Lieutenant Chi Kiyoshi
 Chi watched as Shizuko moved towards another of the devices but she was too late to destroy another as a large square barrier suddenly got erected around the four of them as well as reverting everyone's zanpakuto to their sealed state, Chi had managed to get the last device operational however he did not not have time to dodge Noire's Bakudo which pined him to the ground however lucky for Chi after about a minute or two the spell would likely be lifted due to the device it was not time for him to announce what happened.
"Heheheheh How do you like it Noire and Shizuko the brilliance of the twelfth division second generation captain?" Chi asked he had begun laughing with his hair covering both his eye's and glasses as he continued to laugh to himself. "this is the last thing the twelfth division captain was working on before he was killed by you Noire a device which will stop you from leaving the soul society alive a device that stops one from using Reiryoku in any way such as Hoho, using your Zanpakuto ability as well as use I don't know.... Kido for example" Chi said and put emphasis on Kido something chi knew was vital to any member former or current of the sixth division. "And don't bother trying to escape there is no way for you to do so unless your able to survive for the next thirty no twenty minutes seeing as Shizuko managed to destroy one of the device boxes, so now lets see how you fare with just Zanjustsu and Hakudo you traitors!" Chi said and burst into an uncontrollable fit of laughter. "Hahahaha Kill them Captain Mana I'll join you soon once I am free" Chi said, his hidden personalty was beginning to show now which was usually hidden beneath his kind exterior something that was not a pretty sight.

  It seemed the one who underestimated the other was not Mana but Noire as he made no indication of fighting with full force, his refusing to activate bankai or his hollow powers cost him dearly in the next few moments. A satisfying feeling came over Mana as he watched his spikes stab and impale the former captain, the first blow had been struck but it seemed this finally cemented the dire situation Noire was facing and caused him to act. A level ninety kido was no simple matter even Mana knew this, to hear the attack being sent without an incantation gave him little time to prepare. As the five spheres of reiryoku came for him he used his separated tails to deflect five of the ten however the five remaining were right on target and clashed with Mana's physical body. The resulting damage was immense, the explosions eradicating his captain's haori leaving the mountain of a man shirtless and heavily injured, his chest was black in some parts and his body was smoking. Most of the damage seemed to have taken hold of his left leg making his movements a little less than ideal as well. It was in these moments that the twelfth division pulled through and all use of reiryoku was abolished, the vibrations around his body halted and his blade reverted to its standard look. Hearing the lieutenants words Mana knew he held the upper hand, he was possibly the strongest in hand to hand combat in all of soul society and his zanjutsu was extremely high as well, he easily trumped the two kido masters who wouldn't even have hoho to rely on. "Your kido wasn't enough to save you Noire Mistalune... you're no match for me now, not like this and I will take pleasure in ending you" the tenth division captain growled arrogantly, despite his injuries he seemed more pumped up about the circumstances than anything, with a slightly slower step from his left leg he quickly closed the gap between himself and the ex-captain unsheathing his blade as he ran. As he came face to face with his opponent he sent an overhead slash with one arm that carried the strength of the mountain-like man with it, as this slash came crashing down he used his free right hand to swing his sheath-- a custom sheath hardened for the use of battle -- crashing into the right side of Noire's torso where his wound from moments ago still bled hoping to maximize pain.

 『Shizuko Yukimori』 Eyes widening at Lieutenant Kiyoshi's declaration that Kido, among other Reiryoku-based skills, was negated within the confines of the 12th Division's device, Shizuko attempted to test this herself by Shunpo'ing, but was unable to.
Now concerned, she glanced over to where the fight between Noire and Captain Mana was taking place. Noticing that Noire was bleeding, combined with the knowledge that Kido was disabled and Captain Mana was a top-notch fighter, both with Zanjutsu and Hakuda, Shizuko made the decision that assisting Noire was more important than finishing off Lieutenant Kiyoshi.
Charging at Mana, Shizuko held her now-sealed Zanpakuto in a two-handed grip, intent on thrusting it through his back, hopefully severing his spinal cord.
Though Shizuko was utterly unskilled at Zanjutsu, even she would be hard-pressed to mess up a simple stab. If this failed, though, she would be forced to discard her blade and fight hand-to-hand against Captain Mana.

