He said before locking eyes with her, "Wolves are after all, servants to your kind, Miss Raven." He shrugged when she mentioned her father, "Honestly, though, I am bound to take orders, that does not imply that I will respect, or very much care what your father thinks."

Raven smirked at the last thing he said. "I like you a lot already, Aren." she said grinning. "Well why don't we just go walk around for a bit, i'm sure my parents won't mind if i come home a little late. So do you have any places around here where you like to hang out?"((OOC: just wondering what time of day is it...or does it matter, I'm guessing it would be mid evening or right after the sun is setting???))

((OOC: I was thinking just after sunset.)) Aren raised an eyebrow. "I hate to intrude, and it isn't my place to ask but, do you dislike your father?" When he though about the places he was common at, it wasn't a very exciting mix of places. "I spend most of my time either in my apartment, or in the forest. I am sorry, Miss Raven. I highly doubt that my presence will be exciting or interesting to one such as yourself."

"It's not that, it's just we don't see eye to eye when it comes to things." Lately a guy around her age has been coming to the mansion, but she's been able to avoid direct contact with him, by switching into her animal form and watching him from a far. "Oh come on, there's got to be someplace you can take me or i can take you." she said. "Come with me." she said gently taking his hand and leading him away from the bridge. "Why don't we go somewhere and just talk, do you have a favorite spot in the forest we can go and relax?"

He shook his head when she mentioned going to the forest. "When I am in the forest it is because I am with the pack. They would not like me bringing at outsider, even a vampire, into their land." he said before sighing, "Plus, I would rather not see my pack right now. My sisters are the only ones who cared for me much at all anyway. I'm sure we can find some other place to talk or relax." He said, taking only momentary glances at Raven. "And why are you so interested in my life? What was so distasteful about a stranger wanting to end his life?"

Raven frowned slightly as she listened to what he said. "Understandable, and if you must know, i'm not one of those heartless and cruel vampires, i do care about people...or is that a crime?" she asked. "Just a request, but can you shift into a small wolf or something like that???" she asked. She had an idea as to how to get him into the castle easily.

Aren listened quietly than shook his head. "My Hybrid form is actually bigger than I am now. I can try to shift into a wolf form. But I can't promise that it will work. And, its just that most people don't tend to care about total strangers. That was all I meant." He before focusing on shifting his body. It was similar to when he would Hybrid-Shift, but instead only taking aspects of a wolf, he was becoming the wolf.
Just as he felt himself start to shift he lost the concentration and any changed quickly reverted to human. Aren looked to Raven and shook his head. "I don't think I can shift into a full wolf. And if I did.....I don't know if I could change back."

"Hmmm ok." Raven said, before another thought crossed her mind. Without a word, she gently took his hand and in the blink of an eye they were both in her room. "Welcome to my room." she said smiling.

Aren blinked at the sudden change of surroundings. "Teleportation Magic?" He said raising an eyebrow, "If you could do this, why the thoughts of sneaking me in, or asking if I could shift into a wolf form?" he said looking to Raven, "And, now here we are. Essentially trapped.....unless it is common practice for you to sneak strange men into your room."

Raven laughed at Aren's comment. "I'll just let my mom know, I have a friend visiting me for a while. She won't mind." she said. "My father on the other hand..." She sighed and shook her head, before turning back to him and smiling. "Well make yourself comfy, i'm going to let my mom know that i'm going to have a friend over for a few days, be right back." she said walking out of her room and closing the door quietly behind her. She found her mom and told her that she was going to have a friend over for a few days, then she made her way back to her room. She was just lucky that her dad was still out on business since yesterday...or so she thought.
((OOC: Jw, could you play her dad for me??? Oh and the person who she's arranged to marry...that is if you don't mind sweatdrop ))

((Ummm.....I can TRY.....I make no promises......)) "Raven?" Said her father, stepping into her path as she was heading back to her room, "What was that I heard you saying to your mother? You have a friend over?" He said narrowing his eyes, "I hope its not a boy. You know that I don't approve of you having boys over." he said crossing his arms awaiting an answer.

Raven just sighed and rolled her eyes slightly. "Yes I have a friend over." she said before adding. "If you don't like me having boys over then who's this guy that keeps coming here every so often wanting to talk to me???" she asked her father leaning against the wall and looking up at him.
((Oh and that guy she's talking about is the one her father has arranged her to marry since they were young. He's from another rather powerful vampire clan))

"What are you talking about, my future husband??? Don't you think this is something we could've talked about or something???" Raven glared at her father. The more she thought about that guy's face, the more she realized who this guy was. Like her, he was the oldest sibling of his family. Unfortunately he wasn't exactly the nicest vampire and how the two families even came to this little arrangement was beyond her. "I'm not marrying this guy." she said firmly crossing her arms and walking past her father.
She only hoped that Aren was fine and comfy in her room.

"You left me with no choice! And he is the son of a very wealthy, very well connected family! Argue against it all you want, young lady, you will marry him and that is final!" Her father snapped before storming to his office. Aren, with his sensitive hearing heard the entire exchange. He remained standing near the window, if he had to make a quick escape. As Raven entered her room he gave her a sympathetic look. "That didn't go very well. I can only imagine what would have happened if her learned I was not only a boy, but a hybrid. I'm thinking that death would be a mercy to me, if he learned that?"
