." Abel didn't know whether or not Atticus had some sort of grave or anything for them to actually go and visit. Right now, he could tell that Shira needed to find closure or at least bid him a proper farewell.

Abel watched as Shira got up from the table and headed towards the stairs. He wanted to say something, but figured that it would be best if her gave her, her space and let her do whatever it is that she needed to do. Taking the plate, Abel placed it into the sink, but not before preserving the sandwich in a container and putting it in the refrigerator. "Lady Shira, take as much time as you need. We can handle all the other things, tomorrow. For now, take this time to rest yourself or whatever it is that you wish to do."

While Shira was in her room, Abel could be seen standing at the bottom of the stairs, staring up towards the second floor. He had been wondering about how he could help her out. If there was something he could do to help ease her pain. Sighing, Abel turned away as he couldn't think of anything. "At times like this, it is disadvantageous to be an assassin." he commented before walking towards the door. "I guess that it just can't be helped. I'm going to have to call him" he muttered.

As he stood by the door, Abel took out a rather mysterious looking pen and began writing what appeared to be runes, on the door. Once he was done, Abel placed his left hand on the runes and began reciting something. "Oh creature masked in light, covered in blood and despised by death, I summon thee. Appear before your humble servant." Once he finished speaking, the barrier that surrounded Death Mansion, flickered for a second and at the same time, a black portal was seen forming by the door. Emerging from the portal, would be an unknown figure. "Pardon me for summoning you, but I believe that it is time for you to tell her the truth or at least let her take out her anger on you." Abel stated as he gazed at the figure. Replying with only a sigh, the figure would look up the stairs and smile. "I guess having a little heart to heart, won't hurt." he stated as he let out a small laugh and made his way up the stairs. Watching the figure head up the stairs, Abel would simply nod, "Thank you, Lord Despair." With his identity now revealed, Despair would call out to Shira, from the bottom of the stairs. "Honey, I'm, home!!!!!!!" he would shout.

"I was summoned here, because Abel felt that you needed someone to take your anger and frustration out on. That makes sense, since I was the one that took your precious Atticus from you."