Theme: Assault on the PenitentiaryxxxxxNoire watched as the 12th Division Lieutenant seemed to laugh at his victory. He closed his eyes and blinked. I don't believe he really took my kidō. No, there's no way. As Mana came dashing towards him, with Noire's free, now covered in blood hand and attempted to state an incantation: "Carriage of thunder, bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six! Bakudō no. 61 Rikujōkōrō!" From his palm however, no light moved. He felt nothing. No reiryoku. What? No. No... His zanpakutō slipped out of his hand as he watched Mana close the distance between them. The shock had got to him. As Mana's blade ripped through Noire's wounded shoulder, all he could mutter to say was, <********> The impact of the sheath against his wounded lower torso caused him to cry out in pain. His body now hunched over with a blade deeply penetrated through his shoulder and the sheath connected to his side. He coughed up more blood, spattering it on Mana. xxxxxGripping his hand on the blade which was roughly two feet in length. With a lifeless expression, Noire under his adrenaline pulled the blade back out slowly. Mana's blade now completely dripping in his blood. A cold and cruel smile formed on Noire's face. "You think you've won, don't you? You're... you... You are nothing... Nothing to the likes of me." Smiling, with a sick laugh, he licked the blood from his lips. Kicking off his front foot, he slid himself back a few feet and grabbed his katana, taking it in both of his hands. Knowing his life was at stake and that he had no access to his reiryoku, something dakr had come out from within him. His arrogance and his pride overcame his rationality and reason. "I don't need... kidō. I don't... need... Jigokuhime... to beat the likes... of you. You cowardly... cowardly son of a b***h... You aren't even worthy... You aren't even worthy of my blade." Turning towards the pinned Lieutenant, Noire hurled his zanpakutō towards him. He hoped it would impale the Lieutenant and keep him out of the remainder of the battle. Noire felt light and yet heavy and very cold. This fight would be one he never forgot if he did live. He saw Shizuko coming for Mana from behind and he yelled, "No, damn you... Get away from him... This b*****d... he's mine. I'm going to kill him. I'm going to... wipe that disgusting smirk... that ******** smirk of victory off his face." Noire knew he needed her help, but his pride was hurt right now. His pride as as the Sovereign. As a former Shinigami. As a man."...Bow down and recognize your King!"

Lieutenant Chi Kiyoshi
 Chi struggled trying to free himself from the bindings though thanks to the barrier it had weaken them allowing Chi to escape however he hadn't seen Noire's Zanpakuto flying towards him which grazed his shoulder causing some pained to the lieutenancy though he was quick to response to it unwrapping the bandage around his neck and re wrapping it around the wound tightly it seem captain Noire was losing it apparently cutting off his access to kido and other attacks really hit a nerve Chi thought to himself and smirked as he bent down and picked up his zanpakuto.
Chi was just getting ready to to attack Noire when he saw Shizuko going for captain Mana he smirked though he was in a panic he no the Gotei would lose a valuable asset if Mana was to die though Chi knew he might be able to strike Shizuko if he was fast enough after her attack the he might be able to strike her though it would really depend on how fast his feet could take.
Chi began running towards Shizuko who was now attempting to kill Mana he held his zanpakuto in his left hand luckily his right arm had been the one injured as opposed to his left the one he normally used, Chi Inched closer and closer to Shizuko and called out to her "Hey Shizuko I wonder what would happen if I were to cut you up and then stitch you back together don't you?" Chi said when she was in range he took a swing a at her hoping he could interfere with her attack on mana or at least injure her if she did get a hit on mana he also sent Noire a twisted grin as if to taunt him about losing the ability to use Kido.

The result of his attack was more than what he thought he might accomplish against a fellow shinigami around his age, for Noire to have put up no defenses, to be so arrogant as to believe his kido could not be stopped, it was sad to watch him. His sword embedded itself in the opponents shoulder, his sheath meeting the wounded side with a crack, he had momentarily stunned Noire and caused him to back off. Believing his opponent was done underestimating him and ready to attack in a more serious manner he put his guard up. However it seemed Mana had believed too much in his enemies strength as he cast his sword aside attempting to slay the twelfth division lieutenant and failing. The moment Noire lost his blade he was no longer perceived as a threat by Mana, and it was at this time he realized the stealthy approach of the sixth seat as well. "Is this what you abandon us for Shizuko? An arrogant fool like this, he probably had you believing he would bring the entire foundation of the gotei thirteen down.. but in reality he cant even slay a single captain when it comes down to it..." he wasn't sure why he was trying to shake the faith of the sixth seat, she had already defected and if she lived through this she'd be locked away for a thousand years under his surveillance, he supposed he just liked to speak of Noire's weaknesses. His sword clashed with hers, his single hand on the blade being enough to stop her two handed strike as his free hand used the same type of trick he had on Noire, the sheath of his blade swung for Shizuko's right leg hoping to damage it severely as he cast his full strength into the blow. The title of the Rumbling Mountain he had been given was not for show, the tenth division captain was easily six foot two if not taller and he weighed a good two hundred and twenty pounds, almost all muscle. The only reason he didn't belong in the eleventh division was due to his outlook on combat and his pacifistic nature, even now fighting for his life against two powerful shinigami he was using a blunt sheath instead of a deadly blade in hopes of incapacitating and capturing them instead of slaughtering them. He truly was the type to value human lives, the only cases he killed others were when they had killed another first, slay one to save many was a principle he believed in. "Lieutenant Kiyoshi, as one of the eldest in soul society I trust you can keep Sixth Seat Yukimori busy while I finish off the pest that is Noire Mistalune.. I'd like no interference, I owe him a great deal of pain to pay back the lives of my subordinates..." he stayed blade to blade with Shizuko as he spoke to Chi, hoping that the twelfth division despite his strengths laying elsewhere may be able to hold off the ex-assassin long enough for Mana to cripple the ringleader of this operation. He had a few loose ends to clean up, Noire, Shizuko, the powerful stranger that he had brought along with him, he could feel Soudaikumo, his lieutenant Krin's zanpakuto in the area and he was not about to let another one of his family members perish, even if he believed wholeheartedly in his lazy lieutenant he needed to be sure the threats were neutralized.

