"Today has been quite the eventful day. Much happened over a short period of time. It started out with Xannyia taking me into Gaia to find some gifts for baby Rosa. After all, I did tell her that I would have to get her a gift sometime. So, that's what I did. I found this wonderful floral type shop. It was full of beautiful flowers that I knew Rosa would like. While in there I found a section that contained things painted with roses. After finally talking Xannyia into giving me some gold to go buy them, she reluctantly did. She just didn't want me to go off alone considering how large everything in that world is to me. I was rather surprised when she finally gave in, allowing me to go off on my own for a short time. The first place I headed was to the section dedicated to roses, of course. I searched through it all, and decided since she is still so young that I wouldn't get her any of the weapons. Little did I know that she would go through her transformation this very day! I'll have to return to that shop and buy her that wonderful little Rose stiletto so that she may either use it for decoration, or actually use it. I'm not certain how well she would do with a weapon. I know that I find I have trouble with them. Although being a 'Crier' I have no real need of weapons. Eventually, I decided on the items that I wanted to get her and returned to Xannyia who was buying me a gift. I wasn't aware of that and thought she had bought yet another book for herself. She reads so fast...

Dear Xannyia agreed to buy me all of the gifts I wanted to get for little Rosa and she carried the sack out of the store for me. Being so small, I wasn't about to try and carry something many times larger than myself. Inside, was a shiny silver rose. I had promised her something beautiful and shiny; that happened to be the most beautiful and shiny thing I could find. Also in the bag, there was a rose bud, a rose tea set, and one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I had a feeling she would love it. This was a Rose Butterfly, it even came with an elixer so she would be able to feed it. Sure enough I could tell she loved the gift. The small creature came in a glass cage with a silver stand; roses were growing all around it. In my opinion, that truly was the perfect gift for her. I really do hope she actually likes it and wasn't just pretending. I could tell she loved the silver rose bud though.

As for the gift that my Kithain had bought me, it's hanging on the wall as I write. Of course, this beautiful set of swords is for decoration mostly. I have a feeling that I wouldn't be all that good with them. After all, as I wrote before, I'm not too good with weapons. It wouldn't be good if I were to hurt someone. For now, I will stick with my magic. I've been practicing quite often. Earlier, I accidentally blinded poor Xannyia as she was walking by. Luckily, she was aware that it was an accident and wasn't mad at all. For a few hours afterwards I apologized to her for that; I certainly hadn't meant to. Hopefully nothing like this will happen again. So far, I have been getting the hang of it, other than the incident I mentioned earlier. She says that I will be much better in no time "Practice makes perfect." That's what she told me, and so far, that's been true.

Later in the evening as I was walking through the courtyard, followed by Xannyia, since she still doesn't feel comfortable letting me go off on my own too much (She is so overprotective...Once she sees I'm quite capable of taking care of myself now she should relax a great deal) we saw the others. Rosa had changed into a teen! Everyone was there, well all but the queen. I'm sure she wished she could have been there, and once again, she'll be happy to learn yet another of the children has become a teen. Equus told me he was surprised that I was older than him, and frankly, so am I. It feels weird in a way. After all, just a few days before I was younger than them all. Rosa is once again older than me, so it doesn't feel as odd. He and Filix will transform soon I hope. Both of them seem interested in the fact that I can do magic, and they also wondered if I could teach them some. I sure hope I can, I'm not quite sure however. I would rather be entertaining them with a few simple tricks I have been practicing or telling them stories. I once again made a promise that I was going to tell Filix a story. The sooner I find a good one the better. Xannyia has told me a few of the stories she was told when she was a young girl; perhaps I will tell Filix one or two of those.

Rosa, was forward enough to ask us if we thought she was ugly or not. Poor Equus seemed to be quite hesitant about answering that, so I did for him. I can already tell that I am far less shy than him. Not to mention, as a Herald, I will need to be able to give compliments that sound very sincere to the nobles. However, in this case, it was rather sincere. She had become a beautiful young teenager. The others had to leave early before I had the chance to entertain them at all. They had to go though, and I will just have to go find them some other time. Also, if I happen to come across any gifts for either of those two, I'll have to ask Xannyia for some more gold yet again. However, I'm not too certain what types of things that those two may enjoy.

She gave me a gift shortly after the others had gone. It was the little soft, gray dragon plushie up on the shelf. Rosa seemed rather ashamed of it, and pretty much told me that her Kithain, Ahnna, didn't have much taste. However, she didn't come out directly and say it, but it was obvious enough. Despite what she thinks, I find it to be rather soft and it makes a comfortable pillow at times. What it lacks in 'cuteness' and beauty, it definitely makes up for with how comfortable it is in my opinion. Well well, if I keep going at this rate, I'm going to have used up this entire journal with this one entry. I suppose Xannyia was right, I certainly love to talk, or in this case write; but in a way I suppose it's as though I'm talking to this journal by writing in it."

