Bad was gaining early momentum, and he was feeling great with this crowd behind him. He would go for a single chop to the chest of Shanahan, before attempting an irish whip towards the other side of the ring.

A loud "Oooh!" echoed through the arena following the loud smack against Matt's chest, leaving a slight red tint to the scarred and inked torso of the Champion. In a matter of seconds, The Storm was sent sprinting across the ring! He rebounded against the ropes and went hurtling towards Bad Boy at full speed!

Bad crouched before looking to use the forward momentum of his whip to shoot himself up off the mat and attempt a Leg Lariat to the face of Matt when he comes back.

The Storm was coming in hot towards Bad Boy, and boy, was he ready. The foot flawlessly connected with Matt's chin, knocking him right off his feet and sending the Legacy Champion down to the mat! Where was Shanahan's defense?!

Bad hit the mat on his chest, but it was only a low landing because of his jump. He pushed himself up, looking at Matt. Reacting quickly to getting the big man down, Bad went to run and bounce off the ropes, coming back for a Snap Leg Drop.

Not since Wrestlemania had a crowd been as pumped to see Shanahan get his a** kicked, and Bad Boy was doing a better job than anyone had in the past year already. The Leg Drop landed without a single notion that Matt was ready to dodge it. His body convulsed with pain after the blow, and he quickly found himself grabbing his head to tend to the amount of damage it was getting! The Storm was not in his element!

Bad went to see how far his speedy offense has gotten him, and went to push Matt down to his back, and went to pin him putting the weight on his shoulders, not hooking the leg.

The referee collapsed to the mat and checked The Storm's shoulders, just to be sure that the veteran was already in this situation!

Before the two count could hold true, Matt's arm shot upward, cutting off the near fall!

Bad looked at the ref, really he wasn't gonna complain because it was so early in the match. He started to walk around the ring, waiting for The Storm to stand back up, trying to make sure he was behind him when he is up.

Despite the quick kick-out, The Storm's recovering was anything but that. He seemed to struggle in his attempt to sit up and kept one hand on his forehead at all times. Even as he got up to his feet, his motions were staggered and he nearly went fumbling into the ropes to keep himself up.

Bad smirked as Matt found himself going towards the ropes "Perfect" he said to himself before running towards him. Looking to grab the back of his neck and jump over the ropes, he would try to pull his neck across the ropes and drop down to the floor catching The Storm with a Guillotine.

The Storm's state was in question by not only the crowd at this point, but also the referee. The official began to step towards the champion to ask if was okay... until Bad Boy came running by and leaped over the ropes with Matt's head in tow! Shanahan's neck collided with the rope, cutting off his air supply quite abruptly! Both hands shot to Matt's neck as he bounced back from the attack, stumbling towards the center of the ring until he finally fell onto the mat!

Bad slapped the apron a couple of times when he saw Shanahan drop to the mat, turning to the crowd yelling "COME ON, LET'S GO!" He turned back as the crowd was cheering louder, and pulled himself to the apron. He waited there, staying ready for his next move for when Shanahan was back up.

Matt laid on the mat for a few moments, trying his best to breathe after the rough collision with the top-rope. After managing to take in a gasp of air, The Storm slowly began to rise to his feet once more, facing Bad Boy's direction as he did.

Once Matt got up, Bad jumped up to the top rope and looked to land a Springboard Missile Dropkick to The Storm!
