 Mary laughed at being put on Shuhei's shoulders, it brought back found memories of when she had first been welcomed into the seretei. She raised her fist, as if proclaiming her readiness to protect the tool, "NOTHING SHALL SURPASS US!" She said just as loudly as Kairu had spoken. They were going to have everyone woken up within the next few minutes if this continued. "I won't ever change Captain, not much anyways. I hope you let us know what it is soon. Maybe it's some great ball of...something that will blow up the world and cause a lot of Chaos. THAT WOULD BE SO COOL." Her love for destruction made her eyes brighten at the thought of an object that could do great things. She then frowned after thinking about it for a moment, "I hope it isn't some great tool that shows us how to be productive. That would not be a great tool at all....."
She then went back to grinning, "You're welcome by the way. Your papers aren't ruined. I can tell that worried look on your face. My specialty is wind remember? You honestly think I would jump on important looking papers without making sure they were dry first? You would have probably made me re-do them. And I have enough to do as is." He smiled as she began to make comments on what the tool might be and he she has pros and cons for it already. He couldn't help but to laugh at her statement, but he knew all some of what she said was true even if she had no idea of it. When she mentioned that she use her element of wind dry of the wet ink was actually surprised, not being all knowing be so fun because these moments make then enjoyable. Which mentioning wind being her element had him actually respect her a little more because he too was a wind user, not full wind user but if one was enrage him and fall under the power of spiritual pressure they would feel where the element of his wind abilities take affect. Suddenly he heard a knock on the door which responded to it. It so happened to be the man whom had came and gotten his tea from earlier. Retrieving the tea from the man after he how bowed the man bowed to the other two captain before departing the room. Axzari smiled at his tea and began to drink it out of his gourd. The tea was a kind the was specially made by his relatives and passed down through many of years from high Royal People in the Shiohoin Clan whom develop tea. These tea makers pick the finest herbs to put in the tea which is why Axzari mainly keep this same tea with him because of what type of medicine is in the tea. He then began to watch the two noticing how well they getting along and know in a battle these two most likely would pair well together due to them both having free going spirit. However he knew this wouldn't get the best of them, he just hope that is doesn't get in the way especially with these stronger hollows that have appeared many years ago. To respond Shuhei earlier question even if it was a joke, just the though of it being brought slips to one may think he wants to know"I will tell you when the time is right, trust me on this alright captain."he told before sipping some more of genuine tea.

It opened to reveal a bland looking late teen wearing a captain's haori eyeing his colleagues with a reproachful look. " Good afternoon, Commander. I would normally knock, but I've stopped masking my Reiatsu and started using doors as your officers have requested so I would not 'creep up on them'," Kiba explained to the silver-haired man before taking out a stack of paper from his robes. He usually asked one of his officers to deliver the paperwork of the second division since he did not enjoy being seen, but he had decided to make an effort and socialize after being harassed about it by his subordinates. Something about getting on the good side of the higher-ups to increase their division's budget. "As predicted by the twelfth division, Hollow activity has been on the rise. Sightings of powerful specimen have also become more frequent in the outskirts of Rukongai.

Kairu was happy that there was someone else with his sense of humor around, it would make things much more fun. However similar their personalities were hearing of her fixation on chaos placed a bit of worry on him, he knew what it was like to enjoy killing but it consumed him, he could only hope it would not do the same to her. Either way he enjoyed her view on what the item could be. He heard her mention Wind as her specialty, he was excited that they shared even more in common, and if he was correct the Captain Commander had a similar specialty. The fact that these two alone would be a handful he felt sorry that Axzari had to deal with them together, but he also wouldn't have wanted it to go any other way. He heard Axzari speak of telling him when the time was right and told him to trust him, "Don't worry my friend, I know you will tell me when you are ready or when the time calls for it. I have more trust in you than I do in myself Cap." He said this with the most seriousness that he has had in his voice the entire time he had been there. He looked up to Mary, "How are you doing up there?" He said this with a big grin on his face, he knew they weren't best friends yet, but the chemistry they had was undeniable, they were meant to be friends. He seen the man come out of the shadow and ran over putting his arm around him, "My other best buddy, one minute, I know your name.....It will come to me.........KIBA!!" He said as he smiled, "It's been awhile, still lurking in the shadows?" He spoke as if they were old friends, but in reality they had only passed by each other a handful of times, he only knew the mans name because he was familiar with all the Captain's names.