"I was able to see a few other of my kind today! I even had the pleasure of seeing my cousin, and the queen!! I am quite relieved to see that dear Queen Lilium is doing well once again. Apparently she had been a bit sick for the past few days, which is why she wasn't able to make it to any of the recent transformations. Lady Washu had given her some medicine earlier and she mentioned that that may have helped a great deal. I made sure she knew it was okay that she hadn't been able to make it to my transformation. Dear Lilium couldn't help it if she had been a bit under the weather at the time. The most important thing is that she is well once again. By the time she had arrived, Xannyia was already ready to leave so I was not able to visit with her for long. Perhaps I will get another chance to see her sometime soon. One can only hope.

That's not the only good news at the moment. I over heard, that apparently the Doctor is only a few days away from finding another kithain! This one would be to a Fey known as Aesculus. Of course, I was naught but a young baby when I was cursed, so I have no memory of most of the Fey. However, from what I caught from Xannyia's and the Doctor's conversation, he is a close friend to my cousin. I agree with my Kithain. It will be good for Cervus to have a good friend around.

Hunting...That is not one of my favorite words. Or in this case, going out into woods to round up some of the wild horses. My strength is not my best quality, and Cervus has asked me, yes ME to go help Equus and himself catch the horses. I told him I would be sure to do my best, and tried not to let on that I was in fact nervous about this. However, I think he saw right through that charade. I truly hope I do not let them down. So to be on the safe side, once Xannyia had taken be back to my chambers I got to work right away. Somehow I managed to do a good amount of push-ups, but no practicing with the decorative swords. She wouldn't let me. All in all I don't blame her, for I am not too great with weapons either. She did however, let me use a small stick, which as embarrassing as that is, it's practice. While doing that, I was sure to stay in my chambers so no one else would see me. Not that it would have mattered, but I would like Cervus to be surprised at how much I have improved...if at all that is. If all else fails I have my speed, and my blinding flash, but I do hope it doesn't come to that.

Rosa came as well. The girl just burst into the room, shouting rather loudly. I find that very rude to do something like that, and when she noticed there were others here she became much quieter. Which led me to believe she felt bad for doing such a thing. Apparently she had been looking for me to tell me about her latest discovery. The young Lady Rosa told me about the most beautiful thing she has claimed to ever have seen. In truth, it did sound breathtaking, and indeed it was when I got to see for myself. When the Queen had come I suggested asking for her help, after all she is bound to be a great deal wiser than either of us. Sadly, she hadn't been able to either, but Lady Washu could. The orb that Rosa had seen was referred to as a 'pearl.' Such a beautiful thing it was. I had to leave shortly after Lady Washu had set it out, therefore, I hadn't gotten a chance to touch it at all, but now that I think of it, Rosa may not have let me touch it in the first place for fear I may get fingerprints on it. Rosa seems sweet enough though, and I consider her a very good friend. She has always been kind to me, and I look forward to seeing her again."

"Today was by far, the most eventful day since I have been freed from the curse. My cousin and I managed to get a hold of Equus, and the three of us went out into the hills near the castle to round up some of the wild horses! Despite the fact that I am not entirely meant for such work, I had a great time. Tiring of course, but great nonetheless. The King had given both the young boy and I long swords, and I was rather nervous about that. Lady Xannyia didn't let me practice with my swords, just a stick, but I suppose it would have helped out some. Fortunately we never ran into any of the 'dark beasts' that inhabit the forest. Therefore, there was no need for me to use the weapon.

Cervus pointed out that they must be decendants of the horses that had been kept in the castle long ago, and showed us the leader of the herd. A magnificent black stallion that is now called 'Sunshade' a name very close to one of his ancestors, 'Sunshadow.' He then showed us that one of the mares looked very much like the mare that had been with 'Sunshadow.' He sent me over to the far side of the herd, and that allowed me to use my invisibility spell. I am quite surprised it worked out as smoothly as it did. Equus later told me that he was impressed by that, and would still like me to possibly show him some magic tricks.

Overall, I had lots of fun running after the horses, of course, that was the most tiring part. When he had gotten them rounded up into a small canyon, the three of us managed to rope the stallion long enough for my dear cousin to get on. He is such a strong, brave man! The horse didn't manage to bite him or kick him once! No sooner had he taken off on the stallion, when Equus began to feel a pain near his stomach. What a time to transform, just as the King had left too. I was certainly nervous about this, and at first I thought he might be trampled to death by the horses. However, no such thing occurred thank goodness. Another good thing, was that King Cervus returned just in time! Equus is HUGE! I've already told him a number of times that he is going to be a wonderful knight once he has reached adulthood. So strong and very fit. Now things don't feel as weird anymore now that he is once again older than me.

Later, when we returned I ran into Rosa, and then Equus and Filix showed up. Rosa seemed quite taken with the 'new and improved' Equus, and wanted me to entertain her younger sister. I didn't want to, I wanted to be with Equus as well, but I didn't want to be rude. The good thing that came of this, is that I was finally going to get a chance to tell someone a story! That however, didn't happen. Filix had to go shortly before I was able to tell her one of the tales I have learned from Lady Xannyia. Some other time then. Equus had left shortly before Filix did, which left Rosa and I all alone again. What happened next was entirely unexpected, well...at least I knew not of something like this happening. She kissed me on the cheek. At first, I was so taken aback that I wasn't sure how to react, nor how to answer her question of whether or not I would get married one day. Never before have I ever been at such a loss for words. Eventually I gave her a very short answer and left quickly. At the moment there is nothing more I wish to write about that little incident.