『Shizuko Yukimori』 Shizuko faltered when Noire told her to not engage Captain Mana, and was further distracted by Lieutenant Kiyoshi, so she was disappointed but not surprised when Mana was able to easily block her strike with one hand.
As he kept her blade locked in place with his and swung the sheathe towards her leg in an attempt to cripple her, Shizuko relinquished control of her Zanpakuto, letting go of teh hilt with both hands, and quickly turning to the side, allowing the strike to hit her in the back of the knee instead of the side, allowing her to better roll with the blow, negating most of the damage.
Allowing herself to fall over backwards, Shizuko curled her body into as small as space as possible while planting her palms on the ground behind her head. In one fluid motion, she exploded upwards, pushing off with her hands while simultaneously kicking with both feet aimed squarely at Mana's chin.
Regardless of whether her kick would land or not, the force would carry her into the air, where she continue the motion to it's completion, landing several meters away from the group as she prepared to engage Chi.
Facing her opponent, spoke with a deapan. "I would imagine that if you were to take me apart and put me back together again, I would be able to function just as well as I am right now - after all, that is the 12th Division's specialty, is it not?"
Her eyes flicked over to Captain Mana when he questioned her betrayal. "His goals matter not to me, simply his methods, and what I can learn from him."

Raising the boulder upwards Noire brought it down, hoping to smash it against Mana's neck. "Ruuahhh!!" Noire called out, as he used what little strength he had. He might be tall, but the taller they are, the harder they fall down. He had hoped Mana would not have time to react to the attack. And even if he did, Shizuko would now be given a decent opening. This was no longer a fight that was personal. Noire just wanted to end this guy, so he could get the Vizards and get out. Readying himself, so that he was in a limber stance, should this boulder sneak attack fail, Noire was going to dive on Mana and try to tackle him down. xxxxxHe felt the pain from all over his body, but using his willpower ignored it. At this moment, he needed to get Mana distracted so he could retrieve his zanpakutō. It was stupid of me to toss it away. But, at least it stalled that stupid Lieutenant. Noire was hoping Shizuko could come up with some stellar attack to follow up her kicks. Otherwise, Mana would easily turn on Noire and lay into him some devastating physical damage. If Mana focused on Shizuko however, this boulder was going to hurt him. At least cause a momentary stunning effect."...Bow down and recognize your King!"

Chi glanced over at captain Mana as he asked to fight Noire alone truthfully Chi wished he could slice Noire up as revenge for what the man had taken from him the very man he looked up so much his captain and the one who raised him the female lieutenant, and currently Chi was wearing both the deceased captain haori and the deceased lieutenant's badge instead of his own. "Captain Mana I would like to kill him myself but I must act as your shield from shizuko so I will now make a request to you, one thousand years ago the twelfth division committed a grave sin when we created this monster of a man and as you know both my captain and lieutenant were killed that day by this man who I felt sympathy for at one point but no longer do I feel that sympathy for him after I saw what kind of man he truly is, he also killed three of my men as well as two of yours, so I ask you now please act as the sword of the twelfth division and strike him down while I act as the shield and protect you from shizuko even if it costs me my life help me absolve the twelfth of its sins please I beg of you!" Chi shouted to the tenth division his request as tears streamed down his eye's something he had held in for over a thousand years.
Chi watched Shizuko he held his zanpakuto and pointed it at her he wanted to rip her apart and then sew her back together then slash her up again until she could no longer feel anything but pain. "Shizuko you betray the gotei thirteen now you shall feel it's pride and its power I will strike you down and show you what a grave mistake you made by betraying us prepare former sixth seat yukimori Shizuko" chi said the tears remained but his face was now twisted as he walked inched closer and closer to the former sixth seat he would enjoy trying to kill her but he decided to act as a gentleman and let her have the first move.