Mary laughed, "This is great! I LOVE IT UP HERE. I'm taller than people now." She grinned, it had been a while since anyone was this care free with her. Then, some other Captain guy came in and was severely, creepy to say the least. She definitely did not remember ever seeing him around. But then again, she usually tried avoiding anyone whom seemed creepy. When it was announced his name was Kiba, mary considered it and decided that he was definitely newer. Maybe. Axzari nodded to Shuhei in agreement about trust, knowing he trust Shuhei just as much. Hearing second division captain enter into the room was no surprise either since his division was main reason for Axzari hearing about the hollows. "Hello Captain Hagureta, I take it you and my family are doing quite well?"he said greeting the man. Only mentioning his family was because being part of the Commander of Onmitsukido corps mean you basically got to know the Shihoin family since that division falls in holding a place with the Shihoin Clan. Hearing man comments about masking his reitsu actually was quite funny since a few of the people were complaining about him sneaking people which some felt as if they being spied on. Once the man had confirmed about his expectations of the activity he knew that now it was time for the waiting game. He was pretty please to see all of them getting along fairly well which mask a strong foundation to build on.

The late arrival blinked and almost hissed out when he felt Captain Shuhei sling an arm around his shoulders. " ...Yes. That would be my name," he grit out instead in Kairu's direction. The man was too close for his liking and the friendly gesture could easily turn into a deathblow. The tension in his limbs was slightly dissipated when the youngest of the lot piped up. " I haven't held this position for very long and I avoid public scrutiny. I'm actually quite surprised this buffoon remembers me," he explained while trying to remove the other man from his being by aiming a few pinches at the man's pressure point. It wouldn't do much but numb the man's limb and get the message across: don't touch Kiba else he will throw a hissy fit. " I'm Hagureta Kiba of division 2." It was just his luck to have picked the exact same time to visit the commander as these two, but there was still some hope to get some work done. " Yes, Commander. We have yet to tear each other apart." It was perhaps the closest to a joke they could get out of Kiba. The Shihoin were usually the ones leading the Onmitsukido so Kiba's promotion as well as his rather...unsavory ties had lead to rising tension among the ranks of the Covert Ops. " If I may, perhaps it is time to shift the twelfth division's monitoring efforts to further investigate Hueco Mundo. As confident as I am in my men's capabilities, they cannot be everywhere at the same time."

Kairu smiled at the words of Mary, he was having fun, it was like a Captains meeting in there, as they all conversed Mary's question, Axzari's question, and even Kiba's answers they all swooshed around in his head, he was fairly drunk but he seemed in control, for the most part anyways. He laughed as his arm went numb, "I see what your doing there, your trying to play a game." Kairu grabbed his numb arm with his good arm and patted him on the back with an arm that resembled a wet noodle, why he didn't just pat him on the back with his good arm, who knows. "You're funny, just two pals messing around." He said this in a silly voice as he did feeling returned to his arm and he began trying to tickle the man. Wether he was ticklish or not it was just a show for the man to know that he was not bothered by his actions. He heard the offer from Kiba to Axzari, "Don't do it it's a trick, a rouse I tell you." He looked back at Kiba, "Is it a rouse?" He asked as he looked back at the Captain Commander, "I revoke my previous statement, I trust his word. We should do it." He looked back at Kiba, "I have an idea that's so crazy it just might work. We create a machine to clone your men, then we create enough clones that your men can be everywhere at once. Brilliant, I know I have ideas for ages." He said this as a joke, if one still took him seriously after seeing him carry Mary on his shoulders this long, they surely wouldn't after hearing him speak or seeing his actions.

She smiled, then started listening in about his problems with not having enough men, she frowned, Had the Shingami really decreased in so many men that they couldn't have enough? When she heard Kairu's idea she nodded, "Can we seriously just make a machine to clone the men? Do you know how convenient that would be? I could like clone a me, and I could be doing stuff I enjoy, and clone me could do the Captain paper work. Let's do it." She grinned, knowing it was impossible. Listening to Kibas humor was quite funny as he made comment on the ties between the Shihoin and Onmitsukido corps. Further more he watched the small commentary between the two captains as Kiba had made Shuhei arm numb."Odd.."he thought to himself. he did dwell on the thought of Haguretas statement on the monitors of Huecco mundo. This would be a good idea, especially if one wants to play it safe. However his thought was cut short hearing Shuhei joke. He was happy to always have someone whom will be a life of the party, or else it would always be dull around if the court guards. Lastly hearing him agree to do it, Axzari had walked back over to his seat and sat down in it. He had then turned to face the seireitei looking off into the distance"I see..."he stated as he had become somewhat silent at the moment. It took about ten seconds before he had began to speak again, though using those ten seconds he was actually thinking quickly."Alright we should do as you say Captain Hagureta, this would be safer anyways."he commented before going silent once more as he gazed over the soul society.