I am very happy that yet another Fey has become a teen. Filix or Ardea may be next, and the sooner the better. Now that I think about it, I haven't had the chance to ever see Ardea other than the one time. Unfortunately I was much too young to remember any of it. Perhaps I will eventually run into him again, and get a chance to finally get to know him a bit better."

"Any day now, the horses that the three of us had managed to round up will be tame enough to ride. I can't wait. I'm hoping that I will be able to find a nice gray horse. There were a few in the herd from what I saw. When the time comes I will be sure to visit the stables and see what the possibilities will be. I do hope that either I or Xannyia have enough gold to purchase one. From what she has told me, I know that I won't have to worry about that.

Earlier this morning I managed to find Filix's chambers and luckily she happened to be there. So, at last I was able to give her the gifts that I had bought for her shortly after I purchased the gifts for Rosa. She seemed to like all of them. Like I had given Rosa a nice red rose, I gave Filix a white one, as well as a panda tea pot and a small stuffed bunny with a green leaf on it's head. I figured that would be good because of the leaf. That would have to do, because I couldn't find anything that had to do with ferns, nor could Xannyia. The last gift was one that Xannyia had suggested getting. A strange little creature it was. It is called a "Fairy Drop" and bounces up and down constantly. I hope she is able to take care of it. Although, I'm not exactly sure how one might do that.

Little did I know, Xannyia had purchased one for me as well. It is black with little black wings. Much like the other one, it bounces up and down quite often. They certainly are strange little creatures. He...or she for that matter, enjoys sitting on my shelf with my other items that Xannyia and others have gotten me. I'm glad they are quiet though. He would most likely get very annoying if he made any sound at all. I suppose he is cute in his own little way, however I don't see why Xannyia would have gotten me such a thing.

As for good news; Xannyia now lets me practice with swords ever since I returned from the little outing with my cousin and Equus. She also says I have gotten much stronger since then. However, I think she may be just saying that to make me feel better. Although, I may have actually become just slightly stronger, after that 'exercise'. Another good thing, is that from what Lady Xannyia has told me, the Kithain of King Cervus' good friend has been found! Which means, that Aesculus shall be released from the curse anytime now! I can't wait to meet him and his Kithain, and now that the Queen if feeling better, she might even be able to be there and witness his release."

Equus slipped down the empty corridor towards Alces' chamber. Setting down his burden, he knocked loudly on the heavy wooden door. A neatly rolled piece of paper sat in front of his package. It was tied with a thin, brown piece of string.

Outside of Alces' chamber sat a patient kitten. He gazed nonchalantly at the closed door, waiting for someone to take him inside. He knew that once he'd made himself comfortable there would always be someone to talk to. This thougt comforted Teres enough to lure him into a light sleep as he waited to be taken in.

"I can already tell that this has the potential to become yet another long entry. Seeing as how I haven't written in this journal for a couple of days or so. These past few days have been eventful just as the others before had. The night before this, I met up with the Fey again, and we were sitting in the garden where I found Rosa. Equus showed up shortly after, and used one of his newly learned magic skills to sneak up on me. He startled me all right. I tried my best not to show it and act brave, but I'm certain that didn't turn out how I had hoped. He went so quickly and quietly I didn't even know he had snuck up on me until it was too late. Filix also showed up, as she usually does. Somehow, the young girl managed to sneak up and pounce on Equus. It must be due to her small size and her light steps. For a while we spoke of the horses in the stables, and I told Rosa that I had seen a beautiful horse that would be just perfect for her. Such a beautiful mare deserves a beautiful rider. Perhaps I should have mentioned the last part as well. She seemed to be in a sour mood and that might have cheered her up some.

Once again, I felt uncomfortable when she came and placed her hand on my cheek. Trying to be polite, I moved it gently with my own hand. However, I think that is what may have offended her and only made her retreat deeper into her bad mood. I tried to tell her afterwards that she was not a repulsive thing, such as that had made her feel. In truth, it is me. I couldn't tell her that though. I may not be shy, but with this...I'm just not sure what I should do. Perhaps Lady Xannyia might be of some help, or my dear cousin. I do hope she isn't mad about that anymore, because as I wrote before, I meant no offense by doing that. Nor did I mean to imply that she was an ugly creature.

The next day, which would have been today; I heard from Lady Xannyia that the possible Kithain of my cousin's dear friend might be making her appearance in Tir Nan Og. Sure enough it was true! I was delighted to see that she had made it into the Fey realm safely, and waited for them to arrive at the castle. When they did, I could easily tell that my dear cousin was quite worried. To the point he almost appeared to look pale and sick. Aesculus was and still is his dearest friend, so I can see why he would have been so tense about this Fey being released. I would hate to think of how he might have felt if it didn't turn out as nicely as it did. The Kithain of this Fey, Syrenrei, also appeared to be on edge. So we all left to the gardens to await her return. For a few moments I tried to comfort King Cervus, but no luck. He was far too nervous apparently, and not even I could do anything to cheer him up, not even a little. Perhaps it his my lack of skills to do such a thing. I will be sure to practice my 'people skills' as Lady Xannyia puts it.