The nimble moves of the sixth seat caught the larger captain off-guard, not that Mana couldn't be as graceful and flexible as she was, he usually incorperated such acts in his fighting. For someone to give up their blade so suddenly and strike out like she had done was reckless and unexpected but it paid off as Mana wasn't able to properly parry or dodge in time. Her feet made contact with his chin and caused him to step back a few paces upon her retreat, it was at this time his blurred vision caught the ex-captain sneaking up on him with a boulder, his wounded leg and dizziness stopped him from avoiding the attack however as he got in range Mana grappled the man by his throat. The rock crashed against his skull causing his grip on Noire's neck to tighten as he fell on one knee, blood sputtered from his mouth and his head hung low for a moment. As he slowly raised his gaze to that of the vizard he was grinning maliciously as he was able to find his footing and rise up with his opponent in hand. He was heavily injured, between the burns on his chest, and the more severe ones nearly crippling his leg, along with the head wounds he had suffered. Still he rose, he was truly a behemoth in all respects, and in this case he was a very, very angry one as well. "Now.. it's... my turn!" he stumbled through his words however something had changed in his eyes, they seemed darker, more dangerous than they had been before, clearly the earlier attack had triggered something in the colossal captain. Once he finished speaking he released the throat of his enemy only long enough for a fist to come crashing into Noire's face, followed by another, and another, a flurry of fists flying in his direction if he didn't manage to find a way out it would end with a heavy right hook after a few seconds of pummeling. If struck then Noire would likely end up crashing a good ten feet away from the captain, at the end of the assault he took a heavy breath, he was enraged, more furious than he had been before but it was also clear how taxed he was, the blows to his head had done some damage to the already wounded captain, still as his role in the gotei thirteen suggested he could not just stand down.

『Shizuko Yukimori』 Though her attention was for the most part on Lieutenant Kiyoshi, she was still trained as a member of the 2nd Division, which meant keeping a constant watch on all your surroundings. As such, she saw the pounding that Noire was receiving. She was hesitant to assist, as it would leave Chi free to use whatever other tricks he had up his sleeve, but she knew she needed to do something.
As Kiyoshi slowly approached her, she began slowly circling back to where her sword had been flung, and was now sitting on the ground, never turning away from her opponent. Though she wasn't skilled in Zanjutsu, one thing you learned from the 2nd Division was unorthodox integration of your Zanpakuto into your Hakuda skills. In a burst of movement, Shizuko stomped down on her Zanpakuto, catching just the edge of the hilt with her foot, causing the weapon to fling up into the air, spinning wildly.
With perfect timing, Shizuko spun her body, delivering a round-house kick to the hilt of her sword right as it faced her, causing the weapon to rocket point-first towards Captain Mana like a javelin. She spoke quietly to herself, "I hope that will make do, Noire."
Once again focusing the entirety of her attention on her own opponent, she gauged his likely actions, before charging right at him, crouched low in a hope to literally slip under his guard. Her strike was simple - a full force, upwards palm strike delivered directly to his solar plexus, hoping to paralyze her opponent with crippling pain and diaphragm spasms. Just in case, though, she followed it up with her other hand, a punch aimed directly at his armpit, meant to damage the brachial artery, causing nerve damage and internal bleeding.
If anyone has a problem with what she did with her Zanpakuto, I can change it - it seemed to me like something a highly Hakuda-skilled person could do, since it's more of a well-placed kick than a Zanjutsu technique.

Dangling in the air helplessly, punched as though he were nothing but a meat sack. His face felt numb all over. He was losing his sense of feeling. As the right hook landed, it sent Noire even further than expected, 20 feet, into a nearby wall. The impact alone was enough to render Noire unable to move. As he lay on the cold ground, his eyes closed, he felt like giving up. His will to fight was waning, as he saw their chance of victory ever so slim. He recalled hearing Shizuko say something, but he was deafened by the punches and the shock unable to hear what she said. He wanted to just lay there and die. Perhaps it was true. That the 12th Division's contraption and the raw strength of 10th Division's Captain Mana bested him. xxxxxSuddenly in his mind, Noire heard a familiar voice. "Get up." He tried to center in the voice he was hearing, but he couldn't tell where. "You promised me. Now, get up." Promise. Promise... Opening his eyes, as he stood himself up by one knee, he saw Jigokuhime, his zanpakutō. The voice called to him once more. "Fight him. And win." Her voice rejuvenated his inner fire. Wiping blood from his mouth and sweat from his head, he dashed and ran as hard as he could, sliding to grab his zanpakutō. Standing tall, both of his hands on Jigokuhime, he smiled and stated, "I promised her I would come home. I can't die here. Not when the journey has just started!" Then Noire scanned the area of battle, his eyes now focused on both Mana and Chi. Mana would have to deal with a powerful zanpakutō heading straight for him. Seeing this opportunity, Noire with renewed energy, rushed towards Mana jumping into the air and slashing downwards, hoping to catch him off-guard."...Bow down and recognize your King!"