Clearly, Captain Shuhei had other ideas then being productive today. When he felt the first pat on his back, Kiba could only tilt his head up to look at the offending man with incredulity. " Are you...?" Pats then morphed into tickle attacks. " You are." The smell of alcohol in the other captain's breath alerted Kiba of the man's intoxicated state. So early in the day? He retaliated, blocking the man's fingers whenever they got too close, but even drunk, Kairu was fast. Before he realized what was going on, their little finger skirmish turned into a full blown catfight with Karu attempting to tickle him and Kiba trying to disable the man's limbs by striking at pressure points in his overexcited colleague's arms. " Does this happen very often?" he asked as politely as possible to no one in particular. " I'm head of the Onmitsukido. It's my job to be anti-social." He really should have covered his face like he usually did even if it was rude. This was already too much exposure and he doubted that he could perform any undercover work without wearing an inch thick mask and make-up. If this is what happens every time captains meet each other, he will be retreating into the shadows for the next decade or so especially after such a preposterous offer. " We can clone organism based on their genes, but one's skills are not engraved in them!" he tried to explain over the exuberance of a drunken man and a child with an overactive imagination that had a penchant for destruction. At least the Captain Commander was reasonable though Kiba wasn't sure how the man could bear dealing with both Shuhei and Nakashima. Perhaps that was another reason why Heyakii was promoted to Head Captain. Nevertheless, the man had seen reason and Kiba saw it as an opportunity to tactfully escape from the clutches of his colleagues. " Shall...I go inform the twelfth division?"

Kairu laughed as the man regressed into a catfight, just as Kiba did, Kairu began blocking his movements with reiatsu as well. Although drunk, this was the state he was most alert in, he may act like a child but in a time of need this state was when he was the most dangerous. Hearing Mary speak would always make him laugh a bit she had a large imagination just as large if not a bit larger than his own, this is why he was already enjoying her company. Hearing Axzari agree to the proposal, not the cloning that was rediculous but the fact of letting the 12th Division monitor Hueco Mundo. Hearing Kiba then ask if this sort of thing happened a lot gave him the impression that he was not enjoying the moment, it was set in stone when the man said it was his job to be anti-social. His statement on cloning made him laugh, even if Kairu was serious he would refuse to do such a thing it was just his drunken thoughts to throw around the room. He moved away from the man a few steps as he offered to leave, "Being anti-social hasn't done anyone any favors, I know your supposed to be all mysterious and sneaky. However I bet deep down you're a fun guy that just hasn't found the right time to come out of his shell. Well, I promise you this, I will help you with that my friend. If anything else, I will die trying." He said this as he leaned forward slightly then realized Mary was still on his shoulders, as she dropped off his shoulders he caught her almost as if he meant to do it and swung her back into the air and let go and moved into position so she'd land on his shoulders once more.

Mary sat upon Kairu's shoulders, all whilest he was having a skirmish with Kiba. She wasn't sure if she was enjoying it, or if she was going to die. At least, she hoped she wouldn't be killed, so she decided to enjoy it. Until Kairu leaned foreward, making Mary fall off. He caught her and threw her in the air, where she then landed back on his shoudlers. She madly said, "You forgot about me being there. You definitely forgot about me. You can't deny it. I'm going to die sitting up here aren't I?" Mary laughed, then said to Kiba, "Sometimes, you have to be social and have fun. I know you can't clone people's brains and what not, I'm not stupid. It's a good day. Good days call for some fun to be had. Give us a week, I'm sure we'll be just as serious as you are right now. Until then though...." Mary went and covered up Kairu's eyes, because she could. She was being serious when she said in a week they would be serious, they never got more than a few good days. She waited to see how well Kairu would do without his sight, she may have been signing her own death wish. ▬▬"But along side Midnight, I can beat you any time. Hearing the captains request to inform the the twelfth division, he sipped is tea for a second and then gave his answer."Yes, I give you permission."after approving the mans offer, Axzari had then turned to face his papers once more. He picked up his pen and dipped it into the ink jar, once doing this he had began to start writing once more. As Head Captain he doesn't get as much free time as he fellows captain because he has so much to approve and disapprove all while sorting out important papers and making sure it all get done so central forty-six could keep their mouths shut. He did though enjoy the other company while they all made his smile, and to see their uplifting spirits he knew days like aren't forever. Especially after two hundred and forty-eight years ago how long could peace last his main worry, and how long will they be able to keep balance with threats becoming stronger and stronger by the generation. If one was too look at him at the moment you couldn't tell he had a lot on his mind, only thing one would notice is he sure does focus hard on his paperwork.