As I had told him, although, it wasn't like I knew that it would turn out well, it turned out well. The young boy returned safely in the arms of Lady Syrenrei, who likes to be called either Sy, or Lady Sy, but not Sister Sy. To make sure I remember that I will have to make yet another 'mental note' (Lady Xannyia and her culture has many interesting terms such as that. I have heard many strange things while visiting her realm). He seemed like a quiet, intelligent boy. Not that I was able to tell all that much. After all, he was quite weary after his entry into this world from his glassy prison. I could tell from the very beginning that Rosa didn't seem to like him, and Filix will probably become one of his good friends as well. They climbed tree's together with the King before the curse, or so I have heard. He did not remember me, most likely due to the fact I was quite young at that time, and not allowed to go out and play with the other Fey. Soon, I hope to meet him again and get to know him better. Once he isn't as tired as he was this evening of course.

Lady Xannyia had told me only an hour or so before this happened, that we were going to go out to a 'restaurant' called "Taco Bell." Being a Fey, I have hardly stepped foot into her realm and decided it wouldn't hurt if I were to try it. Sadly, that meant that I wasn't able to stay and be around the other Fey as long as I had hoped. King Cervus and Doctor Sajhiri had left long before, and only the children were left. Other than the two other Kithain that were present. When Xannyia came to get me, I reluctantly said my good bye's and headed out. Such a strange and interesting experience that was. The car ride was one of the most interesting parts. So many lights dotting the night sky. Not many stars could be seen while we were ordering the food; but when we returned to Lady Xannyia's home I was able to see many of them. Including a few of the constellations as they call them. Quite beautiful. I shall have to be sure to tell Rosa of this, seeing as how she enjoys to learn of new beautiful things, at least I think. The food we got, was much to large for me to eat. So she broke up the chips and allowed me to dip them into a strange dish full of 'cheese dip.' The taco's were far too large for me to even attempt to take a bite, so I left those for her. The beverage she called "Dr. Pepper" was quite good. I look forward to having that again. Even if it isn't all that good for me.

It was late at night when I finally returned home, giving me just enough time to write in this journal. A surprise from my dear friend Equus was in front of my door. It was a beautiful little kitten, wearing a small brown hat on his head. His name is Teres, which I happen to think is a nice little name. He is very mellow and slept next to my head all through the night. I have a feeling once he sees the small little drop-like creature running around, there might be a little trouble. Hopefully it will be nothing too hard to keep under control. That is quite enough for the night...seeing as how I once again keep rambling on and on. Perhaps I will work on not talking, or in this case, writing so much as well."

"Teres discovered the strange little bouncing creature today...Although I do have to admit it went much better than I thought it might have. Not to mention, it could have been much worse. Xannyia informed me that the name of the type of creature is a "Nightmare Fairy Drop." So for now I will just call it by 'Drop' until I finally think of a better name. This way, I can write about him without saying 'the strange little bouncing creature.' It will be easier. Anyway, Teres had been sitting next to me as I was reading, and the drop came bouncing by, seeing as how it never seems to run out of energy, and just keeps bouncing...and bouncing. One would think it would rest once in a while. Perhaps it sleeps when I sleep, it must; there is no way that something could have that much energy.

The first thing the cute little brown cat did was stare at it. Then slowly it began to crouch down into almost a pouncing position. By now, I was still reading, and watching them out of the corner of my eye. Suddenly, it pounced and the drop somehow managed to end up next to me on the other side the cat hadn't been sitting on. I had no idea that it could bounce like that. Soon after this small litte incident of the cat nearly mauling the poor little drop I plaed him on top of one of the shelves that are quite high up. A place the cat is most likely not going to be able to reach him unless aided by a chair and the small table on the otherside of my quarters.

Next time I see Equus, I shall have to remember to thank him for this wonderful gift. Teres makes a great companion, and at least he will sit still long enough for me to tell him one of my stories that I've learned from either reading, or Lady Xannyia. One day, I will tell a story to Filix...or Rosa if she will take time to listen, or Equus even. Possibly Aesculus if he will listen. Sometime soon, even if I have to be rather uncharming, I will make someone listen to one of my stories! Call it a goal of mine now, or what ever it might be, but they will hear a story at one time or another. If need be I will even ask my cousin or the queen. However, I'm not sure if I should bother them like that. What if it is an exceptionally good story though?

Sadly, I didn't get to see any of the other Fey today, even though I wished I had. Tomorrow, I will see if I can find any of them. Hopefully any one of them will be either in the tower room, or at the castle instead of out and about in Gaia or their Kithain's realm. Also, I think the horses will be ready fairly soon. I can't wait! I hope the grey one that I had seen while rounding them up is still there. If he is, then I think I have the perfect name for him. He was the most beautiful horse I had ever seen, but I'm not sure about his temperment. The other horse I hope is ready, would be the one that I mentioned to Rosa earlier, about being close to perfect for her. We shall soon see whether or not they are there and ready.

