Turpis almost shuddered when it became apparent that he had been the center of attention. While his fighting style certainly drew attention to himself, he was not accustomed to such observation off of an active battlefield. He grew nervous as his comrades approached, yet externally steeled himself for the interaction with such esteemed members of his community. After the three had assembled before him, the Mizukage cleared his throat.
His voice was a rasped whisper, like the sound of a snake as it slithered amongst the brush. Still, if one listened close enough, a faint flutter could be distinguished in his vocal tone. "It brings great honor to the village for ninja such as yourself to hold such power. As your Mizukage I encourage you to continue your training." His head turned to directly face Sin. "As for you, watch that lightening. Those koi are hard to come by."

The Mizukage observed the electrifying exchange with a glimmer in his eyes. It was always a learning experience to see such skilled ninja in combat. Truly it was a symphony of friendship and murderous intent. Such a metaphorical tune was music to his ears, and quite the show for his eyes. Turpis was openly amused by the match. As openly as one who was clothed head to toe in white garb, save the splash of color upon his hat, could be.
Turpis was highly guarded when it came to his appearance, and made a point of obscuring his features even from the majority of his villagers. The only feature that all could see were his eyes, that bore black sclera and an emerald green iris. With such heavy clothing as his garb, it was a stroke of luck that he resided in water country which was known for neither heat nor humidity. In truth, he was quite comfortable.
It was in this comfort that he continued to observe the battle between two highly capable ninja.

"Haha~" Katsu laughed in mock of how Sin got told off. He felt a bit bored, still, though the spar had gotten his hopes for the future up. Perhaps soon he could join in on a real battle, though such chances did not come often in these times of peace.
"Oh, I also hear the 7 Swords are on a sort of vacation period. When the operation is on again, I'd like to be considered." Katsu was always aiming for the 7 Swords of the Mist. In fact, in his childhood, it was all he could think of becoming. Of course, he was formidable without such titles or weapons, but just having them helped him solidify his position as "Strongest", both in the world and his own mind.
Sin "Sinister"Uchiha The mist's Sage of Lightning Jounin
You are the Sin...
Sin nodded in agreement to his statement of the mist 7, ignoring his laugh about the Koi. "I too would like to be considered, besides one the swords would be perfect for my abilities." He and Katsu have both always been interested in the group. But there are a few of the current higher level ninja capable of being in the mist 7. And now was the time to show the world what the mist's power really is.
Armand gave a small little hop and a smile. "We discussing Mist 7 candidates, huh? I'd be good for the spot. I think it sounds fun." He started walking towards the group, doing little and quick spins as he moved, his loose clothing billowing around him. "Either something big or something quick. You'll find I'm rather hard to hit." At this point he was kind of rambling on.
Things were starting to dwindle and get a little dull as of late. "Anything fun coming our way?"
Oh, no he didn't. "...Are you calling me a corrupt swordsman?" Katsu said, annoyed, mostly at three things. First, it also pissed him off that this eyepatch could talk smack about the past generations. Sure, they were criminal scum, but they were also the strongest of the Mist and legends to practitioners of the sword all over the world. Second, the patch wanted a duel. A duel to see who the strongest swordsman was, maybe? That was the final and second straw.
"Oi, Blindside. I'll have you know, I am the strongest swordsman in the world. I am also part of the Mist's Fan Club, a Golden Member, I might add!" Katsu ranted, pointing his finger into Sanjay's good eye. Only eye. "Also, one more thing. Those blades belong to the strongest, not the Mist. The Mist can only hold them so long as the Mist holds the strongest. And, given how I'm here, it does. But, please, I dare you, prove me wrong."
Katsu wasn't fully recovered, stamina wise, from the last fight, but he had enough to be on even footing with this wannabe swordsman.
Armand cocked an eyebrow and his smile faltered for a second. It was a little annoying to see such a white-knight point of view about the Mist 7 blades, but there was a slight amount of truth in it. He responded to the little conflict by doing a perfect cartwheel to end up in between the two. "You've made your points that you're both equally brooding badasses, we get it~"
He was hoping the Mizukage would say something soon. Armand only through his name into the hat since the subject came up. In truth, the Mist 7 blades were getting pretty...dated. Something more powerful would be created eventually, and then even more eventually, something more powerful than those. It was a constant cycle. However, he simply saw having the ability to use one of the unique blades as something entertaining. "Let's save it for the other guys, right?~" ╚═══════XX♦XX═══════╝
Ambitious. Turpis enjoyed ambition in his villagers. It implied that they wanted better for themselves, and hopefully for those around them. Beneath the fabrics that shrouded his visage, Turpis smiled. Of course for those that he was smiling before, it was merely a rising of the cheeks and a brightening within his eldritch eyes.
"Those blades are legendary, but as our comrade so intelligently stated their wielders were oft to defect from the village." He raised a hand, bringing attention to the bandages that covered the entirety of his flesh, and began to stroke at his chin in thought. "On the other hand, finding all seven of the swords would bring our village much attention. The other villages would be intimidated if we reinstated the Mist 7." His mind immediately turned to the blades, remembering stories in his history books of past usage the blades experienced.
"I will think on that matter. For now though, let us keep our eyes on the present. " His eyes shifted as he looked upon the genin in the background, giving silent praise to the children for training. "We have matters that require our immediate attention. Meet me in the Mizukage's office when you finish here. We will discuss those matters then."
With a tip of his hat Turpis departed from the training grounds. [exit]

