"I promise you that I will run this club the same way my father, uncle and all other Bloodsoul's before me did. The fore founder, the first Bloodsoul's main goal is to make the Dominant and Submissive relationship a part of society. If one Dominant sets a bad example, it reflects back on us and why we didn't stop it. All Etiquettes are found in this book, Book of Protocols."

He held the volume up. "If you believe you have violated one or more of these codes, step foreword and come clean or leave immediately. It is the Dominants way how we seek pleasure by getting pleasure from our Submissive. And the Submissives way how they get pleasure from their Dominants. Extreme violence is not the key. So please do it tomorrow."

Marlo let silence fill the room as his words sank deep. "Now, I didn't mean to turn a celebration into a lecture but I had to state the truth and the goal handed down to us." He thought a bit. "Let us carry on with the celebration."

Marlo looked at the Secretary. "Now, if you can gather everybody who has been with Pitch or seen anything he has done wrong to come talk tomorrow. It will be a secret meeting. A lowlife person like that doesn't even belong in the club and if he had become President, he would have ripped all the hard work and the years it took to get our society to accept this type of relationship even just a little bit, apart."

He quickly located the Treasurer who was madly calculating the cost of the party. "You Sir. Is there enough in the vault to install security cameras and devices?"

"Then, Roger, locate their last known location and see if they are willing to testify against Pitch, to put an end to his antics. All that waits the jerk is a punishment he has never seen and I am sure they would love to seek revenge." He couldn't help but smile at the last word, yes that surely would be a sight to see.

"Sir, do not doubt a Bloodsoul, we have connections that are unbelievable and make your head spin." Marlo took out his Gram and punched in a few things then looked up at him. "I have covered the cost by replacing what the amount would be to install. Go ahead and check the Vault. Head over to the Blood and Soul Corporation, tell them that I sent you and you will need to speak to the head of the Stealth Branch. Again, mention my name to him and he will get it done, he too use to be in the club. Keeping this club that contains all information about each and every single member, from its founding till now, secure to avoid destruction is vital."

Marlo's ruby eyes closed for a while, thinking carefully. "It will be best to maintain mandatory meetings and updates about etiquette for both parties. Send out notice that there will be a Mandatory Submissive Meeting the day after the Dominants. Anybody who fails to come will get a mark on both their Submissive and Dominants name. Taiyou."

"Yes sir."

"Yes, the sooner the better. Also, I had talked with the man about probable extensive security measures before I left the country. Tell him I am requesting Silence Breaker, he has been working on that for years and I helped him along, so it should be done with both the testing and beta phases. I compliment his works thoroughly."

"Taiyou. As with every Bloodsoul, I want someone to document every meeting so it can go on record. Assign someone to be the Memorial."

"Yes Sir."

He returned to Roger. "I can keep a secret, I have been keeping it internally for years when I was studying abroad." He crossed his arms to think deeply. "I will have to wait till Kail announces that he rejects his Dominant and dissolves the contract. From there he can freely select a new Dominant and if they agree, then its a signed deal. There are even deeper codes in the book from what my Father and Uncle have told me that can actually destroy a contract till the point nothing is left. But it plays on emotions and how bad the relationship is."

"If Pitch doesn't want a mark on his name after he shows up for his meeting, then he will have to let Kail come. I believe he has taken Kails Gram away from him, silencing him talking to those outside. He will try to be cautious and sneak around but if the proper pressure is applied, he will cave and then it is there he can be judged. It will take a month or so by my estimate. Cowards like that are meant to live with live stock."

"If Kail only keep's to the story that I am his childhood friend and keeps insisting that I am. Then that should cover everything till either one or both snap from the pressure. Kail....he will soon speak out against Pitch and when he does, Pitch is going to hurt him so bad that Kail will come running to me. Its only logical since you go to your friends for help." Marlo could feel the leather binding of the book burn into his hand, making the fingers itch to read it. "I of course will have to stand my ground and keep nerves of steel cause in reality, I can only predict multiple outcomes but the time it takes is always on queue to say the least."