"It has happened once again. Another of the Fey have transformed. This time, it was Filix. Her transformation took place in the Gaia realm as did mine. It had been when Aesculus, Filix and I had been talking. Although, we didn't get past the greetings before it all happened. Poor Aesculus, he didn't know what was happening, and looked quite worried. I told him to stand back as did my cousin when he showed up just in time as always. Later, I asked him if he had a sense about these things, and he reminded me that Lady Sajhiri is an oracle. So she is able to tell him to be in a certain spot at a certain time. When the light subsided a seventeen-year-old Filix was lying where the younger one had just been. At first she seemed a bit shocked and confused, but she quickly regained her composure as Cervus helped her up. Just like her sister, Filix is now a Lady of the court. Funny, I was just talking to her about that, or rather, telling her I still saw need to call her Lady Filix, even when she had been so young.

She was tired of course, so she had to leave early, but I do wish I had gotten the chance to talk to her and the others a bit longer. I am sad that I never got the chance to tell dear Filix a story while she was young. Perhaps she will still want to listen to one, even at her current age. Hopefully she will, but, if that fails, there is always Aesculus. He doesn't seem like the type that might like a story, yet at the same time he seems very polite, and very wise might I add. So there is a small chance that he will listen to a story, if not...I will find some way to trap him perhaps? No, that wouldn't be very charming of me...but I want to tell him a story while he's young. I can't risk having him grow up like the others did. I'll just have to move quickly.

Rosa had just missed Filix, and entered the Tower room just as her now, once again, older sister was leaving. She also did not seem pleased to run into Aesculus again. From what I've seen, I think she doesn't like him, or is extrememly jealous. I'm not sure which one. Also, I'm not entirely sure why. He seems like such a nice young boy, and I for one certainly don't see any reason to dislike him so much yet. After all, neither one of his has hardly gotten a good chance to get to know him that well.

King Cervus called all of us that were present to come over and sit with him. Then tell him what we thought of this life, and how it might have been easier. Aesculus didn't say much, and I answered as best as I could. In truth, I enjoy this. It could be better if this whole bloody curse hadn't been put on us, but I think, for the circumstances things have gone well for the most part. I am happy, and think that Cervus and Queen Lilium have done a great job. As I told him, I think it was able to be around the other Fey that helped me through all of this; making my transition into this new way of life quite easy. Not only that, but the efforts of my Kithain. She tries so hard and I thank her for that. Even if at times it can get annoying, mostly when she becomes a bit too overprotective. After I told him what I thought, it was Rosa's turn, since Aesculus did have a bit of an elusive answer. Her answer was...a great deal more depressing than mine had been. It made everyone seem sad, or at least uncomfortable after she was done with her answer.

I couldn't tell too well, but I think Aesculus became angry that Rosa had done that. I wish I could have done something to cheer them up again, and I tried to some extent, but it didn't work as I had hoped. King Cervus did ask her for her opinion though, and he got it. Although I don't know if it was too honest. Is there even such a thing as being to honest? Anyway, the Queen, who had showed up shortly after the transformation as well, and Cervus listened to all our opinions and once that was done, both of them left. Aesculus left as well, seeing as how his Kithain would be waiting for him. Much like Lady Xannyia was waiting for me. He is a child, I am a teenager! She shouldn't be waiting up for me like that. I can take care of myself, but she means well.

Rosa and I left as well, and I told her that I would be sure to stop by her chambers whenever I could. It seems she has something she wants to show me? I'm curious as to what it might be, so I will try and find sometime very soon to visit her. Having Teres here as well was a great comfort when I returned home. He just sat near me and purred, and kept purring as I petted him. Seems to look like him and the drop now have some sort of understanding or something, for Teres stopped trying to eat the strange little bouncing thing. It was still up on my shelf bouncing happily as he watched the cat and I down on the ground. Now it is time I set this journal down, and rest for the night. I'm finding it hard to keep my eyes open, and the cat keeps interrupting me, wanting to be petted some more.

"This evening I once again ran into the four other young Fey, as well as the Queen. Filix was lying in the court yard looking up at the sky. I suppose she was still a bit weary, which later I found out was true, and just wished to rest some more. No sooner had I arrived there and taken a seat, did Aesculus show up. Then Rosa and Equus, and even the Queen joined us for a short while.

Queen Lilium thoughts seemed to be elsewhere. Either that, or she was just still recovering from her earlier ailment, or something of the sort. Rosa gave most of us gifts. In fact, all but Aesculus. I'm beginning to think that Rosa doesn't exactly like this newly released Fey. I don't see why however. He seems nice enough to me. A bit distant at times, at least thats what I gather. He likes to keep to himself in my opinion. As for what Rosa wanted to show me, it appears as though its a harp. I'll have to be sure to stop by soon, that way she can play a song. That is, if she is able to play a song. I'm not certain how long she has been playing that instrument.

I got a little jester plushie toy from her. He's now sitting on my shelf with the other toy she had given me, as well as the other toys I had recieved when I was much younger. She gave Filix a little panda plush toy, and Equus another plushie. I'm not sure if Aesculus minded or not. I could have sworn that she whispered something to him, but I wasn't paying attention, so I couldn't quite hear what was said. Later, she took him aside and spoke to him about something that only those two know of now. She left shortly after, and seemed to be acting a bit odd as she did so. That leaves me curious as to what was said. When Aesculus returned to the group, nothing seemed to have bothered him. Although, I think, he is just able to hide the way he feels well, or something along those lines.