Chi eye's widen as he saw the first hit coming he wouldn't be able to dodge this but he had a small plan to blind Shizuko for a few moments maybe if he was lucky "Good move Shizuko even I did not have time to dodge.... however" as shizuko's first attack hit Chi he was flung backwards and fell on his back but it seemed her second attack would miss him most likely the most dangerous of the two due to him falling backwards though she was very close to hitting his armpit Chi would have to be careful in this fight perhaps the former sixth seat was more then meets the eye.
Just before Chi hit the ground he threw a small grenade like container upwards towards her as he fell, something that was hidden in his sleeve along with a few other things.
Suddenly as the container flew upwards smoke erupted out of it clouding around Shizuko clouding her vision temporarily while Chi managed to get up and get some distance from Shizuko, he had sustained some damage from that last attack but he seemed to have gotten lucky and avoided the full force of the attack however falling on the ground had hurt his injured shoulder quiet badly he would be reduced to only one arm right now his left.

As his onslaught of punches ended with Noire flying across the battlefield and into the wall the monster that was Mana at the moment felt relieved in a moment of rest. However it didn't come, it seemed that his opponent has a renewal of strength and resolve from something, he launched another attack with his zanpakuto once more in his grasp. The captain hadn't even sensed that Shizuko's blade was coming his way as Noire jumped up and attempted to cleave him in half with a downward slash. His zanpakuto and sheath were on the ground at his feet and he didn't have time to reach for them, in a panic he kicked out at Noire with his powerful legs. The kick was with his previously injured foot as he didn't trust it to hold him up if he were to use the other, the crack it made as it connected with the wounded ribcage of the soaring ex-captain was loud and would send him flying once again to the side. In the next moment he felt a sear of pain in three different points on his body, his leg felt as if the kick had crushed it causing him to stumble onto one knee once again and grit his teeth. The second point of pain was his shoulder where Noire's slash had managed to cut into, although not as deep as his earlier slash at the latter's shoulder it was still a terrible wound. The most excruciating pain was coming from his abdomen where Shizuko's blade had gone into his back and straight through poking out the other side of his torso. He didn't hesitate to pull the length of the blade out from his back however it resulted in a coughing fit, most of which was blood that now splattered along the ground in front of him. "Still... so much str..strength, why won't you.... just stay down?" the hulking figure questioned as he stumbled to his feet, using his now retrieved sheath and zanpakuto as a crutch it seemed all the damage he had sustained was beginning to catch up to him. It looked as if his wounded leg was barely usable after all the punishment, although the most devastating wound was his abdomen which was gushing blood, most men wouldn't have been able to stand after such punishment but there was a reason behind Mana outliving so many of his fellow captains, he was a survivor. Still, he wasn't able to move much at this point, there would be no more offense for him, he would have to wait for Noire to come to him from now on, luckily defensive fighting was his forte and even with his wounds he was the better swordsman, he still believed he could win this.

『Shizuko Yukimori』 As the smoke grenade exploded in front of her face, Shizuko fell back, stumbling and cursing. She had got the hit in, but at the cost of a face-full of smoke, which was now causing her vision to swim and her eyes to water. An unintended side-effect, it seemed that the explosion had contained quite a bit of heat, and Shizuko's face was now sporting quite a nasty burn.
Angry at both her own reckless attack, and Lieutenant Kiyoshi's cowardly response, with a yell, she charged again, intent on making use of the time he was spending on the ground. Jumping, she made a stomping attack in tandem with her fall to generate maximum force, aimed directly at where she believed his head was. Unfortunately, her foot was met with nothing but stone, which shattered on impact. She felt a sharp stinging in her ankle, knowing that she had injured it in the attack.
Taking a defensive stance, Shizuko cast her head about, trying to locate Kiyoshi. She did manage to find him, though she was all but blind, and was hesitant about making another attack. "Only the 12th Division would think a smoke bomb could take the place of a proper fighting style." She taunted Chi, hoping to provoke him into making the next attack.
