A distant "Sorry!" was called out from Melvin at seeing that he managed to splatter Otto and Rin. Well, it was mainly directed at Rin, but Otto was being a sport in helping so he extended the apology.
Rep moved forward after being shouted at by Harrision, who was also wiping bug goo off of him. Melvin turned and muttered another "Sorry" at the Moon just before a wave of bug splatter washed over the Lifer and drenched his shoulders and face.
Goopey insides now on his glasses, he wiped at his goggles as best he could, but it only served to smear it. He could barely see, and managed to aim his gun at what he was sure wasn't a hunter, and fire. After he did, he went to take off his goggles and try to get them clean. He couldn't see a thing!
UGH! IT WAS SO GROSS!!!
A hand wipe was already out and rubbing at the goggles to see again.

"Shut up, Rin." Otto grumbled. He'd finally gotten his face cleaned off, when Rep sprayed another wall of bug guts over them all.
. . .<********!" Otto growled, using that frustration to run at the creature full speed. With as much power as he could, he slammed the end of his weapon down over the scorpion's neck, severing the head from the body.
He was sprayed in the glood guts of his enemy, looking livid about it despite the victory of the killing blow.

When Otto went for the final blow, Rin got covered head to toe in bug innards. She stared at him in shock. Only for a moment. Then she was laughing again. "Well that wasn't too bad." She desummoned Byr so she could offer her hand for high fives all around with a huge grin that ran ear to ear.

Rep returned Rin's high five and smirked.
"Good work team, I dunno what you'd have done without me."
He had not one smidge of guts on him.

Melvin felt that, given his accuracy, he too could get a hi-5. Hey, they were alive and basically unharmed. Just - very gross.
"Just you?" He said, rolling his eyes as he put his now clean goggles back on.
He pulled out a packet of hand wipes and offered them to anyone who might want to clean up - which he hoped was everyone present.
"Guess that's one mission down." And he was grateful for having such a great team to be in.