After talking a while longer, Filix and Equus left. Leaving me and the newest Fey alone. We talked for a short time, before the both of us started to head back to our chambers as well. When I asked him, if he would tell me a bit about himself, he told me that he would once he could pull a good answer together. I wished he would have at least shared a little about himself, so I could have gotten to know him better, but I also didn't mind waiting to hear the answer later. Perhaps, it will just take quite a long time to fully figure that one out. He does seem very nice though, and in my opinion, despite the fact that he keeps to himself, I find him easy to get along with. That is kind of odd to say, considering I don't know him all that well, but I guess that's just how I feel. As I was leaving, I wasn't sure if I should have done this, but I called him my friend. I hope that didn't bother him at all, and I do hope that we will be able to become friends eventually."

"Early this morning, I could not sleep. So I went for a walk through the halls of the palace. While doing so, I wondered if Rosa happened to be awake. If she was, I would stop by and see the harp she wanted me to see. Surprisingly, she was awake. The harp was quite beautiful. Her playing wasn't all that bad either. Of course, she needs a bit of practice, but any instrument as difficult to learn as the harp would take a great deal of practice. She certainly can play much better than I. Although, I've never tried.

Lady Rosa wanted me to sing along with her as she played. That song she had asked me to sing when she was younger. I'm afraid, I had long since forgotten the words and told her that. For some reason she seemed to think I was nervous of singing? I don't see how that could be, for I certainly wasn't nervous at simply singing in front of people, unlike my Kithain. I don't know what led her to think that...perhaps because I didn't know the words. Once she told me she didn't know them either I didn't feel as guilty at forgetting the words and sang it over and over because those are the only words that she knew as well. When that was through she acted as though I hadn't sang along with her willingly. Once again I got slightly confused at how she thought I was nervous. Perhaps she needs to learn to read people better?

After that was done she once again placed her hand on my cheek. Then I truly was nervous, but managed to act quite casual this time as if I didn't mind. That was when she brought up the earlier time she had done this and I had moved her hand. She still seemed offended at that, and thought once again I was uncomfortable even though I made sure I didn't show it. I suppose she could just tell after all, the time before it had been quite obvious I had been nervous. I had to tell her several times that it hadn't been her fault at all. It had been entirely mine, but she didn't seem to get that right away, either that or she didn't believe me.

Within under an hour I began to get tired, so I left and returned to my chambers where I took a rather long nap which surprised me. I don't think I've ever slept that long during the day. Lady Xannyia woke me up sometime just before noon to tell me she had to return to her realm to watch her neighbor's children for a while. She had wanted to know if I wanted to come with. After what happened with that strange little unnamed kitten of hers I decided it would be best if I didn't go. She seemed to understand and told me she would be back later in the evening.

Lady Xannyia had a surprise for me when she came back. It certainly was odd. She was carrying a puddle with her. Yes, a puddle? A strange green and blue puddle. Apparently she had found it while walking somewhere near her house the day before and had discovered it would soon change into a more human-like form. Since apparently it takes on a similar form to its surroundings. Oh how surprised I was when I found out it could talk telepathically to me even as a puddle. It will take sometime for me to get used to being around that but it seems like a nice enough...puddle. Her name is Aetia. How Xannyia knows it's a she I may never know. She tried explaining that it's not exactly a she, just more feminine than some of the other puddles.

By the time she had returned with that new...puddle of hers it was late and I was tired. In fact, I am about to head off to bed after this entry. Other than seeing Rosa, and meeting Aetia, nothing else out of the ordinary happened. Here is Teres again, wanting to be petted and I think the drop is getting grumpy at not being able to go to sleep, so I suppose its time to blow out the candles and let them, as well as me get some sleep."

"I have finally given Equus his gifts since they arrived today. I have a feeling he liked them, after all, they were weapons, and he is going to be a knight. And a wonderful one at that! Filix was also there, as well as the newest Fey, Ursa. I arrived just after Equus had given Filix a cute little black kitten with a green bow. I think they were getting rid of the bow when I appeared, due to Filix's issues with bows and Rosa. Speaking of Rosa, she wasn't there, and I didn't get to see her. I hope to see her soon.

Today, was also the day that Ursa arrived. She was freed by a nice young woman named Seeno. She was rather tired, and unfortunately I couldn't stay long, but as mentioned above I returned for a short while after returning from Gaia. She is to be the courts Shaman. I have a feeling she will make a good one, since I remember hearing a few great things about her father. However, I can't be too sure due to my young age before getting cursed. She seems like a sweet little girl overall and I hope to get to see her more often.

Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary has happened. It has been rather quiet and peaceful around here. I went into Lady Xannyia's realm, and was 'attacked' by that strange kitten of hers again. Luckily, Lady Xannyia saw this, and gave him a toy to play with to distract him. I was curious to see what would happen if I tried to ride him as one would a horse...but I was sure that would lead to disaster. By the time I returned to my chambers it was quite late and I only read a few pages more of the book I am currently reading, before retiring for the night."

Syrenrei
Outside the door a carefully wrapped treasure in a piece of black cloth and a note pinned to the top is found. The note on top reads:

Scribbled on the back is another note: You seem to have an affinity for company- and although this is an admittedly strange creature, it is friendly and warm, and I thought perhaps you two would get along best.