"Also, during the first meeting, get one of your submissives to deliver a message to him about holding his silence. With Pitch occupied, it will make it easier to communicate with Kail. I have taken residency up at the Owners Manor on campus, this school is after all, owned by the Bloodsoul line and it will make it simpler for you to get in contact with me there." Marlo pulled out his Gram and hit a button. "Here is my number, I will be taking my leave, the book feels like its burning my hand off if I don't read it soon." He chuckled at the last bit.

"'Till tomorrow, take care of your Submissive and your Dominant." He said the Presidents parting and left the club room.

Marlo had spent the night reading through the book and setting up a power point for the meeting the day after. He was tired but it was nothing he could handle with a stoic face and a couple of charming smiles. He entered the club room that has a sign on it saying that there was a board meeting going on. "Cleaver, Roger." He commented while he nodded towards the door.

He turned his attention to the crowd, passing a non-judging eye over each. This is the most extensive and he could tell which was the first because they had so few scars or were covered.

"I am Marlo Bloodsoul, President of the club. If I had known what was going on, I would have returned from my studying outside of the country to take my role sooner. I want to stop this person and remove him for good. Now I won't force you to go into all of the gritty, nasty details but there is a submissive that is my best friend and he too will end up like you. Please take your time, do not rush, and you can save a life."

He went to go sit in his office and called for the first submissive to interview. It was a painstakingly slow process of each interview, followed by documentation and pictures of each scar and the location on the body.

"I thank you for your cooperation, we will call you when its time to give him a trial but we need to stop him first. If you want to come back to the club once this is all done and over with, you can. Your free will to come and give your testimony is a step closer to stopping Pitch." He watched them leave with a little confidence restored to their person.

"Now then, to the actual board meeting." Marlo drank a sports water, nearly chugging the whole thing down in the attempt to parch his thirst. He sat at a table with the head club members gathering around. "Everything we have heard and seen today will be under lock and key. I will store them away safely at the Owners Residence since it is a no-no zone for students with the exception of you all."

He turned to the Treasurer. "Guessing by your face, you were impressed by the Stealth Branch." He smiled charmingly then addressed the group in entirety. "Silence Breaker is a many year long developed security plan. I had a hand in pointing out the flaws and making out suggestions. It is the most stealth security to date. It uses lasers to read the information on this bracelet."

Marlo set the bracelet in the center of the table. "It is a ordinary bracelet, it can fool any one into thinking that it isn't made for security, a smart guy for one can look all they want but they are not going to find any thing. There will be a web of lasers crossing all the door's and all the windows. The three doors that will have additional security will be our offices. A specialty blast door will be installed and before locking up, will be slid closed before actually shutting our real doors. A deterrent to discourage stealing the information. It will be also be unlocked by the code in our bracelets."

Marlo pulled his Gram out. "It is linked with that person's Gram. Synced so if the person isn't near their Gram, we can locate them. All Dominants and Submissives will be required to wear one. A trick to say that- "is to show you are a member and we want people to know about it and join." As soon as Kail gets his and goes back to Pitch, his Gram will sink automatically. So, be ready to pull a early morning to put a name to each bracelet so that its personalized and a conversation starter." Marlo smiled. "I have been waiting to activate mine." He pulled the bracelet on and tucked his Gram away.

"I believe that the man will be coming tonight and he cares for this club highly, his team are his submissives. Very dedicated to protecting the founders wishes."

"Maybe tonight when they install." He suggested.


All talk hushed when a knock the door alerted them. Marlo looked up when he heard Kails's voice and using his nerves of steel, he remained in his chair. "Is there a problem, Kail?" He questioned, keeping his eyes in understand mode.

"Then come in and speak your mind." Marlo stood and went to his office to sit, moving the stack of testimonies into a drawer. He handed a cup of water to Kail when he sat. "Because I became leader, going over balances and budgets then other matters. We were excused from class. I see that you are on your free period." He smiled charmingly. "Alright, what is it that you want to talk about?"