"Proclaiming your the best swordsmen without defeating any of us is rather ludicrous nation. I too owe my life to the mist and it would bring me nothing, but great joy to see a united Seven." Sanjay rebutted. "Plus a master swordsmen is in control of his emotions, and does not simply blurt out nonsense about being amazing." He mocked the warrior who was blinded by pride. "Plus the Uchiha and the Chiru look very promising." He calmly acknowledged the other two shinobi.
"If your really that good, then talk to me with your blade." Sanjay shoot his final arrow dead into the eye of the enemy. His sharp words were those of a true warriors challenge. Sanjay turned around and simply began to walk away having made his point. He knew what he had done. He had started a war. His mind empty of all thoughts he awaited for the response.
Sin "Sinister"Uchiha The mist's Sage of Lightning Jounin
You are the Sin...
Sin sighed covering his face. "Thats enough you two, we are all highly skilled. We are brothers in arms so lets act like it. Besides you heard Lord Mizukage we have more important things to pay attention to. Lets Go." He said then walking off leading the group of bloodthirsty mist shinobi to meet with the Mizukage.
Armand sighed when their apparent bickering wasn't stopping. "I'll leave you to it. It's getting boring here, so I hope the Mizukage can give us something to do." With a little spin in his step, he caught up to Sin and kept moving with him, giving a wave behind them. "Bye~ Don't kill each other too much~"
The whole conversation got him thinking of the Mist 7, but not really obsessing over it. More like minute details. He'd start muttering to himself, but somewhat addressing Jedi with questions along the way such as: "You think they'll make us file our teeth into points?"

With a sigh of disappointment Sanjay turned around, "I guess blowing off the Mizukage isn't such a bright idea, but on the other hand I would enjoy fighting someone." He questioned himself. Seeing the answer was rather obvious he decided to meet the Mizukage for the sake of not clashing blades with an ally. "Don't take it personally, but I fully intend to fight you the next time we are free." He finished as he leaped into a treeline. "I think I found myself a rival." He said under his breath as he left towards the Mizukage's palace.
Son of a-- Katsu sucked it in. He wanted to cut this punk so much, yet he held in his bloodlust for the few moments he needed. "Ha~ N'kay, I'm good," he muttered, following the rest.
'Hmm...it would seem that I got here first...' Mayumi thought to herself. She made 6 clones and had them sit in a patterned circle on the ground and wait in a meditative position, their bows touching tips on the ground in front of them all. She herself found a nice secluded spot in the trees to sit at and drew her bow, clear view of the grouping from her position. She sat there in silence, hidden and waiting.