"Much has happened in the time that I did not write in this journal. So this may become a rather long entry if I am not able to sum things up to make them a bit shorter. To start off, when I had returned to my chambers sometime around the 21st of July I found a little package outside of my door. It was from Aesculus. I was quite curious to see what was inside the black cloth, so after reading the note I opened it. There was a strange...a very strange creature inside. I would even go as far as to say it is stranger than the Vaeske that my dear Kithain has. It's bright yellow eyes seemed to stare right through me, and it had black wings almost like a bat. However, the body was of a cat. A cute little Calico kitty. He seemed nice enough; not too wild. So I decided it was safe enough to bring him into my chambers without having to worry about him destroying things, or getting in a fight with Teres, and eating the strange little bouncing drop thing. Sure enough, everything went smoothly. Although if I didn't know any better, I would say that Teres was a bit jealous of the new arrival. I haven't decided what to call him just yet, even though it has been well over a week or two. Perhaps I will ask Lady Xannyia for help when she comes to Tir Nan Og for the day.

The next day, when I was out in the gardens in the evening, I ran into none other than Rosa. She was apparently having a problem with a flower, and I know how much they mean to her, so I was glad to help out in anyway I could. Aesculus showed up as well, but I'm afraid I forgot to thank him for his gift and let him know that it was doing fine. It turns out, that all Rosa had wanted help with, was planting the flower, and even though I found it odd she couldn't do that by herself I told her I would help. After all, I know I would want someone to help if I didn't like planting flowers. Things suddenly changed when she called Aesculus 'evil one.' I was extremely confused, for she also told me not to say the moon was beautiful when around him. It turns out Rosa thinks Aesculus could be a spy from the...moon court.

She openly admitted that! I was speechless, which hardly happens. Usually I find something to say, even if it is just a little, but what was I to say to this? She then told Aesculus that she and I were going to go plant the flower and that he wasn't going to come...or something along those lines. I don't think I can recall this all quite clearly due to the shock of it all. I can't believe she said that and about Aesculus of all Fey! He is the Kings best friend, closest friend! Hopefully, Aesculus is not hurt by this. I don't know what to think anymore. I care about Rosa greatly, yet that...that idea she has about the young boy being from the Moon Court is just absurd.

Aesculus left, although I think it was so I didn't have to choose between going with Rosa or him. I hope that he knows how thankful I am to him for that. As I was helping Rosa plant the flower, I was quite uncomfortable. I didn't know what to say, or what to do. How many others does she think may be spies for the Moon Court? Not to mention I didn't want to say the wrong thing and cause her to think that I may be from the Moon Court. Luckily, enough time has passed to allow me to think through this more clearly. To this day, I still don't quite know what to think of all that and hope everything turns out for the better. Part of me hopes the king does not find out about this. There is no telling how he may react. After all, this accusastion is made against his dearest friend. Even writing about this now causes shivers to go down my spine.

Now to get off of that subject and get it out of my mind again. I do not wish to think about that any longer. Another Fey has been released. It happened around a week ago or so. Another girl, with the totem of a mouse. Her name is Muris, but she told me when I met her, that she also liked to be called Muri. She too seems like a sweet young girl. She is the stable groom, and I have a strong feeling that she loves horses. When I told her I had seen an Elk when Xannyia took me to some place, she wondered if maybe Lady Xannyia could take her as well. I forgot to ask, so I shall have to do that soon. Sadly, I wasn't able to stay long due to Xannyia taking me somewhere...again. So I hope to see her soon."

"Yesterday I finally found the perfect horse, thanks to Muris! I had been walking in the stables searching for that grey horse I had seen a few times before. However, it had been moved or something, and at first I was afraid someone else may have already chosen it. I hadn't been in there for more than a minute when Muris came down from her room thinking I was the Queen. I'm sure she was a bit surprised to find it was only me. She came over, and I told her about the horse I had seen before, and she told me she might know which one I'm talking about. Sure enough, she found him for me.

For reasons unknown to me, I found myself to be quite nervous. I don't know why, after all, I had been around them before and never been that edgy. Unfortunately, I think Muris was able to tell, and I hope this doesn't cause her to think any less of me. After all, she is a great deal smaller than me, and she isn't afraid of the horses, and they are even bigger to her than they are to me! Perhaps it was because I was getting a horse for myself and wanted it to be perfect, but I don't see why I would become so nervous because of that. Thankfully, she helped me saddle the horse up and lead him outside so that I may 'take him for a test run' as Lady Xannyia put it. It took a while, but eventually I became comfortable with the horses as I had been all the times before, and went out riding for a while; after telling Muris that I would return the horse to his proper stall when I return.

While out riding, things went well. The horse seems to be very calm and patient. Which is a good thing. He seems to have no problem listening to what I want him to do, however, once he didn't want to stop running, but eventually he slowed down some. I have to admit, that was fun and I shall have to do that again. One thing I did notice, is that he seems to have an odd attraction to hair and fur. I caught him eyeing the fur around my neck quite often, as well as my hair, and he actually tried to take a bite out of Muris' hair. I'll have to be careful about that, since I don't have any intention of letting him eat my neck fur.

