After the last set of fights, the Qyrhyeshti have (just barely) won the oasis! Congrats, guys! ICly, the party that took the oasis will chill there and tend to themselves for about four days before reinforcements (and a tabip!) arrive. Once they've recovered and are deemed combat-ready again, it'll be back to routine duties.
The losing Burkuteshti have a two-day to get to the nearest friendly oasis, although with the shape some of them are in, it may be closer to three days. As there is one avian companion with the group, it may be sent ahead with the news, if DeD so desires!