Later that evening, I came across the King and Doctor Sajhiri. Just as I had guessed from seeing that, another Fey was being freed. Pappila is the name. I've heard Xannyia mention something about that, and apparently Ardea grew up! I'm not entirely sure, since I am not too familiar with his face, even as a child having not seen him when I was old enough to remember; but I am almost certain it is him. He didn't stay long, and I didn't get the chance to talk to him. Maybe one day I'll finally be able to get to know him better. Rosa was also there, and my cousin mentioned something to her about having tasks for her to do. Could he have found out about her irrational accusations against Aesculus? Part of me hopes he hasn't, since I don't want to see him angry with Rosa...or any of the other Fey for that matter. Yet, at the same time I hope he has. Maybe she will stop then, and finally see that Aesculus is nothing of the sort, but...as I mentioned before, I don't want to see him angry with her, and possibly have her get into trouble and have something bad happen to her. However, I'm sure Cervus will not have her thrown in the dungeons. Enough about this matter, it's not pleasant to think about and I keep going back and forth on it...

Dear little Muri showed up later, and bumped into Rosa. I couldn't help but laugh, but managed to hold it in. I wouldn't want either one of them to get offended in some way because I would have been laughing at them. After that had happened, Rosa suggested that Muri go to her chambers so that she may 'help' her. I don't know what Rosa could help the little girl with, but apparently she wants to make her 'act pretty' whatever that means. Sadly, I discovered that Rosa had to return the harp, which means I can't hear her play any time soon. She does however, hope to get another harp very soon and I hope she does.

Lastly, Queen Lilium showed up, with a basket full of cookies! They were very, very good! I took just two in the beginning, not wanting to be rude, and she had after all, told us that we could take as many as we wanted. Rosa didn't want any; she missed out on some wonderful cookies. I wonder if she is, 'watching her figure,' or something along those lines. I had seen a few commercials on Xannyia's 'TV' about women wanting to stay thin and going on something called 'diets?' Either way, I think she should have at least had a few, and I would have saved some...but...they were just so good. Before leaving, I ended up taking two more, and telling them that they were for my Kithain, however, I wasn't all that subtle with lying and I'm sure they would have been able to tell even if I hadn't 'lied' about that, and why bother to sound convincing when they would know? And it just so happened, I ended up going back to my chambers with the whole basket anyway, since the Queen was leaving at that time too, so it worked out well. Lady Xannyia had come in, and 'stole' some of them from me, before she returned to her realm, but there were still plenty for me."

"Not to long ago, while out riding on Orin, I discovered something that I hadn't seen before. It was a shack of some sort, or at least appeared that way from the outside. After taking Orin back and putting him in his proper stall, and putting his stuff away, I decided to go inspect it further. To my surprise, I found it was a 'tavern' owned by Lady Washu. When I entered, I noticed the Queen was sitting there, as well as Muris and Lady Washu. I went over to say hello, and I thanked Muris once again for helping me find the 'perfect' horse. I must find her a gift to thank her, so I shall have Lady Xannyia take me into Gaia next time she drops by to check in on me.

Earlier today; I was out in the gardens reading when Filix came by. I was glad that someone else had come, since I had gotten rather lonely. We barely had a chance to say "Hi" before we heard a loud scream from somewhere near by. It was obvious as to who it was. Apparently, Lady Rosa was being 'attacked' by a few harmless bugs. I did my best not to laugh, not wanting to hurt her feelings, because she did seem rather scared by this. Lady Filix and I 'saved' her by swatting at the little fire flies. When Lady Rosa walked by me later, I noticed she smelled different, if not a bit...funny. I think, that the bugs were attracted to that smell she was giving off. Although, one can't be too sure when it deals with those bugs.

Just before everyone was about to leave, Lady Rosa threatened to fix up Filix's hair unless she told her what was going on between Sir Equus and herself. I have to admit, I am rather curious as to what Lady Rosa might think has happened between her sister and the knight. However, it is none of my business, and if Lady Filix does not wish me to know, then I simply...won't know. Unless of course, Lady Rosa finds out and tells me, which there is a good chance that is what will happen, since they are after all, sisters and probably care deeply about one another.

On a not so happy note; there was somewhat of an 'accident' last night. I had been practicing my magic to become better at it, as anyone would, and it just so happened that Lady Xannyia was coming to see me. A stack of heavy books, fell on her foot, then in an attemtp to escape with an invisibility spell, I instead, cast a Befuddle spell on her, and she became extremely confused; falling and tripping over things several times until the spell wore off. Thankfully, due to my lack of knowledge in magic, it didn't last all that long, and she had soon recovered. I am truly glad that she wasn't badly hurt, and am ashamed of myself for letting something such as that happen. Next time, I shall be a great deal more careful when casting spells.

I think she may have been only trying to make me feel better, by making me look on the 'brightside' of things, but she was at least glad that the spells had worked wonderfully, even if she did gain a few bruises from that. Before she left, she told me not to stop practicing, and that one day, I will be much better than I am now. Hopefully that is true, since that would allow me to entertain people better. That would make me very happy, however, after what happened, I must remember to be more careful to avoid possibly hurting anyone else."
